Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.

Today was my first session, and since my main focus was to address the darker areas of my lips, we focused on neutralizing the darker areas to create an even base for the pink shade I want. Hannah took the time to explain the process and set clear expectations. I really appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I was really hoping to find someone who could recreate the style I was used to back home. I found this salon a few months ago and had been seeing one of the brow stylists, who was fantastic. She understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and helped me gradually get my brows back to the shape I loved. Since eyebrow growth takes time, we've been working toward that goal over multiple appointments. Unfortunately, her schedule has been a bit inconsistent lately, so I stopped in today after the gym hoping another stylist could help. Before we started, I explained in detail what I had been working on with the other brow artist and asked several questions to make sure she was comfortable maintaining that same shape. She assured me she understood and told me to trust her. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I had asked for. It felt like my concerns weren't listened to, and months of progress toward growing my brows back have now been undone. Brows take weeks to grow back and often months to reshape, so it's incredibly disappointing to feel like I'm starting over. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I spent a significant amount of time explaining exactly what I was trying to accomplish because I wanted to avoid this outcome. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and the progress I'd made over the past few months. It was simply a very inconvenient experience that could have been avoided if the stylist had been upfront about not being familiar with the technique or shape I was looking for. I'm sure this stylist may do a great job for clients looking for a different brow style, but if a client is asking for a specific approach that you're not confident you can achieve, it's much better to be honest than to promise you can. Setting the right expectations is so important. She even had me stay on the phone while she spoke with the person who was handling the reimbursement, so I personally heard the conversation and understood that my reimbursement was being processed. Then I received this notification showing that the $80 transaction had been canceled and would not post to my account. I contacted my card company to find out what happened, and I was told that the cancellation was not something they could simply do on their end. Based on what I was told, the transaction had been canceled on the merchant/reimbursement side. So after being told by the owner that I would be reimbursed, I now have a canceled transaction instead. I already went through the service twice because I was unhappy with the original result. I gave the business an opportunity to make it right, spoke directly with the owner, and trusted that the reimbursement she promised would be handled. Instead, I'm left with another issue to resolve. At this point, it's not even about the $80. It's about being told one thing and then seeing something completely different happen.
