What I love about this office is that it is very warm, unlike most cold, all white-walled, and uncomfortably too sterile dental clinics, and the colorful furnishings and decor make you feel more at home. I felt serene as soon as I walked through the door--I've never felt like this at any dental clinics before. We were happy to see Rouba, our favorite dental hygienist. She's passionate about her work, easygoing, uplifting, and always a pleasure to talk to. And, they do their best to try to accommodate your schedule. He's even on call for your dental emergencies. I remember when I was pregnant with my second child, I broke my tooth in half, and was so worried about infection and such that I called him hysterically. Not only did he calm me down, but he was able to take care of it in no time at all without any complications. I honestly have to say, he is such a super nice guy too. Very friendly. And, calming... Which is key for those who get dentist anxiety... LOL! They don't accept a whole ton of dental plans. But, if yours is not accepted, and you have the ability to be reimbursed by your plan, they will even fill out all the paperwork and send it to your plan to help eliminate the hassle on your end. Just be forewarned though, you will have to pay the office and wait for reimbursement from your health plan. Oh...and they are closed on Mondays as well. I don't think they have weekend hours either... Not sure on that. I've never tried to schedule an appointment on the weekend. All I can say, is that even after moving to a new city, I am willing travel The extra distance to keep seeing this practice.
