Needed my window glass to be replaced. Also, my mosquito net was torn, so needed that to be redone as well. The service was immaculate, fair priced, and nothing to be upset about. All in all took the owner and his crew less than 2 days to fix everything for me. Great location in Glendale, do not hesitate to stop by and to give them your business. read more

Just had our sliding mirror cabinet repaired today. So thankful for this company for being prompt in responding and scheduling. Others were telling me to replace the whole thing. If I could, I would give Vic and his team 6 Stars! You will not regret hiring them! read more

Very disrespectful, I had one of my customers I needed a table glass. She contacted him over two months of the enemy. Davvvv made the glass and he refused to deliver the glass so she called me and when I went, he didn't even know what price to give me so he overcharged when I asked him why so much he quickly got defensive and started saying who are you to tell me how much it is on when I simply ask them why is it so much since I am in the same field of work in construction and I know the prices he then told me not to go back to him again just because I asked them. Why is it so much? He charged $670 for a 42 inch round class anyways I will not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Hired Vic and his guys to replace 2 mirrors on the sliding doors of a wardrobe in a rental unit. They did a PERFECT job! And super easy to work with. I did not have to meet them there and explain or micromanage. They went to the unit, removed the doors, replaced the mirrors, reinstalled the doors. No drama professional vendor! Highly recommend! read more

The team was very clean in replacing my broken window. Window replaced was large and about 6 feet from the ground. They brought scaffolding to make sure they were able to properly install it. The pricing was fair and better than some other quotes I got. read more

Great, fast service. I had a tight window of time to have a glass shower enclosure ordered and installed, they did it on time and punctual. Rude, unprofessional and arrogant. They probably think they are the only glass shop on planet Earth. And even if they were, they should treat their customers with respect... Very sad, very disappointing experience. read more

They installed glass panels on a staircase and multiple shower doors on a home that was a complete remodel. Years later when one of the glass panels on the staircase started to slip and we called them to come out to lift it and put it back into place before it goes crashing down, they claimed they never worked on our home. We tried to remind them of the job by giving them the contractors name and still they had no recollection. Our contractor then reached out to them directly and all of a sudden they were cured of their amnesia. But guess what? They still haven't come back for the repair. It's been over a month and repeated phone calls. Vahe makes promises to come out but never shows up. Don't waste your time with this company! read more

I've had many great experiences with the team at Grandview, they solve all my glass problems quickly and affordably! I needed a custom *very tall* glass shower door and they were able to create it for me -- 3 years later and I have no complaints! On top of that, recently there was a windstorm in SoCal which ended up braking two of my living room windows. I took a sample over to Grandview and they were able to cut me a new piece quickly! I had the windows completely fixed within an hour. Highly recommend Grandview Glass & Mirror, they get the job done efficiently! read more

I requested a vanity mirror to be measured and installed for my newly renovated bathroom and Vahe and his staff came through with their excellent service. The placement and ordering of the mirror was quick and easy. It only took a week and upon arrival Vahe contacted me immediately to have it installed for the next day. The price was decent considering we are in times of inflation. I would highly recommend this shop for your glass and mirror needs. Bad customer service, Totally disappointed , I dropped off a sample 10 days ago to receive an estimate, I called several times, I showed up two more times after I dropped off the sample. Finally I spoke with business owner Vahe Vic Manukian this morning and I explained that I'm still waiting for a simple estimate, he told me he'll call me with an hour, four hours later I showed up and none of the employees know anything and can't answer any questions. I was very impressed with this team of professionals. I have two very large custom showers that required glass doors/hardware. The measurement was exact, quality of the product was incredible - the chrome handles and hardware matched my restroom hardware perfectly! Prior to the install it was noted that my contractor didn't level the shower ledge correctly - this amazing team have the glass cut perfectly to correct the error, and used silicone to prevent water spillage. The staff were professional and courteous, they respected my home, wore masks, and used sanitizer. I wasn't fearful of them being in my home. Both shower stalls were completed in less than 1.5 hours. The owner asked if I was a front line worker, and provided me with thanks for all the great work nurse's are doing during the pandemic. It was a wonderful experience, I was never pressured or pushed into making a decision. I recommend this business 110%!! read more

Absolutely terrible, they told me my mirror would be ready same day or next day, I came in on a Tues with a sample and they said it'll be ready by Friday. On Friday morning I call they tell me they tried to cut it twice and they broke it TWICE, why am I finding this out now? They offered nothing to make it right. How hard is it to cut glass it is after all what these people do, why do you need more than 3 days? Why do I have to call you to find this out? I expectyyou to put a rush on it now I have tell my customer their install will be delayed now. Why does my business have to suffer because of this company's Incompetence? read more
