The one downside to the visit was "checking out". Had to wait too long to pay my $29.00 fee. Why can't the people who check you in, check you out? All three "check out" people had folks looking at glasses. I didn't need glasses, I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. Work on that process guys

My surprise this staff was absolutely friendly & helpful from the check-in staff all the way to the doctors. Had concerns for the patient and explain everything along the way for us to understand. Even the freaking security guard was friendly & useful and that usually never happens at any hospital I've ever been to!!!! My biggest surprise was that I was not stuck in the ER for hours like I was at the other hospital here in Longview.
