One festival gig stands out in particular. I rented a pair of speakers and everything worked flawlessly throughout the event. During load out one of the cables disappeared, which unfortunately can happen at festivals when things get hectic. Carlson Audio was very understanding about the situation and handled the replacement in a fair and reasonable way. It has always been a pleasure working with them and I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

He would send me the initial quote, but when I needed updates to the list, my calls and email were sent to a black hole. When I was able to speak to him over the phone, he would ask if he could call me back, but never did. All the other places in the Seattle area I called were responsive to my requests and emails. Because of their lack of attentiveness, I just decided not to try because I'd rather not be left hanging if something technical went wrong during the event. If you need one or two items for will call, then I think you would be safe. My review is based off of bad customer service for a future event that I was planning for. If a company has bad customer service planning your event, then it makes one wonder what it would be like setting up and if something goes wrong.

The Seattle…read moreMarquee team was so flexible, patient and HELPFUL in dealing with my indecisive nature when it came to deciding what to spell out for my husbands birthday, and where to put the marquee letters. Lindsay held a Zoom call with me to walk our party venue and choose the perfect spot, as well as added insight to the size of letters that would be best, and ideas on what to spell out. Brannen and Chris were there well before the party to get everything set-up, connected and secured. Set-up, fit and look were all perfect! They also got everything removed so timely, and seriously so silently that I couldn't even hear them to go out and say thank you! There truly couldn't have been a more amazing addition to our party and, as my wedding planner would say, "it set the tone for the event with an elegant and glamorous sense of arrival!" I 10 out of 10 recommend having Seattle Marquee at your next event and I will absolutely rent from them again!

All my girlfriends enjoyed the food and even went back for seconds and thirds, people were even commenting on the Facebook photos later about how much they enjoyed the food. French Orchid Catering, Flowers and Event Planning truly made the food one of the highlights of my shower without breaking the bank. I would recommend Stephanie and her business to anyone searching for a caterer.

First of all, Sokha and Odom are super accommodating. Whatever you need, whatever you want, they do a fabulous job making sure the client's happy at the end of the night. I don't know about you guys, but I'm kind of a control freak. I literally made three of my own playlists as a example of what I wanted. Sokha was really receptive and allowed me to build them to get a feel of my style. Also, this was a multi-cultured wedding so we had to literally split up the time for different genres. I had a huge headache just figuring out in my head how I was going to incorporate Southeast Asian music, Chinese ballads (during dinner) and of course, crunk/club music for the after party but got some great advice that were both helpful and professional. Music was the only thing about my wedding I wasn't really stressed about- you'll always be in good hands if you give these guys a chance! Everyone had a fantastic time and enjoyed the music! We had little kids doing Cambodian dancing, shaking it to Jay Sean. It was awesome-- The music literally had everyone on the dance floor. My baby cousins came up to us and said "This is the best wedding ever!!!" and asked to always be invited to weddings. Not sure if other weddings would be up to par :p The music was definitely their highlight, we had eight year olds spinning on their heads and two year olds rocking out LOL. Thanks guys for being part of our big day! Definitely will always be on my list of awesome vendors if I ever plan another event!

They arrived early and full of spunk and energy. They were incredibly fast and ready for the group of 200 people. From funny sunglasses to trophies to signs, they have a wide array to choose from to use. 5"x7" color prints come out on the spot. I was also emailed all of the photos taken via a link which was easy for me to upload to the team to access their digital pics. Love the energy and fun Kyle and Matt brought to our event.
