The cashier was taking orders, packing order, quality control, giving orders to customers and taking orders to customers dinning in. It was quite amazing how he did it all with a smile. I waited about 17 minutes as all food is cooked fresh to order. I ordered the medium chicken tenders with waffle fries and Ginger Ale. The food was so hot and fresh and spicy like I like it. If you don't like your lips to tingle medium may not be for you. The restaurant was pretty quite other than some high school students in the back. Give yourself time to order as food is made to order. Returned the next day for my son to try it and he picked up the mundo chicken Sammy! I had this place in my bookmark for some time now, and I was very pleased with almost everything! I was very satisfied with our meal overall, I would say the mac n cheese while well seasoned, was slightly over cooked, there were some hardened pieces of noodles in the mix. Now the customer service was great, I didn't catch the gentlemen's name who was working alone, but he was very friendly and attentive! Unfortunately the cleanliness can be better we had to wipe down our own sitting area and the floors were kinda sticky. Granted there was only one person working, so maybe that could be the reason? Overall I would come back, maybe try the downtown location next.

We ordered ahead on…read morethe app to snag the Free Fry Friday deal, and friendly staff greeted us as we walked in and delivered our food right to the table. This location has gender neutral restrooms. Our order: a SmokeShack burger with extra ShackSauce on the side, a plain hot dog, the free fries with a cup of cheese sauce, a s'mores shake, and a complimentary cup of water. The verdict: The burger was excellent -- very juicy with a crispy, proper smash-burger sear. The ShackSauce wasn't for us -- it has an unfamiliar tang we couldn't quite place (Dijon?), so you may want to taste it first before committing. Fries were fresh and crispy, but I still prefer fresh-cut fries elsewhere. The s'mores shake was delicious, but a suggestion: get wider shake straws! It's nearly impossible to pull the mix-ins through a regular straw. App feedback for management: The app needs cheese sauce and ShackSauce as add-on options for online ordering -- we had to request them in person. Menu suggestions: Hot dog topping options are also limited; relish should be a standard choice, and chili would be a great addition. And personally, we'd love shredded cheese as an alternative to cheese sauce on both the fries and hot dogs. Worth noting why the prices run premium: Shake Shack uses 100% all-natural Angus beef with no hormones or antibiotics ever, and their shakes are made with real frozen custard -- spun fresh with real sugar and dairy, not syrup mix. The "fine casual" approach means fast-food speed with better sourcing, and you can taste the difference in the burger especially. IMHO, we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Only a couple of people in the dining area and about 5 employees behind the counter. When I went to find a seat, the third table I got to was clean, though there was trash on the floor under it. Lemonade was a cup FILLED with ice and topped up with what was a 24 ounce cup with probably 10 oz of lemonade for over $4. Fries were fresh, but the spicy seasoning was too heavy. The hamburger was sort of dry and not all that good. I know McDonalds makes a better burger for a LOT LESS money. At these prices, I was expecting a burger worth writing home about, but it was below McD's quality.

Everything was fantastic. The chicken was crispy to the last wing, flavor of the sauce was excellent. Fries were crispy with great flavor with the buffalo each rub. We ordered a small and the bag was huge. I don't know if that was a mistake but if it was truly a small there would never be a reason to order the large as it could easily feed 4. Ranch dipping sauce was excellent and the coleslaw was surprisingly great. Service Food came out quickly and the staff was friendly. It is hands down the cleanest fast-food restaurant and restrooms my wife and I have ever been in. Yes, even cleaner than Chick-fil-A, and the food is better too. We make it a point to stop here whenever we're heading south or on our way back home. Every single meal we've ordered has been fresh, hot, and consistently good. On this trip, my wife had the turkey club sandwich with curly fries. I ordered one of the new Meat & 3 meals, the fried chicken sandwich, which came with small fries, a cheese stick, and a peach cobbler roll-up. Everything was excellent. We dined in, and like most times we're here a manager walked around checking on guests and making sure everything was good. We were talking about how much we enjoy stopping at this location because of the food quality and how clean the restaurant is. I mentioned I had been talking with the gentleman at the table next to us who was eating the chicken vegetable soup, he said it was very good and had plenty of chicken in it. The manager asked if we had tried the zucchini bread. We hadn't, so he left and came back with a muffin for us to try , it was very good. The new peach cobbler roll-up is excellent, and I really hope it doesn't get discontinued. They used to have a caramel cookie that was the best and unfortunately they stopped selling it. Overall, this Arby's sets the standard for fast food. We'll keep stopping here every chance we get.

Of course, they wanted to do the challenge and try the hottest level--the "Reaper." But baby...when I found out it required me to sign a waiver?! Yeah, that was a hard NO for me. So we played it safe--one got the medium, and the other went with the hot (or super hot--whatever is right under that Reaper level). Now for me--I kept it cute and went with the mild slider and fries. I only ordered one slider because I saw how big they were on someone else's plate, and I was right--it was HUGE! And let me tell you, it was actually really good. The chicken was flavorful, crispy, and cooked just right. And listen... I am not a coleslaw person at all, but theirs? Surprisingly good! The pickle added that perfect sweet and tangy kick that pulled everything together. The restaurant itself was clean and had some really cool, colorful artwork that gave it a fun vibe. And the service? Excellent! The cashier was friendly, patient, and really knowledgeable about the different heat levels and flavors, which made ordering super easy. Now, the only downside for me was the price. It felt a little high for what you get, (the meal did not include a drink) so I did take off a star for that. But overall, the food was good, the kids really enjoyed it, and it was a fun stop during our trip. If you're in the area, I'd definitely recommend checking it out! Rating: 4/5

This came on a piece of bread and lots of pickles and Dave's sauce. Fabulous breading and chicken was tender and not preformed. Kale slaw was creamy and not too sweet, yummy. Fries were nice and crispy. Cauliflower was a nice vegetarian option - well battered. We also tried The Reaper - the waiver was funny - but yeah, it is way too hot to enjoy (even by a Pepper-head). This is more of a frat boy dare thing. Overall, the food was really good and worth the visit. Here's the not so good: The menu doesn't cover everything, especially the vegetarian options, so you have to use the Kiosk for that. There were only 8 customers there at lunch. I can guess why. The floor had lots of random puddles on it and one large one was not marked and no one was mopping or trying to do something. Total slip and fall situation. There were only 2 staff and the counter-person was not welcoming or helpful. The music was really loud. I downloaded an ap, out of curiosity and Billy Joel's Piano man was banging in at 111 at peak and hovered around 85. Seriously, that's lawnmower loud! A couple waited twice as long for their order because they didn't hear their names called. Interestingly, the counter area was quieter than the dining room. The bathroom had run out of toilet paper. There were two empty cardboard rolls, so it had been awhile. Thankfully, there was a half used spool on the tank. No paper towels either. There was soap! So a mixed bag. I hope that Dave's can up their game, because the food was fab.
