The only reason I'm even giving 2 starts is because of the service I've had in the past in Spring. I bought a spray tan package (in Spring) a few months ago. That location is no longer available. Since I live in Conroe, driving to Bellaire is a huge inconvenience. I was told if I wanted my tans I'd already purchased I'd have to drive the 50 minutes (without traffic) to get them. I feel like it was poor customer service to not refund my package, considering I'd purchased them with the intent of not having to drive an hour away. read more

I don't know why they call it aura brushed because this place doesn't do a good job of using or cleaning brushes!! There are SO many better places in Houston you can get your makeup done. The industry is saturated with enough good artists. This is highly uncommon for me. The makeup that was used on my face was really crusty and the skincare made me break out. As far as my knowledge goes, makeup should not be kept open or used for longer than one year. None of the products were cleaned nor sanitized and some of it looked outdated The makeup look overall came out okay! I don't know who runs this place but it looks cheap and like they don't keep up with what's in the studio! I did not want to say anything because I figured this is a professional place and these people know what they are doing (which is unlike any OTHER makeup studio that I have been to, a more clean environment & they sanitize the actual PRODUCTS not just the brushes) For what I was charged they should at least do a better job of up keeping. I broke out around my cheeks and eyes which has never happened before. My makeup was sliding around the rest of the night! Omg please just do yourself a favor and read every single review before you book an appointment with the wrong place! I am hoping they get it together for the other customers. I would rather hire someone I KNOW off Instagram to come to my house next time. Came here to get a spray for a wedding I was in. It was very natural looking and not too overbearing. The tech was friendly and made conversation so it wasn't so awkward. She also used a powder to set the tan which helps your tan last I think. My tan lasted about a week! read more
