My daughter loved both the sprinkle dipped cone and mermaid sundae! They have lemonades with the bubble pearls my daughter was obsessed with. It's disappointing to hear these complaints from employees, as someone who personally has worked within fields like this, scheduling and training are the make and break of having happy employees. Not having happy employees and leaving work to certain employees because they have been there longer is not appropriate at all. Right now there's currently one employee who knows the whole menu and how to make menu items in my current time here. I like this environment, but seeing one person carry the task for two other employees is a bit disappointing. Hopefully this changes or vibes to this place will begin to shift and tension within the team will rise.
