I live in Sevierville-PF-G-Burg and if you don't know where it is, it's about 45 min drive. Unfortunately, there's no eyebrow thread places in my area, therefore, I have to drive to Knoxville. If this company had another branch in my area, it would be great, but I still travel because I know my brows will be cleaned up. Usually come in weekends and it's usually 1 or 2 ladies. The first time I got it done was with an older lady. Although, she did okay, she pulled my eyebrows hard where the thread cut me and then she put sanitizer on which burned even more. I have extremely sensitive skin. Next time, I always got it done with the younger lady and I LOVE it when she does it. I just can't recall her name. I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday and someone else did it, she did a good job. I didn't tell her how I liked it because one my eyebrows was thicker than the other so she even it out and I loved the end result. The service itself is quick and speedy, it usually takes me maybe 5-7 mins and this salon offers other services. Check in store or online. I will update when I try their other services, but this is where I like to get my brows done. Hope this helps!

If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back. Her salon was nice, bright, and clean. Highly recommend!

Abbagail was awesome asking my allergies, and explained every time when a product will be applied to my face, the potential effect such as temporary tingling, and offered options based on my needs. My shoulder and hand treatment was also fabulous. After my facial was finished, she immediately handed me bottled water. My face is so glowing according to my mom afterwards. The duration is as described. Last time there was an error with the third party booking app indicating the wrong duration. This time all resolved and I appreciate the communication and their willingness to address the concerns and make customers happy with their experience here.

I was not greeted when I came in (yes, she was with someone but she didn't even make eye contact with me, nod or acknowledge me in any way). She was very friendly with the girl she was helping but when she went to help me she seemed really cold. No smile, no "how's your day", nothing. It was the same way when I left. She didn't ask me how my service was or invite me back or to re-book. I'm hoping she was just having an off day. That said, my pedicure was absolutely wonderful! My nail tech explained all the services they offer, she did a very relaxed, caring and beautiful pedicure and it's holding up incredibly well. The nail tech was friendly and so sweet. She made me feel like I was getting a pedicure from a friend, not a new stranger. That said, she didn't overdo the conversation. It didn't feel forced or sales-y. We had a great conversation and I will definitely be booking all of my pedicures with her from now on. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me. I've already scheduled a facial to try their facial services out and look forward to that. The young woman who did my pedicure also does facials (but unfortunately her schedule didn't work with mine the day I needed it to). I'm hoping I find a second rock star at this place. If the owner would have been more welcoming and grateful for me as a new customer this would have been a perfect 5 star review. Looking forward to coming back next week!

Katy was very reassuring and provided info on what to expect and pre and post care. She was patient as I asked questions and she adjusted her suggestions and ultimate treatment for me. Katy even suggested a less expensive, more conservative alternative. This convinced me that Katy ultimately cared for my well being and just isn't in it for the money. Katy genuinely loves making women happy and she is a true artist. Katy has given me more confidence and has made my make up routine, a care free experience. I had soft wax for the suprapubic area and then chocolate hard wax for everything else.
