There is no signage for them as a business at all on the outside, the invoice shows no suite number or door number, just the address of a huge building that has many business in it. Went to the rollup door and they were helpful. Not sure there is any communication with the customer service number and workers. Then same thing dropping off. The customer service number said I had to wait till the morning, but just dropped them off and workers were helpful. I will never use this company again, not registered with BBB and very shady.

I found this company's website and saw that they had the prices listed for the covers and the sashes, but you need to fill out an inquiry for a quote on delivery charge. I did this as well as emailing the email address listed on their "Contact" page on JANUARY 31st. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I am just now getting a response back on MARCH 14th. This is SIX weeks for an answer to a very simple question. Turns out they don't even deliver to my venue so that should have been an even more straight forward answer to figure out. Georgia does apologize for the delay in her response, and I am generally very understanding, but I feel that six weeks is just too much. At that point, she may as well not respond at all, wedding planning is a very busy season and no one has 6 weeks to wait on info before making a decision. If it had been a genuine mistake, oversight, or unusual circumstances that she felt guilty about then she would have responded saying they will be offering a discount for wasting my time or something along those lines. But the fact that SIX WEEKS was just shrugged off as a normality shows that this company is seriously lacking in their communication and/or organizational skills. Neither of which I want to deal with when planning something as stressful as a wedding. From my experience in researching and communicating with chair cover rental companies, I would definitely recommend L & M Chair Covers. Every time I reached out, Lizz was extremely timely and helpful. She went above and beyond by offering her personal cell number for more convenient communication, texting me back even while she was on vacation to send pictures from past events so I could see the exact fit of her covers on the type of chair my venue has. She also seems very flexible about pricing. She offered a 0.30 discount per item, and free delivery charge. This may not seem significant but it definitely adds up! She also offered to mail me a small sash sample so I could see the color in person. When trying to plan color schemes with only seeing everything online this is such an awesome option. (I'm not affiliated with this company in any way- just a bride who definitely could have used this info before spending hours searching around).

One festival gig stands out in particular. I rented a pair of speakers and everything worked flawlessly throughout the event. During load out one of the cables disappeared, which unfortunately can happen at festivals when things get hectic. Carlson Audio was very understanding about the situation and handled the replacement in a fair and reasonable way. She is knowledgable about TapSnap capabilities and provided all of the necessary help and guidance for a successful event. Having TapSnap at our event was a hit! Everyone really enjoyed the interaction and ability to take pictures, as well as upload them straight to Facebook. It was definitely a "main attraction" at the party we hosted. It's not like a regular Photo Booth. In fact, it's not really a "booth" at all. I've always thought that photo booths limit what you're actually able to do while taking a picture. TapSnap is an "open space" photo booth with a ton of additional cool features (such as instant upload to Facebook, and the ability to write on the photos!) We also love Michelle's promptness and eagerness. She arrived early and stayed late, as needed. As event planners, it is extremely important for our vendors to be on time and prepared.
