A great consignment retailer and a staple of my wardrobe. They are very picky about brands, quality, and have awesome pricing. Anything you consign can be used toward an in store purchase or taken as a check. Love that there is not a minimum withdrawal like some stores. Definitely focused on womens clothing, they do not carry mens, children or household items. Unfortunately the location is small so the inventory can be limited and if there isn't a lot of turnover you can see the same items over and over. Really enjoy coming to this location to stay up to date on trends and sell gently used items! read more

I was there Saturday and noticed some in coming pieces while I was shopping, I inquired when they would go on the floor as I was very interested in looking at them and possibly purchasing the pieces. The nice young blonde hair lady told me they would go on the floor Monday. I returned Monday at 12:21 with excitement to look at the pieces. I didn't see these items on the floor, asked at the counter where they were located, and was told on the "New Arrival" rack. I did not see the pieces there, so I returned to the desk. The lady with very short dark hair, said when she came into work, she saw the new items which came in over the weekend, and put them aside, called a good customer, and put them on hold for her to come in and see. I expressed I didn't know that was an option. I expressed great interest on Saturday, and the option was not offered up to me, or I would have asked to have it held for me. Keeping in mind the store opens at 10am on Mondays, I was there at 12:21. When I questioned the holding process, the short haired lady said, "yes, we can hold items BUT only for an HOUR"! Again, she just said, she put the items aside on hold, when she came in and called a good customer whom she was holding the pieces for. This this particular hold is well over and hour since, the employee arrived before opening time of 10am, and I was there at 12:21 afternoon and items are still being held!!! Again, inconsistency, something smells fishy here. The short haired lady said to me, "sorry but this lady is her first go to person". Well what about us good shoppers, I just dropped $2,500 in 2 days and now I am back to buy more. No where in there website does it say, that they selectively set incoming things aside for whom they feel is their important shoppers, and if they don't want the pieces, then they are put onto the floor for us walk-in shoppers to look at. Which is exactly what she said, "well, if this person doesn't come and buy the items, then I will call you and you can come in and see them". Seriously!!!! This is poor business, and my cash is just as good as anybody else and all customers should be treated equal. I actually brought 2 friends in with me this past week to shop who didn't even know the store existed. I will not be broadcasting this store anymore except for the bad experience I had. FYI, my friend was with me when this happened , and when I quickly returned to the car, they were shocked I had no shopping bags. read more

Love this store! I stop in frequently and almost always leave with a really nice piece for a really reasonable price. Don't mistake this place for true fashionistas! They are welcoming and friendly here, no noses in the air like the other store. They carry a wide variety of brands, from mall stores to high end designer items. The store is clean and well organized, making it very easy to find a particular item if you are searching for a specific piece. The ladies working are always more than happy to check if they have an item in when I'm searching for a particular item or brand. Wonderful experience every time I go. I don't even go in the other store even though it's in the same plaza. Unless you look like you have money flowing freely out of your backside the other store doesn't give you the time of day. A friend told me to stop here. She said they had very nice clothes at great deals. She told me how they accepted gently used clothing and paid a nice amount for them. I was excited to try this place out, as I love to shop and I had a lot of name brand beautiful clothes that I knew someone would appreciate. When I got here, no one greeted me. Not a big deal. I gave them my large bag of clothing and decided to look around while they gave me a price in exchange for my clothes. I couldn't find anything that I liked. Maybe it wasn't the right season? I don't know. A lot of the items were not premium name brands. Most of the clothes were very outdated. They told me how much they would give me and I was shocked. I guess I was expecting a little more. For example, I had a beautiful Michael Kors dress that was only worn once. I bought it less than 6 months ago. I paid $120 for it. They only wanted to give me $7!!!! I saw they had older ones for sale for $50, so I knew something wasn't right. I decided to keep my clothing and shop elsewhere. read more

Very bad customer service. The store is very neat and organized however the stock is second or third tier" designers". Go a few steps down and enter True fashionistas. You will find much better deals on much more current items. I was very upset when I purchased a dress and the very next day the fabric just separated and fell apart. When I returned there was absolutely nothing that they would do to offset my wasted $. I understand this is used clothing but you shouldn't buy something to have it rip open very next day. It was Lilly Pulitzer but I guess it was VERY used! Be careful. read more

I stumbled across Designer Divas while looking for a different consignment shop (True Fashionistas) in the same outdoor mall complex. While it wasn't as high-end as I sought, it was well-organized and clean and I was greeted by a nice sales associate. Most vintage places I've been to around Naples reek of musk and old people and it was a pleasant surprise that this one didn't. Anyway, the floor was clearly laid out and marked. As a benchmark: they had Tory Burch items in glass displays, so if you're looking for anything beyond aspirational luxury, try going next door to True Fashionistas. read more

Their consignment structure is less than desireable. Taking your clothes to a Clothes Mentor or any immediate buy out place is a much better deal. You have to wait to see if something here is sold, then track your item, hopefully it is not donated, then retrieve it not sold. The monies received is not worth the effort. read more
