Finding a dealership service department you can actually trust is tough, but my experience at Audi West Houston was exceptional. That is 100% thanks to my service advisor, Vinh, and the great technicians working behind the scenes. ​My A8 was giving me a massive headache, constantly dropping into limp mode. Vinh stepped up right away, got us set up with a loaner car so we wouldn't be stranded, and kept me completely in the loop the whole time. The techs really dug into the issue and figured out it needed a brand-new Engine Control Module (ECM). ​Replacing the car's main computer is a big deal, but they nailed the installation. I picked the car up on Thursday and have already put about 300 miles on it--driving on local streets, the freeway, and straight into downtown Houston. There hasn't been a single warning light, and no limp mode at all. ​It is finally running perfectly and I am so happy to have my car back. I worked with Eric Sabre, in short, would I go to Eric Sabre again? No!!!! I brought my car in with a check engine light and I can't lock it periodically. I provided a video from a week ago, but the worker said it was two months old.ago.Even with my device I read the errors. The service said they didn't read the error, and I picked up my car with the same problem! I had the same problem and Jon Dakus took my car in, and he did everything professionally, He did a lot of test drives and kept my car longer because I pointed out that this doesn't happen every day and sometimes the lock malfunction appears after a couple of days and it was necessary to wait until the lock malfunction indicator appeared again. Eric Sabre simply sent my car back and told me to bring it back when the error appears (and I have to pay $519 for diagnostics each time). I also took it with an additional breakdown of the SOS signal! I purchased an 2025 Audi Q5 in October of last year. I started having problems with it from almost day 1. I took it to the dealership when the issues started and was told that it was just a computer glitch and it would update overnight. Never did. I then took it back and was told that I could make an appointment with service three weeks out and get a loaner. I agreed to the appointment. About a week before the appointment my check engine light came on. I called and told the service person that and he said, sorry, still have to wait another week before bringing in your car. He then asked me if the check engine light was yellow or red. I told him yellow. He said, you're good, but if it turns red-stop immediately and call Audi assist. I couldn't have called Audi assist since that was one of the features that wasn't updating on the car. I finally dropped my car off on Feb 27 and have not seen it since. There is a seatbelt part they are supposedly waiting on that seems to be no longer available-anywhere. They won't release my car to me because of the seat belt issue and will not say anything other than, we are waiting on the part (which doesn't exist). So, I'm paying for a car that I am not driving and dealing with a dealership that will not help me with this problem. STAY AWAY from here and from AUDI! read more

My sunroof was leaking on my Q3 and they stated I had to have it resealed, I paid a little over $1,400 to have it fixed. The sunroof was leaking again after a month and the leak was worse than before. I took it in because it wasn't even drivable with the weather conditions and they stated there was no rental and no estimate on when they could have it fixed. Oh but when I took it in they sure did want to service the maintenance. Negative I am not doing maintenance here or giving them any more of my money. I called back earlier to get an update on a rental or an estimate of when it'll be fixed and I was just told they would call me back later. Very disappointing and dishonest experience with State Inspection I want to share a very unpleasant experience my family had at Audi West Houston. We went there for a Texas state inspection. During the visit, they told us our coolant system was leaking and quoted us over $6,000 for the repair. We felt this was extremely expensive and decided to get a second opinion from an independent shop. At the same time, they told us that the state inspection was completed and passed. We paid and left. However, when we went home and tried to register the vehicle online, the system showed that no inspection record existed. We returned to Audi West Houston, and they said the inspection had been done and offered to "redo it." After returning home again, the result was still the same -- no inspection record in the state system. My wife then went in person to the county tax office, and the staff there clearly told us that there was no inspection record at all. In other words, the inspection was never submitted, despite being told twice that it was completed. When we went back to question this, the staff blamed the government system and said it was "not their responsibility." This explanation is unacceptable. What makes this even more concerning is that after we refused their $6,000 coolant repair, we later had the same repair done at a reputable independent shop for about $3,000. Because of this experience, we no longer trusted Audi West Houston for inspection services. Just one hour ago, we had the state inspection done at a small local shop near our home. The inspection passed immediately, and the state system updated right away -- no issues at all. I do not understand why Audi West Houston chose to mislead us and provide false information. Drove down from Dallas and purchased a 2023 Etron GT in 2025/12. Before signing papers, the sales confirmed that the car would come with 2 keys (the key tag which I still have, also shows 2 keys). However, after signing papers and as I was getting ready to leave, sales informed me that he could not find the other key, and that the technician must have it somewhere. He would reach out the following business day. We shook hands and I was on my way back to Dallas. One week later, sales said they were still trying to locate the key. I followed up a few times weeks after, the sales just flat out ignored my texts, left me on 'Read'. After a few months of ownership, I realize the MMR says there are 2 keys programed to the car. That puts me at risk that whoever has the other key can drive my car away. What's even funnier is that Audi USA told me I can get this reprogramed to take the key off, at my own expense. I stopped by for the complimentary car wash that comes with the purchase of an Audi vehicle. When I arrived, I pulled into the service bay and was not greeted or acknowledged. After waiting for a few moments, a young woman came over, and I let her know that I was there for the complimentary wash. She mentioned it would take about 25-30 minutes, which I agreed to. After that time had passed, no one came to update me, so I walked toward the bay and noticed my vehicle sitting there finished. There were two men standing nearby, but neither acknowledged me, said hello, or thanked me for coming in. One of the main reasons I chose Audi was because of the exceptional customer service the brand is known for. Unfortunately, that standard was not reflected during this visit. I told him, " I was interested in buying the 2023 Jaguar F-Type R you had for sale." He said, "let me see, is it still available?" I said, great. Michael returned and said the vehicle was no longer available, that someone else had purchased it. I was very disappointed with the news Michael gave me. I thank him and was walking out of the store when I told him, after looking at one of his cars on the showcase, that when I become a millionaire, I will return and get that one. Being a great sale person as Michael is, he said, "how much are you willing to spend to get one?" I told Michael what that amount was, and he said, "I got one for you." I made an appointment here to have my car serviced for a recall. It took several months for them to get the parts in so I wasn't really expecting a lot. When I arrived my service advisor was Joshua. He was very friendly and took care of me in a very expedited fashion. He told me what the process was gonna take and they delivered. One other thing I found out about my car. I couldn't reset the oil change light and it was determined that it can only be set when your oil is changed at AUDI. I've owned several luxury cars, Mercedes, BMW and I never had that type of problem. I could always reset my oil light myself or I could be done wherever I got my oil changed. They are pretty good! I had some issues with my Q5 and the team was able to resolve all of my concerns with my vehicle. I was working with the service representative, Joshua. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. He goes above and beyond with his customers, who come in to service their vehicles. I would have given this place 5 stars, but there were no loaner vehicles available, and the coffee machine that is provided at the dealership for guests did not seem to work properly to dispense the liquid. I was offered an Uber to pick me up. That doesn't seem to be enough, as most people would need loaner vehicles to drive to work and come home. It's just an inconvenience for me, and it may be for others, that this dealership doesn't offer any loaner vehicles. I used to go to Audi North Houston with Sewell, and they do offer loaner vehicles all the time. I came to this location because I had recently moved locations, and I am now closer to Audi West Houston. Please offer loaner vehicles on my next visit and fix the coffee machine. I bought my car at Audi West Houston and they are the only ones that service my car. I never take it anywhere else. All services are very expensive, as expected for Audi services. Recently, I took my car in for a coolant leak. The initial video review from the technician stated that the leak was due to a tear in the fuel line that was caused by an improper clamp used to install the line. The clamp tore the line which caused the leak. This mistake was made by Audi West since they are the only ones that service my car, and I have all the paperwork to prove it. I requested a 50% discount on the repairs because I felt that the job should have been done correctly to begin with. The manager, Mike Sosa did not agree. He only gave me a $250 discount. The repair cost was $1600. If you are taking your car to Audi because you think the repairs are being done by certified Audi technicians, think again. Any certified technician would have known the correct clamp to use. I feel that Audi West should have taken responsibility for the bad repair job they did which I ended up have to pay for twice. Their finance department has a firecracker that will raise his voice and even attempt to intimidate his customers (if you call him out on adding unsolicited products to your loan). I should have left (which I attempted to do) and gotten my car elsewhere, but other than the one incompetent Ahole, everyone else was wonderful. I would just say be careful and really check your paperwork. Sadly, I would probably have given them 5 stars if they would hire people who were actually Professional, this shouldn't happen at a luxury brand dealership. This guy literally had a temper tantrum because I called him out on an attempt to get extra commission out of my contract. I don't like to throw words around but that borders fraud in my opinion. That one bad apple in their staff is the reason for the breakdown in everything. I ended up finishing the contract because my brother happened to be close by and came to "rescue me". I will once again say I commend the rest of the staff, they really tried and had to work extra hard to keep my contract. I still have a sour taste in my mouth over this and will NEVER return there, not even for service. Would I do it again? Absolutely NOT. Would I recommend them? It was still a good deal. But how the hell can you offer a customer something after spending hours going through the motions, offering them a deal and then changing it. Audi service is a joke. i called to schedule an appointment for a recall. i was told it would be a about two hour wait, it was to replace the reprogram the charging unit for E-tron Quattro. when i arrived the service tech told me that it might not be available depending on whether they have the needed parts. we waited at least 30 minutes for him to confirm the parts where available. i told them i needed the vehicle by 2 pm today as i had prior engagement. 2 pm passed, i received no updates, i called the service tech but he wasnt available, and i was told i would get a call back, that didnt happen, i called the service manager and left him a message, no call back within an hour. they simply dont care but they do care about charging you an exhorbitant amount for any service you many need read more

SUCH INCOMPENTANCY!!!!! I wrote a review last month and am STILL dealing with this idiotic dealership! First they told me I could get a refund for my deposit on a car without having to go to the dealership. WRONG! A month later, I went to the dealership and talked with a finance department guy would said he would get a credit on my credit card for the deposit of $2.5K. WRONG! I had to contact them AGAIN when I didn't see the credit. They couldn't credit my credit card. WTH in the year 2025? They said they would "Zelle" me the refund. I told them if I didn't see the refund that day, I would dispute the charge. NO refund that day, as they forgot to have me fill out a form. I disputed the credit card charge. After I filled out their "Zelle" form, I finally received the refund in cash. Then Razek from their finance department started harassing me (calls and texts). Obviously they can't credit a credit card payment nor can they handle disputed credit card claim by showing a refund payment. I had to call my credit card company to put the charge back on. He had the balls to tell me they don't make any money on the cars they sale, all their money is made on service and parts! At the point I should have walked away from the deal. That tells me the cars are so problematic that they are always in for service! However, I'm not stupid and know they don't sell cars at a loss and nor don't make all their money on parts and service. Why did this even come up? I told them I have a Porsche and a Range Rover, which are all owned by the same company, and when I purchased the vehicles they gave me a shirt. I asked where is my shirt? He said they cant give me one. I said I'm spending over $75K on a car and you can't give me a shirt that cost you maybe $10! Then he begin to argue with me about a shirt! That is when he told me they don't make money on the cars. Okay so I leave and drive the car home, Friday evening. I get up today Saturday morning and the engine light is on! I'm like WTH! Mind you they sold me a car that had almost 200 miles on it and it is my fault I did not look at the mileage before is signed on the bottom line. I take responsibility for that. So I take the car in and of course I'm not a happy camper. I see Ahmad and told said to him in a very firm voice "the car has lights on the dash telling me to bring it back in, you guys sold be a lemon". A man was standing next to him by the name of Mack Albukhari, one of the dealership managers, which I later leaned his name and who he was because after Ahmad left I was standing there and asked "I thought you guys made quality products" Mr. Albukhari went off the deep end! I looked at him shocked. He threatened me, try to bully and intimidate me and made false allegations that were inappropriate and offensive. He said I was yelling and screaming in the business and that was a bold face lie. I was firm in my position and called the car a lemon but not yealing and screaming. I am a professional and always handle myself in such a way. I was and still is a dissatisfied customer who did not have a car for 24 hours and it is back in for service. His position should have been accommodating and apologetic not trying to threaten, Intimidate and bully me. As I said I will be calling the corporate office and filing a formal complaint and will expect following up or I will escalate as high as I need to go. No one should have to be expensed and treated in such a manner regardless how much money is being spent and particularly when they are justifiably bother by a product that was just purchased from you! I took my car for diagnosis after some lights in my dashboard when off, got told it was going to cost me a little less than $300 after that I got a call saying that in order to give me a more accurate diagnosis they will have to open the head of the engine which will cost around $1300 to what I accepted not knowing much about how they work they ended up taking pcs apart of my engine and when I decline to fix it there they didn't even put them back together... all I got was pictures and 2 videos where the technician was explaining his diagnosis, the worse experience in my life!!!! and the most expensive videos diagnosis I have paid for on top of that they ended up messing some of the parts... It started out as a one-star as I attempted to call their service department daily for five days, left numerous messages but no one called back. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I finally went in person to the service desk and their kindness made up for the fact that they suck at answering phones. The service area is white glove service - calling an Uber and taking you back where you need to go so you don't have to wait at the dealership. They also arrange pickup - another gold star. While I was there, I inquired about another vehicle and their salesperson did NOT push me into purchasing anything - another gold star. read more
