Title: Disappointed with aftermarket service at Audi Barrier in Bellevue (AutoNation). I rarely write negative reviews, but I want to spare future customers the headaches I had and I've never had issues prior with my vast experience buying cars. This was my second Audi from this location--my first (under prior ownership) was excellent. Since AutoNation took over, buying the car wasn't the issue; the aftermarket products were. I purchased the full bundle (tire & wheel, scratch/ding, warranty, lost key fob, etc.). When I had a tire issue (nail + unsafe tread), coverage should've replaced all four tires--they didn't. More importantly, I haven't been reimbursed the $168 I paid despite following their process exactly, emailing them all the documents and even having Les Schwab contact them with my receipt, explanation and documentation. I've spent hours on calls with multiple parties and still - no resolution. I paid thousands for peace of mind. Instead, I've wasted so much more time and money than reasonable and regret leasing my second Audi here. Seattle and Lynnwood Audi are both 100% better. Buyer beware regarding buying any car and aftermarket add-ons at Audi of Bellevue (Auto Nation). If you read the reviews, you can see that there are ZERO attempts from Audi Bellevue to reach out to resolve customer dissatisfaction. Poor management, poor service, poor business model. It all began a couple of years ago when I urgently needed a new car because my S4 was having serious issues. It would randomly stop while moving forward or backward at any speed. It was terrifying to drive, and despite being unrepairable, I was stuck using it. Audi Bellevue had no inventory at the time, yet they insisted I put down a $5,000 deposit for a car that hadn't even arrived since it was in port. The only reason I was trying to get into a new car was because my current one was a safety hazard. When the promised car didn't show up on time and was delayed yet again, I started looking elsewhere. Audi Seattle was far more understanding. I explained the same situation, and they immediately offered to help me get into a car due to the safety concerns. But when I told Audi Bellevue I was going with Seattle, they refused to return my deposit for a car I never received. After a lot of back and fourth communication and arguing I was able to get my funds back but no one made this easy whatsoever and I spent about a month total of arguing about this all while their car I was supposed to get for the safety concern never arrived. Fast forward to July 2025, my RS3 had a water pump failure and had to be towed to Audi Bellevue, which was nearby. They initially said they'd take care of me, but after the car arrived, I waited ten days before anyone even looked at it. The manager, Dave Paris, casually told me, "It was taking so long because it was never assigned to anyone and it never got worked on." I was repeatedly promised it would be done "tomorrow," then "the next day," and so on. No rental car was offered until my wife and I had to demand one. Of course, as we received the rental car, magically my car started to get worked on and was finished shortly after. To make matters worse, Dave laughed and said, "Because this is related to a warranty, you get put to the back of the line." The lack of communication, the dismissive attitude, and the outright disrespect I've experienced have been infuriating. I've never felt so disregarded by a company I trusted. And we were still waiting after 15 min so we just left. He was all around the office, so I wasn't sure why he was taking so long... He could have said something to us if he couldn't find it, but the communication was poor and it's definitely not a good thing from a car dealership. Since I got my last Audi at Audi Bellevue, I decided to buy from them again. Unfortunately, unlike the last Audi I purchased "as is", my next used Audi was not "up to snuff". Their work indicated they had fixed the oil leak but it turns out they had not. I took it in to my local Audi specialist who told me the repairs had been poorly made or not at all. So, I'm out lots more money. I knew I was purchasing an older car that may have problems, but I at least thought they would have made the repairs they said they did. Car has run fine otherwise. I noticed you can't put a review on AUDU of Bellevue so apparently they control their reviews on their website. While purchasing a vehicle from Audi Bellevue, we were approached by a site employee who offered to buy our old car as a personal transaction. The exchange took place on the dealership lot, without complete documentation or oversight. When complications arose, we were left legally and financially responsible. We were unable to file the required sale report with the Department of Licensing because the employee refused to provide their full name and address--information legally necessary to transfer ownership. When I expressed intent to notify the dealership, the employee threatened legal action against me. The car was sold again and ultimately impounded. Because no paperwork was completed for either transaction, I am now responsible for the impound fees. I assumed that someone working in the car business would understand and follow proper procedures. Based on the outcome, I believe this individual knowingly bypassed those requirements and may be operating in a way that lacks transparency and accountability. Although the dealership itself was not involved in the transaction, it is deeply concerning that this occurred under their roof, during an active sale. Customers pay top dollar at a dealership like this and expect professionalism--not to be taken advantage of or intimidated. I was greeted kindly, I stopped and spoke with an excellent service specialist named Daunte who gently told me he was unable to fit me in that day, but made some recommendations as to what I could expect as a waiter with an appointment for my recall. I lovvve my 2022 Audi Q3 - I've had it a full year and just had my first service. I was able to book the appointment online and popped in & dropped off pretty quickly. The staff is always really friendly and attentive. I like how they text updates and if there's going to be a bit of a longer timeline than expected. I was out running errands past the time service was opened but was able to grab my car in sales before the dealer closed for the evening. I scheduled an oil change for my Q7 2019 8/10/25 when I got there my service advisor said I was due for my 60k mile tune up. Okay how much will that be. He printed out a sheet which conveniently enough I was never given. But on this sheet were 3 options to choose for the 60 k tune up from $4500 to $3880. I was so taken back thinking I was coming in for maybe $400 bucks to $4k! After going back and forth he said let me try to get this down for you, let me see the status of your spark plugs and some belt to see if we even need to change it. So I said ok and went on my way. When I went to pick up my car it was $1797.39. The only thing done for that amount was an oil change!! $336.78 for the oil change and labor $1229.25!!!! I have called 3 Audi dealers that have serviced my car in the past and both of them was less than $2k for a $60k tune up and that includes new spark plugs, belt, oil change. I have called and spoke with the sales manager Charles and he told me I did get new spark plugs and belt for that price and I said where does it say this in this invoice? When he looked at it he said he needed to get with the service advisor to see what happened. He has NEVER called me back!! I have called mutiple times and left messages with the gal who always apologizes for them not calling me back. I will continue to call because this is soooooo wrong! $1200 for labor and they sent me a 2 sec video showing the tred on my brand new tires and brakes! I was told I can only talk to one person and there was like 12 people at desks with no one in front of them and I had to wait 10 minutes to even talk to someone then I talked to the service manager about it his name is Dave and he was very rude and didn't even help me. Insisted on charging me hundreds of dollars for diagnostics when it was clearly agreed before they would do a free code check for an error I was getting with no code noted. Refused to listen to what was agreed upon or listed as 'no cost code check' in notes for appointment. Do not come here unless you want to be overcharged, your time wasted, and your vehicle being worse off from when you brought it in. Brought my 2019 Audi sq5 for a brake bleed. It took them 16 hours to complete the job which was throwing up red flags for me, and in those 16 hours I received one update, I had to keep on calling to find out what was going on. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Well i show up to the service dept. once my car was "ready". My cars rear suspension airbags were fully inflated. Rear was sitting 10in high. Elliott said it'll be around $500 to fix. Which i thought was High as the only thing needed was to put the oem lowering links back in and re rerun the calibration they had ALREADY done in the first place that threw it off. So I went outside for an hour to look for a solution elsewhere. Decided to have audi fix so I went back inside Audi as i never left the parking lot and asked Elliot about it again. Now he was saying it's going to be around $1900 and they couldn't look at it till two days later. Besides my better Judgement I said ok and left the car with them. Next day i call the service manager and tell him everything. He is no help whatsoever. He then text me an hour later and is now quoting me $2500. I call ACH TUNING, have the car towed to them, They fix the issue in ONE HOUR and charge me $350. I mean if the calibration issue happened when Audi hooked up there computer the first time. Why not hook up your computer again and re rerun that same calibration with the oem parts that were in the vehicle the whole time? You guys didn't charge me $2500 the first time when it messed up the calibration, why charge me that the second time for the same exact thing? I also asked the service manager if i could get a different tech to look at my car but the service manager sounded like a broken record and kept saying he needed to talk to Elliot first. I made an appointment and requested a loaner vehicle. They did not have a loaner available when i showed up to my appointment and said that i should have requested to talk to the on site staff directly. I am not sure how they expect people to know this when i was told while making the appointment that they would have one and if they did not then they would reach out to reschedule the appointment for a time when they did. I live 50 min away from the closest dealership and am so disappointed with their disrespect for my time. They wanted me to pay 3-4k in service fees and could not even provide a basic level of care in getting me home to go about my day and responsibilities. Worst car buying experience ever. They lied to me during the paperwork. The finance guy started my paperwork by writing the contract on paper. I had to step out for a moment and he switched the paperwork to an I pad and told me we just transferred over get you out as fast as possible. My mistake 100 % for trusting them, but I had time to dispute it . I called the next day and started the process. Well he included $3000 worth of options that I clearly stated when we sat down that I did not want the extra options ( GAP insurance, Windshield and security protection. We bought a TESLA and on the way home to Oregon we could not charge it due to the pervious owners name still on the car. We had to stay a night in Vancouver WA $300 expense and use a third party charger. It took over a week to get the owner off the car, the dealer should have had this done prior. What a nightmare. The next day I called the dealer and they referred me to the GM. Well I called twice a day for over 6 weeks and nobody would call me back. I called Audi customer service and filed a complaint and they told me that they could not get ahold of the dealer either. I was referred the VW of America (who own's Audi) and they proceeded not to get ahold of the dealer either. Eight weeks went by and NO ONE ever contacted me. These people are crooks . Shame on you for treating the people the way you do..... I gave them a one star because the salesman was super nice.... on a side note Audi customer care were very pleasant but of little help because they could not get through either. The VW customer care guy said they always answer for me and I told him very respectfully I doubt it, a minute later he had to tell me they didn't answer for him either, the last and only time he ever talked to me, lol As of today still not settled completely. My first impression walking into this place was, where are the sales people? Eventually I looked around and found one and spoke to him about a vehicle we saw online that we wanted to get our kid for college. We did a test drive and thought on it. I took my daughter to the dealership so she could take a look at it. She loved it. I spoke with a pretty helpful sales person named Nate. Super nice and helpful. I discussed all our options between my wife and daughter and we settled on this vehicle. I talked with Nate today that we decided on getting the vehicle. This is where the issue started. Nate had to leave so he connected me to a guy named Spencer. He said he would be there until 8. He said I can contact him on his cell or the number he had been texting at. I wasn't sure we could make it in tonight so I went with an appointment for tomorrow to purchase the vehicle. When we got home, we decided we would try to make it up before 7pm and I called the dealership around 6pm to relay the message we were coming to buy the vehicle, since Spencer did not respond to my last text. They said they would tell him and we were on our way. We arrived a few minutes before seven and I noticed the vehicle we were here for was sitting up front, and there was someone in it. First thought came to mind was, that they were prepping the vehicle for us. Nope. They were on a test drive with another customer. I told the person there I was here to buy that specific vehicle and I had called prior. They told me that he would be right back. So when I saw the vehicle return I approached the sales guy, thinking he was Spencer. I even asked "Spencer?" and he said "Ya?". Then I noticed his badge said "Saad" or something. I told the guy I had called ahead to purchase this car. The other customer said, "Too bad, I was here first." I argued with the sales person until the real Spencer showed up from his test drive with another family. He approached me aggressively and told me not to approach other sales members and argue with them. Then he told me something that blew my mind "Its first come first serve, that's how the world works." Then he wanted to shake my hand. I already didn't like this guy. He was trying to be dominating and argumentative, attempting to put the blame on me for not texting his cell when he put in the chat "Text me on my cell or here" and ignoring the fact I had called earlier. His customer service "friendliness" just came off as passive aggressive. He had me sit and wait while he "talked with the manager" on who gets the vehicle. I can clearly see the other salesman giving paperwork to the other customers who were on the test drive, so I was already under the assumption that I wasn't going home with that vehicle. Spencer even left the lobby to go move a car before getting back to me. My wife thinks he was just stalling, so I would cool down and attempt to sell me something else. Little bit later he comes back and tells me that the other customer is buying the vehicle. He did not state that the manager voted in their favor. I asked why they wouldn't hold the vehicle regardless if he didn't get my message because I had an appointment the following day. He gave me an excuse that its their policy not to put a hold on used cars, that all dealerships don't hold used cars. I called B.S. on him and walked out. I told him I only came here for that vehicle and that they had wasted my time. The weird thing is, he followed me out, saying stuff like "You can wait to see if they don't qualify for the loan. We still want to help you." Bro.. how are they not going to qualify for a 16k car? I told them, no, I'm not going to do business with them anymore. He continued to follow me to my vehicle like a creep and continuing to try to convince me he is only trying to help but I had pretty much started ignoring him at that point. I'm sure buying a new car, especially an upscale Audi, you'll get better customer service, but if you're there to get a used cheap vehicle, they will sell it from under you to the first person they see. read more

Scene: Two parents arrive at a dealership on President's day weekend, Saturday 10 am - 2 parents and a teen drive away with said VW by 3:30 pm. They get a star for speed, cause I honestly believe that might have been the fastest car buying experience ever. And because it was so fast..... 1. I don't remember the salesman's name. I can tell you where he is from, that he is engaged, and going to school for, but not his name. 2. He was like I really sell Audis not VWs. OK - thanks, I guess. 3. A little hovering, I had to ask for a minute to talk with my partner. 4. Very attentive.. because "someone had made an appointment to come see the VW," so it was first come, first serve. Chop, Chop. What I liked about Audi Bellevue: 1. Apparently they are Autonation so they don't negotiate. 2. They had the paper work of the inspection of the car when it arrived and showed what they had taken care of on the car. Shout out for 4 brand new tires! What I did not like: 1. Pushy, hovering it was like a 2 year old that follows you to the bathroom. 2. The finance lady was G.R.U.M.P.Y. And got more irritated when my husband flexed his mental math skills. I do love when he told her I need a number not a percentage to make an appropriate decision. If you are offering gap insurance but won't disclose the value of the car, I can not give you an answer. She finally gave him the price . 3. Spelled my name incorrectly on all the documents.. so does that mean its not binding? 4. Didn't ask if I wanted to be on the new car, just put it in my hub's name. 5. The attitude when she came out, didn't introduce herself, and was huffy cause my husband was not available for a question cause he went to Chick-Fil-A. And the eye roll when I asked can I help her. I told him when he came back, that my Florida side might come out with this lady if she didn't get her act together. 6. Luckily we all made it through without killing each other. It really was pretty simple. They gave us a fantastic black garbage bag for the belongings in our the first car to be moved to another car, as well as joked about siphoning the gas that was in the trade in to put in newly purchased one. Classy. Delivery of the car. I will thank them for putting new battery in the remote since it was dead. That was it, no cleaning, there was a chewed gum wrapped in gum wrappers in the back driver's side door pocket. And of course, the afore mentioned "siphoned" gas in the tank. The dealership served its purpose. We got the car we desired, a transaction was conducted, and we will probably not go there again. What I saw that was interesting: 1. Tons of people leaving with out buying a car. 2. People sittng there with there eyes glazed over. 3. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the cover came off. My check engine light came in and I made an appointment for Monday. I called on Wednesday since the only contact I had gotten was an AI site to check on the status and there was only the notification was that they had the car. I wasn't until Saturday that I got an up date that the water pump and thermostat would need to be replaced. I called and they said that they might need the car for another week since the parts needed to be ordered. I asked twice for a loaner car and got the response that they would check. When I picked up the car after being there for two weeks, I got the bill for $4600. If you look on line, the bill should have been half that amount. I would have purchased multiple cars from them over the next 40 years, but after this experience, I'll never return. For context, I've owned four Audis over the past 16 years, but Audi Bellevue (AutoNation) has made me reconsider buying another Audi altogether. It's disappointing that Audi allows this dealership to represent their brand when they lack basic professionalism and empathy for their customers. First Attempt: I worked with Jereck, had a great experience, and confirmed I wanted a 2022 A4. I arrived at the dealership at 3:15 PM as planned and signed the LOI immediately. Despite this, the car was being test-driven by another couple who originally came for a Hybrid Q5 but saw the A4 after Jereck pulled it up front. Hamza, their salesperson, let them proceed with the test drive, fully aware I was on my way to finalize the purchase. This was disrespectful and showed a complete lack of integrity. I escalated to Rio, but he claimed "policy" prevented him from doing anything. The best they offered was shipping "at cost" for another vehicle--an afterthought rather than a real solution. Second Attempt: Despite my frustration, I gave them another shot. I told Jereck exactly which car I wanted, but he took two days just to get a shipping quote, telling me he had to go through multiple managers. When he finally got a $2,300 quote, I had already found multiple quotes under $1,500 within 15 minutes. I signed another LOI, and Jereck assured me we were good. The next day, when I called for an update, he was on a test drive. I then called the Miami AutoNation location myself, only to learn they had sold the car the day before to a local buyer. Bottom Line: Twice, I signed an LOI. Twice, AutoNation sold the car to someone else. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. As a loyal Audi owner of 16 years, this experience has made me reconsider ever buying another Audi. Avoid this dealership. read more

To begin with, our salesman, Chris, did a nice job and handled the sales portion of the process as best he could. What we objected to at the beginning was that the dealership had added a paint chip protection warranty and a chip repair warranty at $700 each to the initial offer.... and they refused to take it off! It was only after we complained about it that they found a way to reduce the price by $1400... but we still got the warranties. Nice but we'd just as soon not go through that in the first place. Secondly came the trade in. We had a beautiful 2020 Audi Q5 Prestige to trade in primo condition. I expected to get about 21,500 for it. Instead they offered 20,500. The reason... because we didn't get our 50k maintenance work done at an Audi dealer (we had the major 40k work and all previous work done by an Audi dealer) they said they had to do the servicing before they could sell it, even when we offered to show them the paperwork of the same required maintenance from a reputable German car shop! Third, the finance guy did his due diligence by offering packages of extras, mostly underwritten by AutoNation, not Audi of America. We only wanted the add on Audi maintenance additional warranty but had to ask for it separately. We also bought an additional full total maintenance warranty offered by AutoNation but only after he significantly reduced the price and added extra miles to the warranty, plus he told us we could get a complete brake job just before warranty expiration whether it needed it or not. He'd better not be lying about that! Bottom line is that we're not thrilled with AutoNation's sales tactics. Since then we've also heard not so good things about their service department, but, regardless we'll be doing our service work much closer to home at University Audi Lynnwood which is THE BEST! read more

I found a used car that I ended up purchasing in June here. I went in with my financing already figured and came from Oregon to test drive. I wanted to say my salesman was so fantastic. He was not pushy, he was there to answer any and all of my questions but didn't make me uncomfortable. I showed up alone and it can be intimidating as a female to walk in and try not to be pushed over. I can't say enough good things about him. Thanks Daniel Z! I'd give Audi 5 stars if their finance office was in order. I've tried confirming four times now that they've received my vin inspection. First there was a misunderstanding on mailing or emailing, no calls back, no emails back. I don't know if they've put in for my plates yet. A little communication could go a long way. read more

Too much automation, lack of organization, and lackluster customer service sums up my 3 year experience as a customer of Audi Bellevue. I've purchased two vehicles at AutoNation dealerships and the Audi dealership was....well, it seemed very pretentious. No real focus on customer care as you would expect from a "luxury" dealership. Additionally, the service department is rather unorganized. I made an appointment to get an oil change and my interior detailed about 35 days out. After making arrangements and showing up to the appointment, the service rep stated that he didn't show the interior detail on the schedule. I told him that I made the appointment online with a representative, and he said " Oh, yeah, they don't check with service advisors before scheduling those." That sounds like an Audi issue. I received an e-mail from the General Manager asking about my experience and requested I respond directly to the e-mail. I responded and never got a response back. read more

While my car-buying experience was ok, when I went back for regular service, I learned a lesson. They basically doubled the price I would have paid from non-dealer service businesses when I needed an oil change and an alignment. They assured me they benchmark their charges against local competitors, so against my better judgement, I let them proceed with the oil change. Fortuantely, I held off on the alignment. I later confirmed that their prices were indeed double what I can get elsewhere. I will not go back to the Audi dealer for normal service work. Even my BMW dealer doesn't overcharge anywhere near this much. read more

As mentioned in my previous review, we test drove a vehicle at Audi Bellevue last summer with Saleem, and although we did not end up going with that car, Saleem was still congratulatory and gracious. It was such a pleasure to work with him so last weekend when we were car shopping again, we contacted Saleem and asked to look at a different car. Saleem was super knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and guiding us towards what will fit our needs. We purchased a 2023 Q3 and it was literally the smoothest experience! I love my new car. Even a week after purchasing, Saleem has been helpful in helping me set up my app and connecting my car. I hate this place so much. Today they gave me yet another reason why. They bombard me with postal mail (from them and Autonation) trying to sell more cars, warranties and service plans. I have emailed them (and AutoNation) at least 4 times over the past 4 months asking to be removed from their marketing mailing lists, and no one has ever responded, and the mail has continued. Today I called the dealership and was put on hold for 25 min while they "found someone who could help" until I finally hung up and called Autonation directly. This company sucks so much in every way.
