I went to the counter to ask to buy it even though I knew it was not an item of their inventory. I was asked to show the salesperson where I found it, and as I showed her she said, "oh just take it, it's not worth anything and we have plenty of them, just take it!" That kind of understanding of the customer and her needs is the most valuable skill ! I shall be back tomorrow and from now on and I will be BuYIiNG! The gal said, oh A**** does a good job, just a mistake. She completely blew it off. I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and wonder how much I was overcharged and didn't notice. Make sure you keep track of what they ring up. If one of their "good" employees doesn't know the difference between a perennial and an herb, what are the others charging you for?

Brought it to my back deck, watered it (it was bone dry). Next day....seriously suffering. They give you a "guarantee" and tell you they will refund if you send them photos. I did. They didn't and they didn't help or even respond.. $70 gone, but maybe I can rehab it with time. Since then, bought the same plant for half of the price. Doing nicely. Saw a smaller one for $20 at Job Lot!!!! Doing fabulously. Both of the other ones I purchased are Proven Winners brands. the one from Olsons was not, but is that the reason it's drying? Think not....think they just don't care for them once they are on the lot. Prior to that I've spent at least $200 buying annuals. About 50% of them aren't making it, Think again before you you go here. Product inferior, staff inexperienced....plus they are pretty "grumpy" dealing with customers. There are several other nurseries close whose prices are better and who seem to have more knowledge. Don't bother buying your summer/year round plants from here.

Customer service at it's best!…read more I needed some new door knobs for my kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to see the vast assortment Anchor had. I found the perfect ones. Only problem is they didn't have enough. They called around and found some more for me and called me back. They would of had them sent to the store, but I needed them really fast. They called the other store, had them bag them up and had them waiting for me at the register when I went that day. Also, I love their choices of paint. The FINE PAINTS OF EUROPE, is amazing. What a finish!
