At first, I saw three staff members helping a family with carpet, so I waited respectfully for them to finish. While I was standing there, two other staff members walked by without saying excuse me, acknowledging me, or asking if I needed help. After the family was helped and sent on their way, one staff member continued assisting them with something else, while three staff members were still in the area. Another customer even came in, but no one ever asked if I needed assistance. I was clearly standing in the carpet section, walking back and forth, waiting for someone to help me. I would think that if a customer is standing nearby watching staff cut carpet, it would be obvious that they may need assistance as well. I left feeling ignored and frustrated. I am now driving all the way to the Home Depot in Waynesboro, where I have heard the service is better. I am not happy with the lack of customer service I experienced today.

Never been so rudely treated in my life! Called to make a service appointment for clothes dryer…read more Its a Whirlpool and they are Whirlpool dealers and service providers. They took the model number and the error messages the machine was displaying and said they would call back. I called back an hour later and they refused to work on the machine. They didn't want to! Said I acted like I was their only customer when I called back. Again, they advertise that they are a Whirlpool service provider. Said to call someone else. I will never deal with them again and I advise others not to bother.

The online ordering experience was fine. I received a text message and an email that said that my…read moretrailer was ready to be picked up. The pick up experience was reasonable, but when I got home I realized that the spring loaded pins that secure the folding side rails were completely rusted in the sockets and could not be removed. I had to use a hammer and a punch to remove the pins, clean the rust from the pins, use sand paper to remove the rust from the pin sockets, and lubricate the pins and sockets with grease. This should have been done when the TSC associate readied my trailer for pickup. I also had to lubricate all hinge points and latches as everything had exposed rust. I see that the MFG date on this trailer was 4-30-25, so it has been sitting in the weather for quite some time. That was two hours of my life that I can not get back and it should have never happened!

The Tractor Supply pet clinic was a horror show. The vet is…read morean elderly woman who hose skills have diminished. I had a 15 pound dog and she could not find the vein to draw blood and caused my pet great pain. She then tried a second time and again couldn't find the veins causing pet to scream bloody murder. After she failed twice at her job she offered me a free coupon if I wanted to try again later, meaning even though she failed to do her job twice and caused my dog tremendous pain, I was still expected to pay for the test that wouldn't happen now but I had a coupon so she could stab my dog again. The heavy-set Black wan who handled the payment and paperwork at the end could not have been more rude and dismissive. I asked her a question and she didn't even look up as she waved me away dismissively. Do not take your precious animals here. It's an unfeeling machine and the vet should retire due to finished skills of age.
