I mean, the guy's attitude sounded like my products were perfect and how dare you challenge that? Fine. Check the picture out. They charged 25% restocking fee if you want to return. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. They even added gravel over the drain area and cleared extra soil around the dwelling to prevent future issues. Things we didn't even know we needed, but they took care of proactively. Alfred came out to explain the whole plan, and he was amazing. He walked us through every detail, clearly and patiently. During the work, one of our sprinklers was accidentally damaged, but they fixed it perfectly on the spot and made sure all the post-work cleanup was done thoroughly. My initial consultation was with Pete, who arrived on time as scheduled. We discussed what we wanted, and he offered helpful suggestions while clearly explaining the scope of work. He estimated the job would take a day and a half to complete. On the first day, we were told the technicians would arrive between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and they showed up a few minutes early. Daniel and four additional team members came to complete the work. I wasn't expecting that many people, but everyone stayed focused on their tasks and completed the work by 5 PM. Having a larger crew made the job go much faster. The second day of work took place a couple of days later due to other projects we had scheduled, but Armes Electric was very accommodating and flexible with our timeline. Andres and another technician returned to finalize the outlets and install the lighting. They also helped with a few additional items that weren't included in the original work order, but they gladly assisted us without hesitation. I was contacted right away.. we met at our home a few days later. The appointment lasted 30 minutes and they planned out 4 rooms with recessed lights and 3 TV installations (with electrical boxes behind) along with mounting. The estimate came only a few hours later.. It was easy to read and very fair.. no Nickle or diming. They set a time for the following week, showed up on-time with 3 vans and a lot of crew. The entire project was done by 4pm that day.. It was absolutely incredible to see them work. What professionals.. left everything spotless.. not a bit of dust left behind.
