As a home buyer in RPV, I was looking to get unbiased, sound engineering advice about the foundation of the home I am buying, and that's exactly what I got. Samy is skeptical of contractors who sell repairs that "put lipstick on a pig" as he put it, and walked me through the proper approach to address the risks and root causes (positive connections post to pier, drainage). I am so grateful to have found you, Samy. Thank you for the invaluable advice.

I only need a repair and I don't have as much experience as I would like to address this. I took to YELP in an effort to find a smart kind human to help me understand what to do. Many of the men just said I can't do it for less than 4,000-3,500$. Not explaining the plan to me at all and only concerned about how much I could spend. Then I got on the phone with Sam. Not only was he incredibly helpful explaining to me how the wall could be fix and what would be needed. Design work, permits, etc. He also told me how do to it so I wouldn't need a structural engineer for it. Which completely blew me away. Not only was the man kind enough to go over what I needed to do but he told me how to do it so I wouldn't even need to hire him! What an incredible human! I will save his number in my phone and reach out any time I or someone I know needs his service. I highly recommend reaching out to this very smart and intelligent person to guide you along your journey. Thank you Sam!
