Very disrespectful, I had one of my customers I needed a table glass. She contacted him over two months of the enemy. Davvvv made the glass and he refused to deliver the glass so she called me and when I went, he didn't even know what price to give me so he overcharged when I asked him why so much he quickly got defensive and started saying who are you to tell me how much it is on when I simply ask them why is it so much since I am in the same field of work in construction and I know the prices he then told me not to go back to him again just because I asked them. They installed glass panels on a staircase and multiple shower doors on a home that was a complete remodel. Years later when one of the glass panels on the staircase started to slip and we called them to come out to lift it and put it back into place before it goes crashing down, they claimed they never worked on our home. We tried to remind them of the job by giving them the contractors name and still they had no recollection. Our contractor then reached out to them directly and all of a sudden they were cured of their amnesia. But guess what? They still haven't come back for the repair. I was very impressed with this team of professionals. I have two very large custom showers that required glass doors/hardware. The measurement was exact, quality of the product was incredible - the chrome handles and hardware matched my restroom hardware perfectly! Prior to the install it was noted that my contractor didn't level the shower ledge correctly - this amazing team have the glass cut perfectly to correct the error, and used silicone to prevent water spillage. The staff were professional and courteous, they respected my home, wore masks, and used sanitizer. I wasn't fearful of them being in my home. Both shower stalls were completed in less than 1.5 hours. The owner asked if I was a front line worker, and provided me with thanks for all the great work nurse's are doing during the pandemic. On Friday morning I call they tell me they tried to cut it twice and they broke it TWICE, why am I finding this out now? They offered nothing to make it right. Can I just start by saying WOW!!! So, you all know I'm really picky when it comes to getting something really important or something big as a glass top for my ZGallerie Sequoia Base table(s). As I always do... I called and got price quotes from almost everyone; and when I say everyone I mean from San Diego to Santa Barbara. After getting killed with price quotes and delivery charges, my mother recommended me someone she had used wayyy back in the days. So, I gave them a call... Vic picked up and was so kind enough to answer every picky question I had; which others were overlooking or saying they would call me back to let me know. He gave me an amazing price which was unbeatable from what alllll the others had been quoting. So, I couldn't believe it, so I kept repeating myself to him the size, corners length width and every aspect I had needed in regards to my table top glass. Fortunately, he was able to deliver the tempered top glass within 4 DAYS! I couldn't believe it!!! I'm soooo satisfied with my service and the kindliness of the staff along with his help that I will definitely recommend him to allll my relatives, friends and everyone else. Vic had sent three people to install the glass, which they did soooo professionally... they were all so kind and very knowledgeable in the install and adjusting the table corners to where the table didn't rattle or budge.
