While I can understand it was a detailing job and will take a bit more time to get through all of the cars interior, and my car was a mess due to my babies throwing stuff around, there was still a few spots I noticed that didn't get cleaned. It's nothing to throw a big rage about but it is confusing/upsetting as to why they didn't get some of these areas considering how great everything else came out and the amount of time it took them to clean it as well. I don't think those mistakes are an overall reflection of the quality of their work and would still recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars interior detailed, and can also say I do plan on using their services again in the future for an exterior detailing job.

This would be a 5 star all the way but two small things that I hope will be addressed in the future. The pillows on the back of my sofa had buttons. When they recovered they buttons were not added. I requested that they add them and they did but they sewed them directly to the filling which makes removal impossible wihtout popping off the buttons first. They offered to handle it in the future if I need them to but that isn't ideal. Also, the stuffing of the pillow wasn't housed in an interior sock so when you unzip the pillow cover you have direct access to the stuffing which feels a little messy / unfinished. Lastly I sent photos and measurements but the price went up from $400 when they came to pick it up. Not ideal. We agreed to drop taxes but I was still out $400 more than expected. All said and done, I'm happy with the sofa. I will call again for next project.

Not sorry for the days I had to take off, not sorry for the money I spunt on Lyft rides for the 5 , count em, 5 times more I had to go back, so yeah I'm showing up unannounced because it happened on a Sunday, Genius! Of all my years of having music in my vehicles, I've NEVER had the return even one time! Let that sink in! Here's further insult to injury, I referred my brother in law to him (prior to the first comeback) to have a Bluetooth unit installed in his Lexus, guess what? He had to go back! Seems like a pattern for us melanated folk. All hype and no substance, like being hungry and eating a bag of potato chips instead of a meal. Might as well have been robbed by a mugger, except this mugger has a mouth with no real insight past guessing the head unit is the problem instead of a throwing fuses at the problem and melting my fuse box. Shoulda started there, 40 years of experience shoulda told you that but you're so busy looking busy and had the audacity to offset the cost of your ineptness on me. Hopefully, hell is 5 degrees hotter when you get there.
