The pricing is very fair at $20 for a hem, $15 for a waist take-in, and varying for a few other services. They are cash only and can provide change if needed. The turn around time varies, but usually is about a week or two. I've never needed anything rushed, but I'm sure they will work with you if needed! I am removing one star only because there have been two times I went to pick up an item on the agreed upon date and the items weren't ready. This was an inconvenience, but hasn't happened in a while. My most recent visit: I dropped off a pair of pants on Monday morning and received a text on Wednesday that the pants were ready for pickup -- a few days early. I don't usually receive a text when the items are ready, but greatly appreciate the increased communication and confirmation!
