I set up an appointment with Armen one evening and he was there the next day ASAP. He and his assistant (his son) inspected and figured out pretty quickly what the issue was and was able to fix it within approximately an hour with minimal disruption to our day. They explained the issues the entire way and also gave us some recommendations on longer-term solutions to keep this from happening (the circuitry is old, from the 50s, and it simply overloaded from years of overuse from multiple appliances). They were really a pleasure to work with. They were great with our dogs and we had some really nice conversations during the service. Their quote for the service seemed very reasonable to me based on quotes I've gotten from prior electricians in the area for similar work. I plan to use them again in the future and I highly recommend them!

We needed a complete electric rewire of an…read moreolder home we just bought so we had multiple electric companies come by to do an inspection and to give us a quote. The technician who came by was pleasant, but when he heard we wanted a complete rewire, he did not even inspect the property or the amp panel. He just ballparked us a random number that made absolutely no sense. It was when I asked him to do an inspection to review the scope of work that he half heartedly opened a few outlets and said "ok, we're just going to replace them." In the end he gave me a quote verbally and never even sent me an actual quote that was promised. I would be extremely careful working with this company or choosing them for any high level electric work. If you review them on BBB or the California licensing board, you'll see that the owner is C-10 licensed but his workers are contractors who are working under his license. In comparing them to other electric companies in SGV in which the workers are licensed, this company uses just random contractors so the quality of your work varies.
