Auntie Anne's, I love your sweet almond pretzels! We usually stop by at whatever mall we're at for a pretzel, but this time, we just wanted a drink for the road. We hopped in line & got an iced lemonade! I don't remember the last time I got a drink from here. It was a lot more tart than other lemonades I've had recently though. We thought about getting a pretzel, however, all the pretzels they had looked visually burned unfortunately & didn't seem appetizing to us. Was going to get almond pretzel or mini cinnamon pretzel bites, but literally everything in their display when we arrived was burnt / overcooked. Had to pass. Ahh the classic mall pitstop. Shopping bags in hand, hunger is there, Auntie Anne's saves the day. I've been craving the equivalent of a Friendly's Reese's peanut butter cup Friend-Z for MONTHS now. You heard me. Gosh why did those have to close. Anywho, right when it was time to order the cinnamon bites with frosting (a must order) I couldn't help but notice their Carvel ice cream menu which featured a peanut butter sundae in a cup. Of course I had to order it and OH MY this is confirmed the closest thing I have gotten to a friendly's friend-Z and I could not be happier. The staff is always so nice, hardworking, and there's probably 3 of these in the Natick Mall so you might have to wait 5 minutes most. Whenever I go to the Natick Mall, inevitably I end up at Auntie Anne's. The one by Macy's. The line is usually ridiculously long. And the people in line never seem to think about what they want to order until the cashier says "what can I get you?" Thus the line moves slower than a 3 toed sloth. You can't go wrong with a yummy pretzel as a snack while getting your shopping done. I personally like their plain salted pretzel with marinara sauce. But I've also tried their cinnamon sugar pretzel and their pretzel dogs too. The time I visited, the pretzels were literally coming out of the oven and had that freshly baked aroma going on, they were oh so good. Most of you around here are part of the choir and believer in Auntie Anne's. I envy you. I have only recently had my very first Auntie Anne's experience (that I can remember anyway. Maybe I went there before as a middle/high school student). Hanging out with my friend and his daughter and her friend, we made a much needed stop at Auntie Anne's and it got the girls quiet for a little bit. They each got a pretzel and I had the pretzel dog. My world stopped. The pretzel was so buttery, so warm, just the right amount of salty. It was better than crack. I kept asking one of the little girls to feed me her pretzel. Shamelessly, I batted my lashes and smiled with allure. The warmth of the soft pretzel enveloped my tastebuds in a mother's warm, loving embrace, I tasted home. Or even better, Auntie Anne's. From now on I will never pass another one without spending at least $4 of my hard-earned cash. Much to the regret of my waistline. read more

Auntie Anne's is AMAZING! Unfortunately I don't live very close to any Auntie Anne's to go there frequently, the closest being this one, Westgate or the Wrentham Outlets. The Natick Mall has three branches of Auntie Anne's. One by Macy's, one by the Nordstrom wing (next to Things Remembered), and one somewhere else that I forget (this mall is so big, it's tough to know where you are going sometimes!). The one I'm reviewing is by the Nordstrom wing. Why this specific one? Because, truthfully, it is always the least crowded and easiest to get in and out of, and, well, it always seems to be the most convenient for me (don't really know why....). The staff are all very friendly, and they ALWAYS get all of my orders correctly. Whenever I stop by, I order multiple pretzels (the salted ones and cinnamon are best), so I eat one, and take a few for the road (no, they don't go bad). Quick service, and never a crowd, at least at the Nordstrom wing location (the Macy's one is normally quite busy (why I don't go to it!)). In closing, perfect spot to get a quick snack in any part of the Natick Mall. 5 stars for Auntie Anne's! read more

These pretzels are so fresh, warm, soft and delicious! I've tried the mini hot dog pretzels, it wasn't to my liking. I find it a bit salty and overwhelming for a cup. I had the regular salted pretzel, make sure to add yellow mustard (delicious). My all time favorite is the cinnamon nuggets! I always get that when I'm at the mall or craving for anything sweet! read more
