It was late in the evening - the last slot of the day - and Anna was already booked at that time, but she didn't miss a beat! She was so kind and fit me in anyway, never making me feel rushed. She did a fantastic job on the tan, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation! Her skill and genuine kindness really stood out. Highly recommend booking with Anna!

Immediately the next day (Wednesday) I called to cancel my follow up appointment because I looked orange and was splotchy... mind you I asked for light-medium because I wanted to look sun-kissed. There was no customer service support from the team. The only response was send us a picture and we will use it for training. Ok fine. I never heard from them again. By the end of Wednesday, I started getting itchy and broke out in rashes. The big one is on my ribs and the smaller one is on my back. Truly a terrible experience because I'm still orange (it's Sunday), splotchy, and I want to peel my skin off. It's not their fault that I had a reaction, but the lack of support during this ordeal (especially considering I'm the bride and have huge hives on my body during my wedding) is why I give it a 1 star. I've had to purchase tan remover and go to urgent care for steroids. Unfortunately I will be walking down the aisle with this rash/ hives all over my body.

I was hesitant about going because it had been so long since I had a spray tan and I didn't want to look orange or abnormal during my friend's special day. When arriving, I completely missed my turn, GloGirl is kind of hard to get to. It's in between a gas station and a brand new strip center but the directions I received definitely did help. Stacey was so helpful. Very professional and friendly. I went with one friend and the bride in the bridal party. When it was my turn for my tan, she gave me her recommendations and walked me through each pose. It was like my first spray tan all over again but this time it was the best experience I ever had! I can tell Stacey definitely cares about her clients and has a passion for what he does. Not to mention, I'm so impressed with how my tan looks days after I got it! I'll be sure to go back!

Came here to get my pretty on before a wedding. They are super sweet, accommodating and extremely gentle. At one point, I fell asleep. My eyelashes didn't look "fake" or overdone. No discomfort during anything from beginning to end--not even with the wax being pulled off my skin! My brows looked more even and clean after a matter of minutes. And best of all, they don't price gouge you! Great place!

The first time I visited, instead of trying to sell me a lot of expensive products, she gave me SEVERAL samples to take home and try for myself. Of course, the samples were great, so I came back to buy full-size products to continue maintaining healthy skin at home. I've had a few skin concerns as I've entered my 30s and two different dermatologists I have visited have tried to sell me high dollar products or laughed and reminded me that my skin could be much worse and mine isn't that bad. Yes, I'm sure it could be - but I don't want it to get to that place! I've addressed these same concerns with Andrea and she has actually provided me useful information on products and care to help with my concerns. The best part about the visits are how relaxed I feel during and after the session. My skin just feels amazing when the facial is over!

I stopped by last week to get a much needed spray tan before a beach vacation…read more I got the dark level spray, which when fully developed after 8 hours, did not end up looking as dark as I had anticipated. Also, I ended up with blotchy and uneven palms, knuckles, and toes, but that was just a result of user error. I should have used much more barrier cream than I thought I needed. Even taking all necessary steps to make the tan last, like great prep (exfoliation, etc.), and moisturizing religiously after getting sprayed, it still only lasted me about four days before it started to fade and look uneven. I think that for $35, it is a good enough deal. If I spray tanned more often, I would probably get the membership, so my tan would always look fresh. The facilities were clean, and the front desk employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend them!

I got a spray tan in the VersaSpa as I always do for special events (typically at the original location on 59). I waited the suggested amount of time and showered, etc. (this is not my first rodeo) My end result, an orange tan. I later found out this location does not use the Glo Sun Spa proprietary formula and tries to save money using a cheaper formula. I really wish I was notified of this sooner so I would not cringe every time I see myself in photos of a dear friends wedding. At the minimum, customers should expect the same quality across the board at all locations. Highly disappointed.

The price for the leg wax was the same as the one other place I have had this service, but the Brazilian was a little more expensive. If that was all I had to say, my review would have a higher rating. However, I didn't feel like there was a high level of sanitation going on here. The little room we were in was very dimly lit and put me off a little bit at first, but I decided to be brave and stick it out. The woman who did my waxing used the same strip of cloth repeatedly until it could hold no more wax and only then changed it out. I also came to find that what I thought she used as hand sanitizer was actually just oil to get the excess wax off. Not exactly what I was hoping for in my waxing experience. With that aside, I do feel that she was more thorough than my old waxing place, and I'll definitely come back because, again, the results are so much better.
