It's cute, cozy place inside with plenty of areas to hang out before your session starts. The gameshow atmosphere was fun and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. Danny was great to work with as well. Highly recommend! Side note, there is construction going on in the area so parking is tricky especially if you are hauling stuff there. Not a reflection on the place but heads up.

Miss Megann was in charge the day of the party and she was so wonderful with all the kiddos. They all made slime and had a blast! Megann was so WONDERFUL. The party was absolutely effortless. We showed up with Cupcakes, drinks, and goodie bags. Everything else was handled by A Joyful Mess from plates, napkins, plastic wear, supplies, decorations, cleanup, etc. Thank you so much for a perfect party. We will definitely be back!

While I enjoyed the wildflowers at the park, I felt uncomfortable on the narrow hiking trail worrying about chiggers and ticks where it was hard to avoid rubbing up against plants here and there. This park seems to invite a lot of fishers and small boats. We were very happy to encounter a fisherman who had returned from a day of fishing from his highly outfitted kayak. He was kind enough to chat with us and explain some of the set up and features of the boat. We learned a lot and were thankful to find some common ground--both being from the Midwest.
