Last week I bought an item for $166.00. The next day a few doors down I saw the same exact shirt for $108.00 since I had the receipt in my purse I went back to Katheryn's . Katheryn was out of sight but I heard say "tell her to bring it back and go buy it there". I returned the next day with the shirt and asked to talk to Katheryn ,I was curious why she would want to lose a customer and be so offensive & This time they said "she's in a meeting. I have realized that Katheryn obviously doesn't want a customer who cares about $56.00, even though I was willing to buy the shirt in the first place and have purchased numerous things in her store. I do not price compare I am happy to find what I like and buy it, however this was such a blatant discrepancy, I thought there's a mistake somewhere, never dreaming Katheryn would make her clothes up to that degree, clearly I was wrong. A person who cares about $56.00 is not the customer she wants to cultivate, or even respects enough to respond in person. Her message was loud and clear! Thankfully there are many lovely stores in Naples that won't send this message.

The store has this ridiculously bright and open vibe that makes everything seem even more beautiful. The store has a handful of local designers which makes shopping in there rather fun. Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

The water features are very relaxing and beautiful. This truly is a place that grounds and centers me and is a wonderful place to spend some quality time window shopping. Stores include Louis Vuitton, Hermes,Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany, Lululemon, Apple, and Gucci to name a few. They offer covered garage parking which is a plus during the summer months. This by far is one of my favorite shopping malls not so much for shopping but to just relax along with a side of retail therapy.
