Today I visited the store again. And one store employee spoke to me in a biased, rude way. I touched a small thing in the room where there were no prices. The store clerk made a rude remark to me. I said many times that I shouldn't touch it, otherwise he will kick me out of the store. "If I said not to touch, then it means not to touch." I'm not a child, not a prisoner, not his subordinate, not a soldier in the army to talk to me like that. And I'm much older than him, almost twice. I made purchases, which supported their business. My daughter and I went to the checkout and told the owner of the store about his unworthy behavior. She did not want to resolve the issue. and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, justifying the behavior of this adult man. We tried to explain that we were nothing they didn't do anything to treat us like criminals, but the mood before Christmas is spoiled. The behavior of this man discriminating against me. Among expensive things, antiques, the attitude towards customers should be dignified, respectful. It is a pity that some employees do not understand this This is one of the few shops in our city where they do not greet customers, and after the purchase they insult. read more

Today, on the eve of Christmas and New Years, I, together with my family, visited this place again. My son was here for the first time. I have shopped here many times. we went to the store. My mother touched some kind of metal figurine without a price (it was not written anywhere near that it was forbidden to touch). She didn't lift anything, she didn't break anything. just touched. (at the same time, she bought paintings in this store many times, silver, much more). A young man sitting next to him, a store worker, said in a loud voice - "don't touch!" ... My mother said in response that she just wanted to see what kind of figure it was. Not listening to my mother to the end, this young man shouted - "Don't touch, it means don't touch! and after that he added that he could kick us out of the store altogether. I was just shocked by this attitude towards customers! This is some kind of discrimination! so no one and anywhere does not speak with buyers. I went up to him and said calmly that the owner of the store told us many times that we can look at everything and buy everything, and even the goods that are up for auction. But he did not listen to me at all, interrupted me and shouted that nothing should be touched. I went to the cashier to pay for my purchases and told the woman that another store employee, a young man, was very rude and not professional in dealing with customers. The owner of the store came out to me and instead of somehow reacting to the rude behavior of her employee, she began to interrupt me and show my son's side and say that he went where it was impossible to enter! My boy was the first time in this store. and he just walked around the store and looked, without touching anything (and where he walked, nowhere was it written that the passage was prohibited. But the owner of the store, interrupting me, insisted that I knew where to go. (and where my son walked, I also walked, and other buyers also walked there). The hostess herself said that the manner of such a conversation of her employee is his "culture"! and apparently she encourages such behavior and such an attitude towards buyers. no one apologized to us! Out of the blue, they spoiled our mood for nothing, my mother's pressure rose and all day she could not recover from such an attitude from the store employees.the buyer is always and always right! This is a store, and whatever then you need to buy it, find it and see it! and I have not seen such behavior and such an attitude towards customers in this city in similar stores !!! result: spoiled mood; increased blood pressure in mom, we were insulted for anything, no one apologized to us. It is not at all clear how people can work in art and with art who do not even try to be professional and polite with their own customers! read more

They are always helpful and available for questions. Often items that are on the floor for auction can be bought prior to auction date. Nice. Inventory is usually very interesting and vastly more so than many other spots in town. read more

Kathleen came out to my house personally to evaluate all my fine art in my special needs trust that I've invested in the last 10 years and I waited three weeks with no reply before calling her to find out what her research had dug up a prayer Auctions in the last few weeks internationally as she states she is an international auction house. I have dealt with Kathleen in the past and she was fair when I was a buyer but this time was a whole new game as sh asked me what I wanted to sell the paintings for and I said the most possible and at the current market rate being realistic. I made some notes to myself and we agreed about some minimum prices that you would not sell the paintings below and this was for reflected in her auctions estimate but when I called the day after the auction to see what the prices were realized I found out that she sold my most valuable paining at 1/10 of my minimum and probably one30th of what the paining was worth and although she told me my sellers premium would be 10 or 15% she had me sign a form that she told me was a receipt and in reality it was in auction contract charging 35% for me to sell and at that rate I could've went to Sotheby's Christie and got more money for my paintings Kathleen is a 100% crook and I am complaining to the Florida business department department of auctioneers and I'm bringing forward a lawsuit against her as this was plain simple consumer fraud. It's buyer beware when you go to Auctions Neapolitan and dovetails is more like crow tails. One walk in her show room should've told me the musty smell of rotting antiques holds nothing but the dark and dreary for those who seek professional advisement in liquidating Estate Collections or investments And I will not rest of the day will not come where I stop trying to remove this woman from the credible world of art in auctioneers as she is nothing but a thief and if you deal with her against my advisement you will surely get what you deserve and I did not deserve and in fact no one deserves read more

Dealing with an incredible amount of stuff and a lack of knowledge on how to get rid of it led me to Auctions Neapolitan. I found them on the internet through Estatesales.net. After reading reviews and looking at the website, I drove to the retail store in Naples to meet the owner ,Kathleen. I was immediately. put at ease and she guided me with professionalism, kindness, sincerity and honesty the entire time. She made me feel important, answered every question and phone call and came to evaluate my "situation"within a day. I had an incredible amount of stuff, art, sculptures and so much more. Because I had an appraisal done, we had a great place to start. She assigned me two of her trusted people and all week they worked relentlessly to get us ready for an estate sale which she determined was the best course of action for us. These girls were amazing. They were on time, wonderful people and hard-workers. Kathleen then came through, rearranged and priced for the market, some way more than the appraisal based on her endless knowledge of what things will sell for. Despite what an appraisal says, you have to know this....some things will go and some things just won't. And maybe if you are lucky, she will take some of your items to auction to get an even higher price than you expect! This is where Auctions Neapolitan is different than the other estate companies. If you have something special or valuable, they will tell you and will separate these items so you have the chance to get worldwide attention on these items and get the most money for them. There were two goals for me... clean out the house, get a fair price for them items. We had incredible pieces of art, architectural pieces, statues, dishes, wine glasses, furniture, books, a houseful of treasures....and even a ton of junk. Auctions Neapolitan came to my rescue. Prior to the estate sale, I met at least 6 staff members.. amazing people who all helped me! I really cannot say enough great things about these folks. The marketing program includes Facebook ads, craigslist, signage, an email blast to her following (includes all the people you want at your estate sale--trust me), newspaper advertising, estate sales.net and more Plus she features the estate sale on her website and the staff promotes by answering all kinds of questions prior to the event building the hype. The day of the sale was incredible. No one gets in prior to the set time.. a line of 100 people or more was waiting outside the door, 8 people worked the event, One person solely dedicated to taking money. Everything was perfect, organized and prior to the event we had discussed the threshold for certain items. She knows what prices should be... this benefits both you and her company, as it should. I wanted to be there since it was my first estate sale. I thought, oh it is like a garage sale... only in the house. It's not. the types of folks willing to pay for them. A garage sale... well if you have ever seen one, most people are selling junk, so you don't get much for the items. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. AUCTIONS NEAPOLITAN worked relentlessly without stop until the last customer left. It was a frenzy of buyers wanting everything.. how awesome it was to see things go at top dollar! It was a success and the items left over get packed up by her staff. Chris who has been working there for years is an amazing asset, from taking down a curtain, to doing anything you ask, to being knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. He is one of those people that you feel comfortable and confident that it will all get done and at a 5-star level. Auctions Neapolitan takes care of helping with the HOA if you live in a planned community, the guard, the permit needed. Really no stone was left unturned. Hire them! Hire them and don't look back. You will not believe the service, honesty, integrity and hand-holding you will get. Plus making money for your treasures is the ultimate goal. Didn't know this store existed until last year!! What a find. The store is tremendous. The consigned items are like new, the staff knowledgeable and attentive. I attended my very first live auction a few months ago. What a blast. The auction takes place in the store yet it is live on the internet and is viewed worldwide. Auction was so professionally run by Kathleen, the owner. While serious bids were being made, Kathleen and staff kept it light and fun. She seems to take in so many great items from large pieces of furniture to mirrors, chandeliers, and many items that look like one-of-a-kinds. Just started participating in her timed auctions where all items start at $10 bids. I've gotten unbelievable bargains! Read the other review written which was so negative.
