I really thought this was a first class store with preloved merchandise. I did see a beautiful patio group by RH. when I asked the price no one could help me or knew. Millie a saleswomen was to call me the next day with a price. Days passed and I still didn't receive a phone call. when called to check about a week later. I was told there was a note for Millie to call me. Of course Millie was not in that day. Bad business even worse for the people consigning there. Your merchandise is going to sit there unsold. The Owners must be suffering from the beginning stages of Alzheimer's . I called on two different occasions they placed me on hold for "1 minute" and after 20 minutes forgot that I was on hold, I can hear them in the back ground. Never picked up. I also went in person to try to do business so spaced out. It was slow in the store at the time. Not sure what is going on but three strikes you are out!! read more

I was treated poorly as I arrived on Wednesday December 15 with my valuables to consign. I wasn't sure how the whole process worked so I entered and was greeted with frowns and was told to put my items on the floor. I asked if they wanted to see what I had and they said thats up to me and put what I had on the counter, so I did. They really didn't have the time for me and said the storage in the back was full but let them see anyway. After seeing my rare 16 piece Rosenthal fish serving set their whole demeanor changed. I really felt like a second class citizen and wouldn't shop here or consign here. read more

Furniture consignment in Naples is unlike any other city. You get folks with these spectacular homes that they fill with high dollar furniture that they barely use or never use and then one day they appear in consignment stores just like Up For Grabs. They are filled with high quality pieces that might as well be new. You have to keep checking back because the nicest items do not last. I found these 6 luxurious dining room chairs that had just been dropped off and had not yet even been marked with a price tag. They were perfect and I doubt they had ever been sat in until I plopped my butt in them in the store. These chairs were easily $750 or more a piece new and I got all 6 for $1000. So, pricing seems fair and of course the price goes down the longer it's there. This is going to be a place I visit regulally turning my home into quite the masterpiece. read more

Watch out. Consigned items disappear. They will tell you your contract is up and items were donated. Items are still in store with price tags! Customer service is lacking. As a potential buyer, they will not contact consignors with offers, not honest and poor attitude with shoppers. Manager, maybe owner, especially bad. read more

I agreed to sell a rather nice painting with this company that we no longer required. They were keen to sell it and we agreed a price that they would market it for. We were returning to our home in Europe and it was agreed that they would keep in contact by email to let us know what was happening with the item. Weeks went by and no contact. I wrote to them three times and never received a reply. I eventually called them and was advised it hadn't sold so best to reassign it to them for a further three months to see if it sells. I agreed and requested they kept me posted re progress. Haven't heard anything back from them even though they promised to keep me updated. I will visit the store next time we are in Florida and find out exactly what has been going on. I'm left with a poor feeling about this company and their practices. Their communication is dire and it appears the customer is far from being important. read more

My experience as someone selling items was the exact opposite of the comments from buyers. The staff was not at all friendly; on three separate occasions when I brought items to consign they were quite dismissive. I was not offended that they might not want certain of my items but rather the attitude. However the clincher was, when I went to pick up my unsold items, they could not locate one (valuable) item. A subsequent phone call informed me of course they couldn't be responsible for all the items because they had so many and that essentially I was out of luck (my words). I would never do business there again. read more

Great furniture and furnishing, but, the delivery service they recommended and promoted with business cards at their check out counter gave me a 2 hour window, and showed up an hour and a half late, thus, I got to wait for them for 3 1/2 hours. My advise : shop there , BUT, get your own delivery service ! read more
