I retrieved my dead PC's and fixed both myself for 0 dollars while I was quoted over 2K by Marcus? Avoid this place like the Plague if you value your wallet! This shop operates on a text-only basis and will ghost you if given the opportunity! McKinleyville deserves better as this NOT the option to choose and the fake reviews justify this statement although I'm sure this Review will be buried somewhere as the real truth hurts! UPDATE (Oct 20, 2026): Predictably, the owner rushed to post a polished reply here within minutes to protect their public image. Yet, the moment I reached out privately to discuss the matter as they "welcomed" me to do, they completely ghosted. They care about the public theater of Yelp, not actual customer service. This pattern of ghosting paying customers while chasing $2,000 upsells will ultimately be the undoing of this business. Avoid at all costs!
