I found the system online for cheaper and they price matched it. I got quotes for the same work at 4 other car audio stores and they were the most reasonable. They were very friendly and timely and helped me pick out the right fit for the truck. Unfortunately, when we got it back, we would hit bumps and the sound would go out. We took it back and they informed me they let the guy go who did it because of poor work. They took it in right away and apologized profusely and made it right. It sounds amazing now! Their new sound guy is great. They really guarantee quality and promise service for their products for life and they deliver. Aside from the hiccup which I don't anticipate happening again, I highly recommend this place for your one stop shop for auto work and audio systems. The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, why is it that no one at this shop can keep me in the loop? Updates? Nope. Never. Estimated time of completion? LOL. never! Oh you're going on deployment? Let's put this project on pause. Now, there has been "some" progress on the car which I will give them that but come on now we are going on two years. TWO YEARS GUYS!? I guess 3 is the magic number? However, Advanced has been my go to store and this one exceeded my expectations with a high level of service today that was appreciated in a time crunch. I took my car in due to a suspected battery issue that was under warranty. This is not my usual store I visit, but the location was great and in close proximity to where I was. The location off busy Lynnhaven is approximately one mile from the mall. The turn in is not directly into their lot. A Dollar Tree sets on the corner. There is plenty of parking and when visiting them at open the lot was tidy. Outside trash can had no overflow. The shop opened up precisely on time by a female worker. Another customer walked in with me, then another. Anita immediately told me she opened up alone and it may take a little longer for a battery check. After taking care of the other customers, one which needed a diagnostic on a starter and part ordered she help me 15 minutes later. I showed her the receipt for the purchase less than a year ago. She took the diagnostic equipment to my car and first checked the alternator, then confirmed the battery was charging low. After confirming stock of the battery she cleaned off the cables which were quite corroded which was unusual for the age. She put anti corrosion pads on at no charge. The car turned over and I was able to make my appointment. I was very impressed at the high level of service. Also the efficiency to diagnose and replace my part was phenomenal. For those not aware they have other services such as installation of wipers at no charge. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts.

When we picked up the car, they refunded the windshield tint. I thought we had been overcharged--nope, they didn't tint it. We brought it back, and they only did a strip instead of the full windshield, so we had to bring it back a third time. We had verified all these details the second time but still had to bring it back because they were confused and kept asking the same questions.... We specifically asked for a cutout for the state inspection sticker. Instead, they ripped the sticker off and put it in tape. Now we have to get a new sticker and risk damaging the tint when we have to get it next year. We asked for the manager to call us and never received a call.
