On February 4, 2023 I stopped in to buy two prints that I adored and was very excited about. I wrote the following email to the owner to share my disappointment. I didn't receive a reply or an apology. Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, the gentleman helping me out was rude. I asked about shipping and or extra packaging to protect the prints on the airplane. His response was short and again rude and that he didn't have anything to wrap or protect the prints in. He asked if I still wanted them and I did purchase the prints. I was also not thanked for my purchase. It's now disappointing that I have the memory of two beautiful pictures being tied with the poor customer service I received. I would appreciate an explanation and an apology as to why I was treated in rude manner and not thanked for my $200 purchase. Regards, Jill

We always find something worth buying at Deb's. The items are of very high quality and reasonably priced. The other Deb's located in Tin City and has shoes, pocketbook, baseball caps and other items. While at Deb's of Florida, Naples I purchased a very nice pair of slippers on Frod Togg brand shoes. Also, purchased a beautiful 250th anniversary baseball cap. It is the nicest and good looking 250th anniversary baseball I have seen. Two weeks later, I returned to purchase another pair of shoes. They are extremely comfortable and of excellrnt quality. On our second trip bak to Deb's we also saw a beautiful pocketbook for my wife. Again, all of items purchased at both of Deb's locations are of excellent quality and reasonably priced considering the quality of each item. We visit both of Deb's Touch of Florida, Naples every time we go to Naples. We highly recommend Deb's when you visit Naples Florida. It is a fun andsatisfying experience.

I requested one small change to the design. The mirror was completed ahead of time and shipped to us. I got it today and opened it in the driveway; it is AMAZING!
