I don't ever plan on going somewhere else, she is absolutely deserving of 5 stars. This goes deeper than just the actual piercing itself. If I've ever had problems with jewelry, lost a back or ball, or couldn't get the jewelry out, she has been able to help. Her friendliness and quality of service that she provides is unmatched. I have never had a single bad experience. Now she's way busier than when I first started visiting, so I recently noticed like a ticket counter you grab from when you walk in, so expect to wait a little bit when it's busy. I inquired a question via Yelp online, and Shawna was quick to respond and had the most affordable rate given to me amongst all other piercing studios here locally in the greater Yuba-Sutter area and as far as the Greater Sacramento that I am willing to drive for. Need I say her shop was immaculately clean where I didn't have to second guess myself if I wanted to get my piercing done. Fast forward, below are my pros and cons about her studio: Pros: -Professional and knowledgeable about the male human reproductive anatomy in regards "how" to pierce. And she also gave you a chance if you have any questions/concerns is to ask away to relieve the anxiety. Moreover, if you where wondering what I wanted done, I had a frenum piercing done. I would show photos here, but it is quite explicit. -Her current rates as of Jan 2023 was $85 including the studs/jewelry per piercing session for frenum. And if you want a Prince Albert, it'll be $100 including studs/jewelry. -Very Clean Studio -Gave clear instructions on procedure on what she'll be doing, what to expect the before and after, and especially the after care after the session has been completed. -Provided an after care clean kit for $10, which is mandatory. This is to cover her that she provided the highest quality care given to you plus instructions. Cons: NONE! Thank you Shawna! I will definitely be back, maybe this upcoming fall when Summer Season is over. I am possibly contemplating on getting a Prince Albert sometime in the future. We walked in, but they do offer tandem piercing (both ears at the same time) if they have two piercers onsite, so I'd recommend calling ahead if that's important to you. It is definitely pricier than a place like Claire's, but it is worth the cost to avoid the risk of infection and the trauma of forcing a blunt earring through with a gun. They also have much higher-quality titanium and gold jewelry. Just be sure to ask for the price of your jewelry selection if you are budget-conscious. Highly recommended!

I went to my second Friday the 13th event at Pierced Hearts in February (June '25, February '26)…read moreand got my left tragus done. Both gold and silver jewelry are available, with a variety of prices ranging from $30 to +$100. Friday the 13th events are always very busy, because the piercing service and jewelry is on sale. The line moved slow, which is to be expected, and I was seen around 12:30 inside to fill out forms, pay for the jewelry and service, and was told to expect about an hour wait. I left the shop (they do call you when it is getting close to your turn, so leaving is no problem) and went to enjoy other local midtown businesses. Unfortunately, the wait was closer to three hours. I went back to the shop around 2:30 to check on wait time, and was told about another half hour. Friday the 13th events are always busy, but having a more accurate estimation of wait times would have been helpful. I talked with the ladies who had been in front of me in line earlier, who had been called and were waiting for their piercings when I went in at 2:30, and expressed frustration around the incorrect wait times. The piercing service itself was done very well. She had a calm demeanor and was very knowledgeable. The shop was very clean, and the piercing was done quickly. However, only having one piercer on staff for an event does make for long wait times, so transparency about time estimates would have been helpful.
