That being said, if you make an appointment here, clear your schedule. The wait times are off the charts. I bring mom here monthly for injections and have taken to bring her after I leave work so as to minimize the time I have to take off. Although still unacceptable by professional standards, I'm not surprised by the wait times at the end of a day. But today? Today I made a morning appointment because it was a holiday (Columbus Day). And here I am. With mom. Almost an hour and fifteen minutes into the appointment time without her shot yet. C'mon now. It's not even that busy. We asked if they could repair the broken frames and; if not, if they could transfer the lenses to another set of frames. One of the incredibly friendly staff took the broken glasses to the back room. She emerged minutes later with my mom's glasses in a brand new frame. She gave them to us in a brand new eyeglass case with a small bottle of lens cleaning spray and a lens-care specific cloth to clean the glasses. When my father asked how much?
