I've seen advertisements for Beef-a-Roo for a while and pass by this location frequently, so I decided to give it a try. The customer service was great, and the menu offers a good variety of options, including chicken, beef, and pork. On this visit, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I prefer a Buffalo sandwich that is fully coated in sauce, but this one seemed like the sauce was simply added on top. The chicken itself was average, and the bun was noticeably larger than the chicken portion. On a positive note, the fries and lemonade were both above average and helped balance out the meal. While this visit wasn't a home run, it wasn't a total miss either. I'd be willing to give Beef-a-Roo another try in the future, but I'd likely order a different menu item next time.

But they only had it during the week, and with us working during the week and staying almost 30min. Away it wasn't doable. We ordered a lot of food as usual because we like to try everything overall between both places we paid about 95-ish dollars. The food and wait was worth it per usual, but the ATTITUDES at both places weren't, I let my bf order once I peeped, to avoid getting pissed off further. they can also practice safe food handling at the burger place.. I witnessed her wearing her gloves to write on the box, handle the food, touch cups to make drinks, walk to the other restaurant with the same gloves on and walk back, now while she didn't touch anything on the other side it's the principal.. At J's international when the food was ready, our name was called, and she let us look at the food to make sure it was right. The reason for the rating is because of the attitudes I didn't drive almost 30min. To feel like you don't want to work and be bothered today. Buttttt hey the music was a plus I was jammin for the most part!

Recently I've seen that it has grown in popularity , so I decided to finally see what it is all about . This was a busy Friday night with lots of people coming. I had no idea the wait time would be that long so we just presented in person. I like the vibe and ambiance here. They have a live DJ playing in the back and sports on the television . Customer service needs room for improvement . Body language, communication both were sub par. Facial expression and the way I got handed the food was received with an attitude . Like I'm the one waiting and paying for the food. Almost felt like they were projecting their feelings towards me. I ordered a burger with side of fries, 10 piece wing(Cajun/lemon pepper). Fries tasted old and dry. Wings were ok. I just feel like I've had better. Burger was more bread than meat. I like the kool aid, sweet but not crazy sweet . For $28 i expected much more . An underwhelming experience. The pros fit this place would be seating, lots of seating, local memorabilia. Cons: food and customer service.

An hour passes no food we chalk it to it being busy okay whatever. They give us our food and it's wrong . They gave us queso fries and the carne asada potato. Oh did I mention they are out of lemonade as well. At this point we are annoyed because they have pumped out at least 30 to-go orders and we still don't have our food correctly. And the family that came in and ordered similarly after us have their food already given to them. They take the fries away and give us the one correct potato then tell us we would have to wait ANOTHER hour to get the potato we ordered and paid for. We ended up just asking for a refund they give us the potato and our drink replacement which is the only reason why I am giving two stars. Very disappointing experience if you know wait time is so long at least say hey it'll be a hour.We stay 5 minutes away and could've at least waited at home Instead of sitting in the lobby for over an hour. I will give them props the potato I did get was delicious and very large. But If you want your food in a timely manner this may not be a place for you.

I tried the Doritos Nachos with ground beef (minus the beans) and after the first bite I said, "Okay... I'll be back." The queso, cheese, cilantro, onions, and sour cream drizzle came together perfectly. I also tried the Philly Cheesesteak Burrito with ribeye, melted cheese, grilled onions and peppers, mayo, all toasted in a large flour tortilla. It was so filling and flavorful, I may not order a traditional Philly again. Only downside: some items are a little pricey, but overall #FlavorchaserApproved.
