Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. It all happened so fast and I was rushed to the hospital, leaving the team on their own in my home with my two cats. When I returned late that evening, the team had completed the installation, completely cleaned up my home and made sure my cats were safe. The next day, they checked in to see how I was doing, with no request for their final payment, which was due the day before! The money was not their immediate concern - my wellbeing came first. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.
