She continued to look at me like I had asked some ridiculous request and said if it's an appointment I'm asking for she can look at next week but they are only drop off visits. They just lost all the business from me for my new pet and any future pets. They must not understand what pet health guarantees are and they clearly don't believe in building a great relationship with clients if they don't allow new pet owners in the visits. If this is how the front desk lady treats people I dont even want to imagine how the rest of the staff would be if they ever took the time to actually meet with pet owners face to face.
