That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. He had everything at the checkout counter for us. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Micro Center for all your Computer needs. I won't use green dot pre paid because they charge me $8.99 per transaction. All banks and card companies want is your money, and I can get money orders for free. BG has lost me as a customer back in 2018, to EBay. EBay gift cards are also free to use with no transaction fees. Also a few of the companies even on eBay will accept money orders as well. So sad that you had to go this rout.

Got clothes, snacks, and yes we got water. They have plenty of registers but only one was open with a actual teller. Also plenty of self-check out which I'm not a huge fan of. If I have one or two items sure I'll use it. But if I have a ton of stuff., no way i'm going to use self-check out. I still love Target though.

I decided to have it professionally diagnosed to see if it was motherboard or something major that I did not have the equipment to test myself. She saw the computer when I brought it in, but failed to tell she me she couldn't truly diagnose it because she also didn't have the parts. Still charged me even though she had no real answer of what was wrong with it. She did the same thing I did but claimed it took her an hour and a half. It took me 30 minutes to do what she did and I don't do it for a living. To make matter worse I bring the computer home and turn it on and its doing something completely different than when I took it to her. I called and she claims that was what it was doing when I brought it in. Not true! I tested it before I took it to her and the hard drive was spinning, She even told me on the phone that she was able to get it to completely boot up for short periods at a time before it would turn off. Now the computer wont even stay turned on at all which was never the issue. Do NOT waste your money at this place.
