I financed an Audi A6 3.0 about 6 years back and was basically sold a lemon. When I purchased this car it had less than 20,000 mileage on it , which was rare for a 2012 at that time but I thought I got lucky. Within the first year the car started to give me issues , this was my 1st Audi purchase. The car started to give me several issues every couple of months after that . When it was brought to the shop, in which I only took it to the Brooklyn Audi service center since I purchased the car from them for years to get fixed. There were always several other issues that was wrong with the car. I found myself at the service center back to back, not having my vehicle for months at a time. I have got stuck in the street several times with this car, every part of the car always had an issue, from the engine down. Throughout the years I have made several attempts for help from the dealership, from being in contact with the head manager, to even callIng up the Audi USA support. I have been to the Audi Brooklyn where I purchased the car and explained to them the issue, wrote emails to the manager Michael Chan and even brought the car in several times for him to see. Every time the car was taken to service to get fixed it ended up right back inside later on. The only options they had for me was to trade in the car, meaning that I would need to provide another down payment for another car which would have me go into debt . I asked several times if the car could be evenly traded since I was sold a lemon , there was never an agreement for that . Why should I have to put down more money on another car if they sold me a bad car? This experience has been the worst nightmare ever, my car until this day is always messed up , engine light always ends up coming on . Money and time is being wasted for years from having to keep going back and fourth to get the car fix . Now I know why the car was a 2012 with such low mileage , because someone else was probably trying to get rid of it . Update as of December 4th, 2023 , my car has broken down on me in the middle of the street at a red light and would not move at all, gears could not been be switched . Car was taken to an Audi service where it took about a month to find diagnosis of car. The car dealership could not even locate what was wrong with the car. Now it is being informed that my ABS control is faulty, this car now has about 50,000 miles on it and is hardly used. As you can see I was sold a lemon and am being passed back and fourth between Audi Brooklyn Sales Department and Audi Corporate of America where no one is of assistant to me but purchasing another car. The only options that I am being offered is to basically place myself into another car loan and purchase another car from Audi Brooklyn even though I was sold a lemon. I have contacted General Manager at Audi Brooklyn Sales Adam who has not been able to give any assistance with fixing the car but rather again trying to place me in another car loan to put money in their dealers pockets. Even on the terms and conditions of years of complaints with this specific vehicle . I was told to get a diagnosis to find out what was wrong with the vehicle in which I did. I am now being told that my ABS control is faulty but they are not even sure if that is going to fix the issue of the car . Please !!!STAY AWAY !! From BROOKLYN AUDI SALES DEPARTMENT as they are selling lemons as car to their clients. This has been the WORST CAR DEALERSHIP that I have ever dealt with and worst experience that I have ever experienced. General Manager Adam even suggested that I report the car to corporate as a lemon. Ive been here 3 yrs ago (prior to the huge renovation) to get quotes on leasing/financing the A6. I remember my experience was only okay. They didnt let me testdrive the A6 becos they said they go by appts and couldnt just move the car out from across the st. I also remember the quote i received was really expensive. (I went to Manhattan Audi after and got a better quote for the same car). They did try to reach out to me to provide me w a better quote but couldn't beat the quote i got. So that was the end of that. I came back today, this time, it appears its all new faces and the service was better. Although I only came to return my lease, i was treated respectfully and courteous. The front desk receptionist was awesome. She provided me w a bag to hold my license plates, which was a thoughtful gesture. The guys who handled my return were fast and professional. Went here with a friend who was looking at a8's. Me being an Audi owner and fan having some knowledge about the car is the main reason I went. My previous dealings with Audi dealers have been pretty good, I usually end up in Long Island at Lynbrook Audi. But anyway, we go there, friend had been there earlier in the week and spoke to a rep about the car he wanted and how he wanted it. Talking to the salesman and the man has zero knowledge of the car, no comprehension of the engine being non supercharged or turbo. You're selling a almost 100k vehicle and you don't know dimp about it? The hell is this? Also I have used their service on my vehicle. Purchased a UV sunshield for my front window from the Audi website and they sourced it to Audi Brooklyn. Shipping costs were high in my view at $29.27 for a $58.31 item, but I ordered it for the convenience. While it is a quality product, it is very difficult to use given the size of the touchscreen and it knocks the rear view mirror out of place. Just called today to ask how to return the item and they expect me to pay the return shipping plus a 35% restocking fee. Will just keep it rather than returning although not sure what i am going to do with it. Do your self a favor and buy another brand on Amazon. Pretty poor customer support in my opinion. read more

Audi of Brooklyn = Bait and switch + Worst experience + Rip off customers I fly from Michigan after calling and confirming with their manager about 7 Audi Q5s they displayed as available for sales online. I also called to confirm out of the door price before going there. Then upon my utmost dismay - they had only 1 car out of the 7. Their business model is to buy damaged cars with minor accidents, fix them in their buddy's body shop and sell them to customers. I found one of the other 7 in their lot which they said is in battery dead but it has it's bumper scratched. So, why did you even put it online to sell? Then other cars when I asked for CarFax had either a major or minor accident. Since, I flew spending time & money - I finally agreed to buy the only car available from their lot. Then they added another $980 for dealership fees which they did not tell me as part of 'out of the door price' on the phone day before going to them. The sales manager kept blaming sales man and said that salesman did not have the authority to tell anyone out of the door price - are you kidding me! Save yourselves from this crooked dealership. I took a trip to Audi of Brooklyn for the first time yesterday for service on my 2014 S5 as a walk in appointment, I guess I should start by saying I have been to Beiner Audi along with Audi of lynbrook and I have never felt more welcome to a service department. From the moment I first drove in I was greeted by the Guys at the garage entrance and they even covered my seats with a plastic lining so the suede was fully protected, which is something that is very important to me(Something that I've never encountered in any other audi dealership, especially lynbrook who got my car seats messed up prior). So I asked the guy at the door if they had any diners in the area that I could check out, and he told me it isn't in walking distance, but Ronnie who later became my service advisor made sure he took care of my concern of transporting, without asking a rental was offered and I was able to drive a 2018 Q3 while I waited on my car to be serviced. I must mention, I tried to make actual appointments at the other dealerships and requested an appointment for a loaner and they sometimes told me I'd have to wait about 3 weeks. I walked to the rental and I found it extremely clean, smelled like a new car. My technician Jamil was extremely professional, he came out and told me about problems he ran into with my brake line while working on my car but he was able to work around it. Between Jamil and Ronnie I was in and out of that dealership with my car serviced and washed complimentary in under 1 hour and 30 mins(Something that normally takes other dealerships close to 4 hours)Completely satisfied with this Service Department in Brooklyn, I highly recommend anyone with an Audi Vehicle to head out to this location and check them out. Reached out for assistance. Never got back to me or reached out at all for follow up. Absolutely whack used car department. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I bought a car nearly four months ago and still haven't rectified all issues. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone, 30+ phone calls, sent over 25 emails, I've been to the dealer SIX TIMES. I've emailed their general manager, Leo Menuzzo about everything a number of times and have never so much as gotten an acknowledgement from him. Their used car manager, Ali (whose card or last name was never given to me), has been the main culprit of my frustration. I've left many messages and they never call back. Confronted, they give me the runaround. So incredibly unprofessional. I was looking for a used car at the end of May 2016 and was emailing all over to see what dealerships had in the $3k price range. I got an email and some photos from their online sales manager, Nick (great guy), and made an appointment. I wanted to make an appointment and was told that they were going to detail it before I came in. When I arrived I waited something like two hours to see the car, and when it arrived, it was dirty as hell - red flag number one, but I let it slide. That being said it was in pretty decent condition from a first look. I decided to buy it with the condition that X repairs would be done, I'd be given a working key fob for the car, and it would be detailed. From when I decided to buy the car to when I put down the downpayment, it took something like 6 hours. I spent a long time hanging with the insurance guy (Vinnie, highly recommended). I was told I could come to pick up the car the following week with all repairs made. When I arrived at the shop, I got an email that the car wouldn't be ready until the afternoon, even though my appointment was for 10am in the morning - red flag number two. Since it took me an hour to get there, I waited for the car until it was "ready" when I found out the car wouldn't be ready that day, I was told it would be delivered to my apartment. Which was cool, but when the car arrived only one of the repairs had been done - no working key fob - and it was still un-detailed - red flag number three. I needed the car, so I decided to come back the following week for the remaining repairs and detailing. The next day, I brought it out to a mechanic (friend of mine) to have the car evaluated and was told it needed a boat load of work. I immediately called my sales person Monae (who was great too, she isn't the problem), and was assured that even though the car was old I had my 30 day warranty and everything would be taken care of. Ali also told me over the phone that he would never sell a car that required service. I decided, well, I'm going to persevere because I don't back down. When I brought in the car for the 1st time (this is my 3RD trip to the dealership), I outlined all of the repairs and was told to come back after the weekend. When I came back for the 4TH time, the car still hadn't been detailed and the fob was still broken - though the muffler had been finally fixed. Ali (this guy is the problem), told me all of that work didn't need to be done, but I needed the car, so I took it. When I came back for the 5TH time, I was told all would be taken care of. I called EVERY DAY, while the car was being repaired to confirm all work was being done and each time I called I was told "Yes, don't worry about it." Needless to say, when I came to pick it up (my 6TH trip) the fob hadn't been repaired. Ali gave me the name of a third party that would be able to do it. I called a number of times, and when I finally got a hold of him he was like "definitely can't do that." So back to square one. For a while I called and emailed every day, and left messages and never got calls back. Sometimes, I'd wait on hold for 30 minutes. Eventually I stopped doing that because it was driving me crazy. Meanwhile, I talked to 10+ mechanics about the service on the car and was told (by every mechanic), it REQUIRED work and the price range was between $2 and $4k. Ali wouldn't budge on doing the repairs and because he had been impossible to reach, my warranty had expired, so I resolved to do it myself. Then one day, I was driving for work out in New Jersey and something below the car was dragging. When I got to work, I found that the valence and belly pan weren't even attached to the car so had been dragging and had broken. I called Ali the next day and argued with him for 20 minutes about it and he said, OK "maybe I'll do it, I'll call you back." He never called me back and I was just so frustrated (this is two months after the sale, so I resolved to do it myself and save my sanity. I didn't want to deal with his crap anymore. Where I am now is I've paid $2k+ on service on the car post-sale and I'm still waiting on the key fob. I'm going to push for it because it's the last thing and I need it and only a DEALERSHIP can do it. I don't recommend these guys even if it seems like a good deal. A $3k car quickly became $5k and a big headache. read more

We recently got our SQ5 from Audi Brooklyn and not only did they make this experience so pleasant and easy for us, they went above and beyond when we picked up our car by explaining all of the features of the car and answering all of my questions (as I am not a car person). They're very response, professional and upfront. We definitely will not be going anywhere else for our future cars and have recommended all of our friends and family to visit this dealership. After two months, I finally got my car back after some body work. It was originally estimated for a 10 day repair. The work was satisfactory, but I had asked them to see if they could either repair the center arm rest/console or give me a quote on a new one. Two staples had come out from under the armrest and the leather was lifting slightly. It was completely unnoticeable and fully functional at the time. I got a call from the service advisor and he said there was no way they could repair it and that it had to be replaced. I would be more understanding if they had told me it was broken and needed replacing based on the condition it was in, but when I got the car back they had torn back the entire leather panel, pulled out the foam, and making the center console completely unusable. It absolutely needs to be replaced now. The staples are sticking out causing a hazard and is a complete eyesore. I wish I never even mentioned it to Audi Brooklyn, it would've been fine if they had never touched it. I tried to contact the Client Relations Manager who has been responding to people's reviews on Yelp to save them a bad review. But when I called Audi Brooklyn, the service department didn't know who he was and put me back on the automated menu. They are seriously disorganized. I love my 2016 Audi Q5 2.0. It is a good start for a young professional who wanted something sleek yet functional. However, the service here reminded me when I bought a Hyundai Sonata back in 2006. I bought my Audi in April 2016. The process was so slow and redundant. David, my car salesman, seemed as if he'd just been on the job a few days. He did not "sell" me the car, he pretty much was absent in the experience. He barely spoke, and asking him questions was like pulling teeth. Everything I know about my Audi came from my own research or contacting other Audi Dealerships. I was in no rush to purchase a car but definitely did all the research I possibly could have comprehended as a consumer, and thought I would consult with the professionals on what I did not understand. smh. I can't speak on anyone other than David. He was not the person I should have consulted or completed the process with. I was misled and I'm sure not by fault but by a lack of information and in-depth knowledge on a few points I made clear before I even test drove the Q5. I specifically gave a 1-star rating because I came in at the opening of business on a Saturday (9am), and did not get to drive away in my car until 6pm. Disgusting! In hindsight, I wish I would've never acted on the promotional deadline and just waited to go to the Audi dealership in New Jersey my family really loves. But it's a learning lesson. Hopefully, if you decide to go here, you will use your better judgment based on the reviews and/or gut feeling. After not having a car for 8 years, this experience should have been great. I bought a pre own certified audi A4 2011. Everything went straight, but they didn't gave me the second copy of the key, telling that it will be shipped to my place later. It was not the case, I waited a few moths, called them a few times, no way to find who is the responsible for that. After I went to the shop, they send me to another shop where they do the actual service, they placed an order for my key, stating that it will be ready in a few weeks. After a few months waiting for their answer, I called them again. Same thing, the responsible for my order was not available, the redirect my call in several places, but nobody answered yet. I'm still waiting for that key after 6 months, and overall I spend almost 40h of time between calling them multiple times and going there. it would be much cheaper to buy a new key from another dealer. Within a few minutes we were seen to by one of the sales guys. First question from the salesman was "what kind of car do you drive?" Valid question. My response: Mini Cooper. The next 5 minutes were spent by the salesman explaining to us how the Mini is a "suicidal" car and how unsafe it is. Seriously? Fail. Despite the advance appointment for the test drive, they have ZERO Q5's in stock. Really now. Fail. Icing on the cake was the question I was waiting for: "what would you like your monthly payment to be?" Even my wife was laughing at how clueless this Joe was. Since the issue with the car we bought, Audi Brooklyn fixed all the problems and even gave us a loaner while we waited for the repairs. The service we received from Audi back when this happened was above and beyond expectations in the end. So here I am, not even 24 hours later writing an update - and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. My husband ends up receiving a general post-visit email from the General Manager of the dealership, thanking him for stopping by, asking if all went well. Richard, the general manager, ended up working on this situation and rectifying is wonderfully - because here we are, 24 hours after all this drama with our car! Not only was this done in such a professional way, Diego (who was the salesperson we initially worked with and who's great! Not the source of our issue) personally delivered the car, with all the necessary paperwork for us to sign! Now THAT is cool. Thank you guys for turning this around, it's definitely appreciated. I do hope, however, that there are changes made within the dealership, because at the end of the day, these transactions should be smooth and drama-free from the beginning. Ive never written a review but this is my first because im that pissed off. I went to this dealership yesterday to lease an audi a4. I was assisted by Erick, make a long story short the car i wanted wasnt at the dealership so i was told they will get it tomorrow. i said no problem ill come back tomorrow. i made an appointment for 3pm in order to assure the car was there when i get there. I was called by Eric at 12pm. and was told that they were selling the car thst I requested to someone else. this person came to the lot and saw the car they brought for me and bought it. unprofessional unbelievable. He then says to me i should of put a deposit down. i asked him did u tell me to put a deposit down. he says oh no sorry but i still have the other cars u didnt want. no accommodations no nothing. justpatheticbusiness ethics. probably saved me some bad business. dont go there. they have no integrity or loyalty to customer. read more

Worst customer service ever. No one clearly knows how to do their job or has the same information. I came last week to get my app situated and I informed the people I need it so I can remote start my car. However, since they believe they are higher than anyone else in the world their first question was "Did you get the car from us?". Immediately, after saying no, we were treated horribly. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to go around the place and ask someone if they could help us. Not one single person that was sitting at the desk, got up, while the place was completely empty, to speak to us and basically sent us on our way with a name and number to call back to. I call back today to make sure whoever I was suppose to see last week was in the office. The sales representative was extremely nasty and clearly thought he owned Audi. Apparently, the app does not even offer the remote start feature. Yet why wasn't I informed about this last time and could've saved myself an extra trip? Well, I have the answer for that, they believe they are better than anyone since no one got up last time to help. On top of that, whoever was on the phone was speaking down to us saying along the lines "Well McDonalds and Burger king are two separate things. You don't have a Lamborghini". I mean for how expensive this car is, I might as well get a Lamborghini and be treated like an actual human. Never coming back again and I hope whoever is the manager at this franchise can give a lesson on manners to their workers. read more

Went today to get a quote on a Audi A3 nano grey metallic sport premium plus. Have to say the best color option audi has for the A class is the "nano grey". So I sat down with the salesman Miguel who was nice and helpful. I asked him to run numbers for an example so I know what I have to pay up front before actually signing for the lease. If you have excellent credit you have plenty of room to receive a fair deal. So it actually was worth it and even has all the options you can have on a Audi A4. It's cheaper and better especially if you wanna try out the car first before you even pay more for model you won't enjoy. Will continue to stay with audi really good experience. read more
