I called and spoke with Dominic and told him that I was very interested but wanted to make sure it was in nice shape since I was driving over from Eureka, Missouri and didn't want to wasted my time. He personally test drove the vehicle and called me back to tell me that it was in great shape but had some minor exterior issues. I set up a time to visit and test drive and he was ready when I arrived and it was exactly as promised and actually a little nicer than I thought it would be. We agreed on a reasonable price and did all the paper work and was out of there with my new minivan in less than 90 minutes! A great experience and we are loving our van! I made an appointment weeks ago, told them my issue, and what needed to be done. Sounds easy enough I thought. I took off early from work because of time availability for service. I got there at my scheduled time and got turned down. I was told the people that handle the servicing for my vehicle leaves at this time and to come back another day when I had already made an appointment and gave them my information. No apologies at all. What a total waste of time and effort. After multiple complaints from my peers and family members, I will no longer shop at Auffenberg again. read more

Sale went fine and we liked the car we bought there. Tom, our salesman, was nice enough. We had a follow up call from Tom and the dealership a couple days later but after these contacts, realized we had an issue with the 3-month SiriusXM subscription that was to come along with the car. Sirius knew nothing about this. Called and left messages 2x with my salesperson and emailed him. Called and had to leave message with service department about this issue. Provided info on this situation on a online service and asked to be contacted. NO CONTACT from Auffenberg. We have been in the market for a car over a year, and I never had a problem with dealers calling/emailing me all the damned time if I expressed any interest in buying a car!!! But, now, NO CONTACT from a dealership after the purchase! read more

Can't believe these guys have any 5 star reviews, oh well to each his own. My experience was not positive at all. In fact, they reaffirmed all my biases against used car salesmen. I went in 2 weeks ago to check out a used car I had seen online. Test drove it, liked it until I was given the car facts. The car used to be a rental and I was not interested in those types of cars. I was shown another car (cheaper and less miles) and really liked it. Was ready to make an offer when the salesperson told me that the advertised price was not the "real" price because I had to take a paint coverage on the car even if I didn't want it. That paint coverage was $1,500. I was told that the reason the car was in the $8000 and under lot was because it was advertised as such but then it had to be purchased with the pain protection. I call this false advertisement. I went home and the next couple of days both my husband and I were called repeatedly to come back and talk about the car. When my husband explained what had happened to me they told him that I should have not been told that the paint protection was a requirement. Sorry guys, because of your shady ways I bought a nice used car at Mungenast in Hazelwood. You will not have my business. read more

If you have not actually purchased a car from this group then do us both a favor and stay away!!! I purchased an SUV from here thank god got an extended warranty and have used it 5 times since purchase less than a year ago. I paid almost 24k for a car that has had more issues than my old 2003 Mitsubishi. They made the extended warranty sound wonderful...ya just bring your car here and we will fix it....for FREE HAHA! Thats not the case at all....since my vehicle is a GMC they have to send it out to the local Chevy car dealer(which has been fabulous-they are in Ofallon) I have to drop it off there for a day to get "diagnosed" then another day for them to fix it. Then they have to call over to Auffenburg to get a order # (if they can get ahold of someone in service that is familiar with the process) to pay the vanishing deductible. Its a very long drawn out process...As a matter of fact my car is in the shop today, the Chevy dealer was unable to get ahold of someone that knows about the process at Auffenberg Nissan so I had to call and chat with the service manager at the Nissan dept, the whole company does not know whats what and I would never ever ever buy anything from them again.....no matter how cheap it was or how great it seemed because they will get you in the long run believe me! read more

Bought a used toyota Yaris sight unseen. Asked specific questions in regards to the interior condition of the car especially if it had been smoked in. When car was delivered. Interior had cigarette burns in headliner and stunk. Car was full of dog hair and exterior condition was worse than what was shown in pictures. These issues are understandable when you don't see a car in person. I accept that. One issue though that I asked the dealer to correct was the rear view mirror was broken and flopped around while driving. They refused saying they only address safety issues? After several conversations. They said they would only fix it if I drove the car to them. I am four hours away and did not feel this was reasonable. I ordered a new mirror for $89 myself. The dealership failed to remedy an item that is necessary for my daughter to safely drive the car. They continued to blow me off on this issue until I gave up on them. Needless to say I will not buy anything else from them ever and would warn others to be very careful and to go through a vehicle very closely, because they do the minimum to get their auction vehicles out the doors. read more

My wife and I stopped by to look at a truck that they had there. We spent the day going to dealers to see how the figures and financing would work. I didn't ask to test drive because I what to just see if the truck was around where we wanted our monthly payment and just received a lot of rude comments like "what did you expect?". I wanted to know what the price would be with fees, taxes or any add-on. I couldn't even get a number until I agreed to test drive it. I know that doesn't sound bad; but it is the same truck I have test drove all day I know how it drives. I just wanted to see how close to our buget. So they came back with the "figures" and I was like well its out of our budget Thanks for your time and asked for the keys of my trade in. When he came back he was like if we can make it work for your budget would you buy know. I said yeah and then said what about this $$$. I spoke with my wife and sign the paper I would commit to that. I then took a test drive and he when to get the figures and nothing changed. I was like ok I'm done please get my keys I have been here for almost three hours now. Then another sales man came up and talked to us and I told he we are ready to go. He went to get our keys and had the first offer that was different. I he thought it was the 4 offer that was different. Nope. First offer that was different. I had a 8 week baby with me and we understood that if the price didnt work it didnt work. They just kept leading us on even with have us sign a paper to commit. I won't do business there again. Everyone is selling the truck I was looking for they just currently had one. wasted my time and could have just agreed with us and gave my keys back. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of dealerships in the area. read more

About a month ago I purchased a G35 from this dealership and for starters the manager was rude to the sales associate, and he wasn't willing to work with me although I had 10k cash. Anyway, I purchase the vehicle and was told that it only need cosmetic work that needed to be done to it. When I drove it off the lot I realize that the CD player wasn't working nor the passenger door locks, so I decided to take it to infiniti and fix it myself. When I got it back they told me it had over two thousand dollars in repairs. It needed rear and front brakes, had an internal oil leak and it needed spark plugs. I brought it somewhere else to get a second a opinion without telling them what infiniti said and they gave me the same results. I spoke to the gentleman that helped me with the paper work at the dealership and he said they couldn't do anything about the internal oil leak or the brakes. So i end up spending close to 2k in expenses and I haven't done the cosmetic work they promised me was the only problem. Overall I am happy with the car but I paid way to much for it, the money i planned on getting the dents out, a new bumper and a paint job went into repairs that wasn't brought to my attention. read more

Our salesman, Justin Barton, was excellent. He was able to answer all our questions, took us for a test drive, was very pleasant and was able to get our information in the system quickly and efficiently once we decided to purchase the vehicle. However, it took FOUR HOURS for us to get in to see the finance manager and that is ridiculous. No one should have to wait that long to purchase a vehicle at any dealership-- ever. I finally got angry and told them we were leaving and all of a sudden, the finance manager was available. Not only that, he told us he had been available for a while and couldn't understand why we had to wait so long. Which certainly didn't make us feel any better. The finance manager was very pleasant but the dealership as a whole should be mindful as to how long they make people wait . For the most part, our vehicle was given to us in good order but we did find trash in the cup holder that pulls out from under the front seats. I would give Justin Barton at A+ for salesmanship, I would give the dealership a D for the length of time we had to wait to buy the vehicle and a B+ for detailing. read more

In my 38 years of buying cars (about 20 total, as I travel a lot for work), this is far and away the WORST experience I have ever had. I found a decent deal on a Kia Rio at this dealership, and after discussing with two people whether the price was, in fact, what was advertised I decided to purchase the vehicle. One of the two internet people I talked to said they even checked with the manager on the price and it was good. After driving 1.5 hours to buy the vehicle I was greeted by a helpful salesman who showed me some of the vehicles, and we went for a test drive. The car drove nicely so I decided to buy. After waiting a LONG time in an empty showroom (the salesman said they were having computer glitches) the salesman came back with a price $800 above the price I was promised. He said 'Auto Butler" (apparently some crappy car cleaning service) was 'tied to the car' and part of the price. I explained I was promised the price and didn't want the stupid Auto Butler. He went and brought back the manager who said Auto Butler was 'tied to the car' and 'couldn't be separated' and that they'd just had a price increase on the car and he couldn't give me the price. I said their website had 4 or 5 at the price and he said that was a mistake and they were changing that. Mmm hmmm. Needless to say I left and instead of buying their 2014 car with 38K on it I found a similar 2014 car with 5K for $300 more than their 'incredible' price. Avoid these rip-off a-holes!!! (I have no ill will towards the salesman but he might want to find a better dealership to associate himself with). I'm going to do all I can to spread the word about these rip-off artists. read more
