DAN KURKO at Audi exchange is the reason why I chose to buy an Audi from Audi exchange and why I would be a repeat Audi buyer (hopefully DAN KURKO is still selling cars when I need my next one). This was my first time purchasing an Audi. I recently purchased an Audi A6 CPO from Audi exchange. After walking into the dealership (which is a beautiful facility), I was greeted by DAN KURKO. Right away I knew he was not your typical car salesman. He started the conversation out, not by jumping right into what car I wanted to buy, but getting to know me first. I was looking to purchase a car, but not ready that day to sign on the line and relayed this to him. He totally understood that and continued to show me respect and did not "write me off". He then took his time to find out what type of vehicle I was interested in (SUV vs sedan). After relating what my desires were he pulled up a very organized list on his ipad of what he had in stock in the price range I was looking for. He showed me a couple different A6's and then took a test drive in one that really caught my eye. During my test drive he was VERY informative about the car I was driving and all the features it offered. Following the completion of the test drive I told him I was also going to be looking at BMW and this is where his professionalism really showed. He completely respected BMW and did NOT start slamming the competitor. He was also very knowledgeable about BMW and the model I would be looking at. After reviewing some more things he gave me his cell phone number and said if there is anything he can do feel free to call him. I then went to BMW and looked at a 5 series car and did not receive the same professionalism as DAN KURKO had shown me. About 5 days later DAN KURKO texted me and asked if there was anything further he could help me with and respected the fact that I was still not ready to purchase a car. I followed up with him 3 days later and asked if he had received any other cars in stock, and low and behold my dream car had just come in that morning on a trade. Even though the car had only been there a few hours, he already knew the ins and outs of it. I told him that I was very much interested in it, but would not be able to get back to the dealership for about 5 days, without hesitation he offered to hold the car until I could come in and see it. I told him that I would most likely purchase the car if everything worked out when I came in, but told him I would only have about an hour an half to test drive and sign all the papers that morning when I came in if it was exactly what I was looking for. Over the next 5 days DAN KURKO worked very diligently, even on his day off to get the car all set, paperwork completed and communicated through texts with me on the progress. I showed up to the dealership that morning, test drove the car, and said YES this is the car I wanted. From there, all of the paperwork was set and ready for me to sign and just like DAN KURKO had promised I was driving away in my Audi A6 an hour and a half later. DAN KURKO is the reason why I went with Audi over BMW and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. If zero stars was an option I would totally give Audi exchange that rating. Recently one of my close friend who also is a Audi enthusiast decided its time to upgrade his Audi A4 to something better and faster. So we went there to check out some new Audi's at Audi exchange. Once we got to dealership we started looking at all the models they have. But my friend had a certain model in his mind so we were hoping someone would come and help us but showing us some cars, give us some information about the new features and options the car is available in. For 25 mins we waited not a single salesman came to greet us or ask if we need anything. Finally we approached the first guy we see. We ask him that we are interested in buying an Audi S5 certain option, with a certain color. But they didn't have that model in their showroom area, but we can see that it's available in their lot. So we asked them if we can see that car in the lot so we know how it looks and feels and may be test drive it. But the guy was not at all interested in showing us the car. He is like " Sir we have a Audi S4 in the showroom, why don't you look at that instead, as S5 is the same just bigger and better engine." He also told us that on that day they close early so if we are interested we only have certain time to make a decision. Basically the guy was not interested in making a sale. So after getting annoyed by the guy we left the showroom as he would not show us the car we wanted to look. Few days later after doing our Homework about the car we went there Again, asked for salesman, told him we want to buy an Audi S5 premium plus Quattro (one of the two options available) we had already checked their inventory online and then we went there. When we asked if we can buy that certain option the salesman lied to us and said they don't have. They only have the higher model which was 10k more then what my friend wanted. We then asked about the price and asked for incentives as my friend was returning Audi Exchange customer. And all their answers were reluctant "buy it if u want or don't waste out time attitude" I can keep writing on & on about our whole experience which was terrible at Audi exchange. THERE WERE SOME OTHER THINGS I WANNA WRITE ABOUT OUR SALESMAN BUT I Don't WANT ANYONE GETTING FIRED. HE WAS TERRIBLE, HAD NO INTENTION OR INTEREST IN SELLING US THE CAR. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. THIS HAPPENED AT MULTIPLE TIMES. AT ALL COST AVOID THIS AUDI DEALER. MY FRIEND ENDED UP BUYING IS CAR FROM MCGRATH Audi. I just had a wonderful experience buying a certified preowned Q5 at the Audi Exchange and I would absolutely recommend buying a car from this awesome dealership! I spotted the Q5 online and was pleasantly surprised to find Kevin Douglas, the internet manager, who had coincidentally sold me my last car when he was at the Saab Exchange, now working at Audi. As soon as I saw him there, I knew it would be a great experience. He put me in touch with Necko Civic, in sales, who made the buying experience SO easy. The whole vibe there is very laid back. They sell a lot of cars - so they don't pressure you at all because frankly, they don't need to. Their pricing is really fair and Necko did his best to really work with me to give me a great price on my trade in and a great price on my new ride! It was also a pleasure to work with Patrick Gibbs, their business manager again (he was also involved in my last purchase at the Saab Exchange) who got me through the paperwork quickly and easily! Since I purchased my car a week ago, I found a few small things that needed to be adjusted (I had a tint on the back window that was too dark). I called Necko and he took care of making the appointment with service and getting me a loaner quickly. They removed the tint at no charge to me, which they didn't have to do. They just wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. That's pretty impressive and exemplifies great customer service. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service experience at the Audi Exchange. We moved to Chicago from Texas and brought in my 2018 Q3 for maintenance in preparation for the winter weather. Our request was simple: an oil change and a thorough checkup. To my dismay, they presented a nearly $4,000 list of recommended repairs, some of which seemed reasonable for the age of the car. I chose to proceed with approximately $2,000 of the recommended work and sought more affordable options for the rest. However, upon receiving the car back, we noticed a parking brake light illuminated, which had not been the case when we brought it in. Shockingly, they quoted us $1,000 to potentially rectify the issue. Naturally, I declined their offer. Two days later, another light related to the parking system appeared. Frustrated, we returned the car, and they attempted to charge us a diagnostic fee. We reminded them that we had just been in for service and should not be charged. After an extended discussion, my husband managed to persuade them to address the two light issues. To our further dismay, when returning the loaner vehicle, my husband, who had our fussy toddler in tow, inadvertently left our garage door remote in the car. He was away for no more than five minutes, yet they had already dispatched the car without notifying him promptly. They seemed unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving this minor issue, which left us quite dissatisfied with their customer service. Given this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this establishment, and I doubt we will return due to the subpar customer service we encountered. read more

I bought my first car in 2018 from Audi Exchange and there were several disagreements I had with them and their Service Department until Elaina in Service became my Service Advisor. If I could afford to hire her in my company I would do it it in a blink of an eye. She is extremely honest, knowledgeable, compassionate and a warm personality that makes you feel like a family member. She is the ONLY reason I would let the Audi Exchange solely touch my car for tires, service or for any issues. When my A3 started to have issues and it took them a month to figure out what was causing this issue, she sent a tow truck with a loaner to my work and she kept me informed every day.I could tell she was concerned and and made sure I had a loaner car though the process. Again this treating you as family instead of just another customer is why I have and will always remain loyal to the Audi Exchange. She knows my personality and matched me up with Patrick in Sales and last weekend because of her and Patrick I upgraded to a SQ5. Even though now is not the best time to buy a car with inflation Patrick worked very hard to make sure I was treated like family and given the very best rates on trade in and sale price. Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable, and and made me his priority that day so not to discount him but you only see your sales advisor once, its the service advisor you see on a regular bases and It's because Elaina I didn't even bother shopping around for a new car. today i luis zurias owner of olor coffee bar in lincoln park at 1:35 pm i went to test drive a q3 model car and the person who helped me, middle-aged and bearded, literally treated me as if i were a piece of trash and called me a thief. i had to sign a loan agreement to test drive a used car. i have never felt so discriminated against as i dok now. a racist and discriminatory person. i won't never ever gonna buy an audi car again. i don't buy from racist people or racist businesseshat's why the racist salesman who helped me didn't even give him an introduction and looked me up and down, then asked me if the car was for me after looking at me with disgust. oh but true he's racist. and sure that's the reason because at fletcher jones i did a test drive alone without having to sign a loan car agreement. i told your racist salesman than i have no problem with the insuranse because i currently are leasing a car from fletcher jones, the white audi a3 that you saw parked, your racist salesman told me that to be able to do the drive test alone, i had to sign a loaner agreement, which was the only way. but don't worry, i see that you are also racist as a representative and give me the answer you gave me. i need to sign a loaner car agreement to test drive a used car. thank god i have a witness and time to proceed with claim legally for racist practices and thank god i was recording and recorded everything. a person due to their skin color and race is asked to sign a loaner car agreement to be able to test drive a used car and other people are not. read more

Ever since I was a 8 year old little boy I dreamed of driving an Audi. Today that dream became reality and it was my pleasure working with the team at the Audi Exchange. I was lucky enough to work closely with only 3 people and never felt so comfortable at a dealership before. Everyone had a smile on their face and the environment was very pleasant and welcoming. You walk through the front doors and it's BEAUTIFUL! They have complementary freshly ground coffee, fresh bagels & fruit along with cookies to die for! Art on the walls and so many cars to see in the show room. They have over 600 new vehicles to choose from! That's incredible! I was lucky enough to work with the Audi specialist, Lauren. Whom was beyond knowledgeable about every detail on every model car we sat in or test drove. Any question that popped into my head she had an answer to right away. We had a great experience leasing a new Audi A4 from Bobby Becker at the Audi Exchange. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon after looking at BMWs, wanting to see what Audi had to offer in mid-sized sedans. Bobby had us test drive an A4 and an A6 and walked through a number of possible deals on both models with various sets of options. The Audi Exchange didn't have exactly the vehicle we wanted, so Bobby searched and located a perfect match at a dealer in Iowa and negotiated a dealer trade. Despite our numerous questions and wanting to discuss all possible options, Bobby was friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process - we were are the dealer for hours, well past closing time. To complicate matters we wanted the new car as soon as possible because our old car was coming off a lease. Bobby did everything humanly possible to expedite the dealer trade and got us our new A4 quickly, saving us a lot of hassle arranging interim transportation. Our entire experience with the Audi Exchange was outstanding: we felt we got a good deal; the leasing process went quickly; and the walk through of our new car with Matte Pelicaric was very informative. Audi Exchange located 2940 Skokie Valley Rd in Highland Park Illinois 60035 is NOT a reputable dealership, but have receive many awards (really...). My A8 was serviced by Audi Exchange many times for various repair(s) and now some of those repair(s) are needing to be done again (as recent as 16 months later). The original dash cluster from the factory worked for 9 yrs and the new OEM dash cluster was installed by Audi Exchange (part/labor $2200) in Aug.2016. Now that same dash cluster (supposably OEM product) is needing to be replaced again. I then contacted Mario Rogic (general manager) for Audi Exchange explained my concern(s) and after the initial conversation Mario NEVER took my call(s) anymore. I emailed Scott Keogh c.e.o./pres. of Audi USA and was told since I have an older vehicle then Audi USA would NOT do anything (go talk to dealership). After the Volkswagen scandal (Audi USA owns Volkswagen) I was surprised that Audi USA would have this attitude, but some companies/people don't learn. I have reported them to BBB.org and many other places (like this site). Please DO NOT condone these tactics (because it could be you in my situation) Thank You I will be posting and telling as many people in the world as possible ... hopefully we can stop the BS. I rarely leave reviews, but this dealership consistently falls short on both the sales and service sides. Sales Department: The experience felt dismissive from the start. When I visited to potentially purchase a vehicle, I was given a very limited test drive--short, low-speed, and not nearly enough to properly evaluate a car in this price range (around $180K). That alone raised concerns. What made it worse was the attitude afterward--there seemed to be an expectation that I should make an immediate purchase decision without proper diligence, negotiation, or even confirming the vehicle's condition. It came across as if customers are expected to just "trust and buy," which is not realistic for a purchase of this size. Service Department: Unfortunately, the service side isn't any better. Interactions often feel rushed and dismissive, like they're too busy to address customer concerns unless it's a high-revenue repair. There's a noticeable reluctance to engage on warranty-related items or even basic questions. For a premium brand, that level of basic customer care should be a given--not an exception. Overall: For a luxury dealership, the customer experience doesn't match the brand. Between the lack of engagement in sales and the indifference in service, it's hard to feel confident returning or recommending this location. read more
