After a recent flight going out of DFW and experiencing multiple flight delays due to weather, we were starving. Our terminal had changed twice from where we started and I'm glad we ended up in Terminal D where I found Auntie Anne's! I picked up a cupful of the mini pretzel dogs and they really hit the spot! They were warm, easy to eat and quite delicious! The server handed me the cup, I paid and she was even kind enough to point to where the napkins were. Dinner on the go = accomplished! read more

During a really long delay at the airport, needed something to eat. The pretzels smelled really good, so I decided to get this instead of some other options at the food court like the banh mi or McDonald's. Can't really go wrong with a pretzel, I got an Original and a jalapeño pretzel. Total for both was around $11. Jalapeño one was good and not too spicy. They just pulled some hot, freshly made ones out of the oven and the cashier grabbed one from there without me asking, which was nice of her. They dip it in butter, so the nice and hot and buttery pretzel really hit the spot. read more

Every time I come to auntie Anne's by D36 they are always too lazy to make pretzels. They denied making me a pepperoni pretzel saying they didn't have any but there were pepperoni bites made and still denied making it. Luckily c terminal employees are always ready and had lots of pretzels made thank you. D terminal auntie Anne's are always too lazy to make pretzels and will only have the original pretzels made. Not the friendliest service, but they were quick. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and grabbed a lemonade, pretzel bites, and pretzel dog bites with just enough time to catch my connection flight from Dallas to New Orleans. I was happy with my purchase. read more

Well, if you're at terminal D gate 36 for a connecting AA flight check out Auntie Anne's. The staff was not very helpful and you can tell english is not their first language. Made it very difficult to order and it go to the point I just paid and left. I went to another place to get some mustard for my pretzels. The pretzels were the little ball ones as they HAD NO REGULAR PRETZELS! For being a pretzel shop they had no inventory and nothing prepared and that was late afternoon! WTHeck? Given the current state of the world and how much travel along with our everyday activities have changed, the staff here was doing a wonderful job at accommodating customers while following new COVID guidelines. The line was moving efficiently and they were friendly. I've never ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets before but they were great and I may make that my go to moving forward. They didn't have any regular pretzels in stock and had plenty of pretzel nuggets, but refused to sell me a smaller size. The girl working the register told me sorry several times, but that she wasn't allowed to sell the smaller size. Obviously it's a forced up charge which is sad. A-ok is right. I wanted something quick to eat that was filling and familiar and close to our gate. Auntie Anne's fit the bill. I got my pretzel nuggets (because they were the only thing available....no pretzels had been cooked and it would be a bit of some time before they'd be ready), seasoned and flavored the way I wanted. Bought 2 cups of pretzels from this location in DFW terminal D36 on December 24, 2024 at 7:45 pm. I received them cold, like it's been sitting out for a while and asked if I can get a fresh one instead. The cashier was a sweet lady but the other lady making the pretzels got really upset. Satisfied with my food! A small order of cinnamon/sugar nuggets is the perfect little pick-me-up when on a long day of travel. The service was quick and easy, and the counter woman made sure to offer me a dipping side just in case I forgot haha. All about that icing dipper if you're feeling a sweet tooth coming on! I am like a little fat kid when it comes to Auntie Anne's and Wetzel Pretzel. I was rushing for a connection and needed something to eat...more than a pretzel. Unfortunately, all of the food near the C gates is crap, or the lines were long. I settled on a pretzel dog and a salted pretzel to hold me over until I got to the east coast. For $12, I would hope to have a fresh pretzel. That is that I "hoped" to have fresh. Both the dog and the pretzel were aged a few hours and slightly hard and crusty. It was not the signature soft fresh pretzel that you get used to. I am sure this location has lower standards because it is an airport. High-pressure sales tactics. At a pretzel shop, you say? Yep. They have someone offering free samples, and if you take one and then don't go to the counter to buy a pretzel immediately, you get the hard sell from another person who is watching the sample-giver. That person eventually gives you a coupon for a free pretzel, and then, when you go to redeem it, the person at the counter up-sells you with dipping sauces, drinks, and the works. I was probably more susceptible to up-selling and sales trickery when I bought my pretzel, cheese sauce, and strawberry lemonade yesterday than usual, since I was in the middle of a three-hour layover, but I still felt like I'd been ripped off when I walked away from the counter.
