    I was hesitant to get my Land Cruiser tinted here (or anywhere in the ES for that matter) as there were no reviews on tint work, but JD was patient and helpful over the phone, offered a fair price for high quality ceramic tint and did a PHENOMENAL job. My truck was tricky too because the rear windows all came with a factory mirrored tint, and they were very knowledgeable on how to handle this to my liking. There was one minor bubble on one window and while it may have likely came out over the next few days, he redid the whole window on the spot. I highly recommend Audio Republic for your auto tinting needs.

Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
