I don't believe it's been open for very long, it's right off of Preston Rd in Celina. The offices are beautifully designed, I loved all of the thoughtful pieces throughout, definitely thumbs up for the coffee bar! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the doctor took his time to explain the pictures of the eye to my daughter, which was fascinating! They got us in and out pretty quickly and did an amazing job. I think my daughter was really happy with her eyeglass selection. She hasn't had glasses for several years and is looking forward to them, especially for driving. We opted to add in the blue light filter to help with screen time effects on the eyes. Just come back in 30 days. Went from emergent to ok bye lol. This is where LSV was different. They go over your scans with you. Explain & answer all questions. Point & click to show you. Make sure you understand. You're not rushed. They give time to process info. They make recommendations on what might help & keep you comfy. These things make a huge difference.

After being a patient here for a few years and referring my family here as well I am not going…read moreback. My eye exam back in November felt rushed and a bit haphazard. I did get new glasses and when I went in to pick them up I was again rushed, no fitting at all, just a printed card they had me read to see if I could see ok. The eye glass techs were busy on their phones and I felt as though I was bothering them. The glasses did not seem any different than the ones I had as far as prescription strength. I did speak to the office manager after the fact and she did offer me a refund if I returned the glasses which I did. Fast forward to today, I called as I had sudden onset floaters in one eye which alarmed me. I was told no appointment availability this week and was referred to 2 other places, one that had terrible reviews and the other that told me all there docs were out of town for the week and had told other offices to not refer to them this week because of that. I know offices are busy but this was somewhat of an emergency and the ladies answering the phone could not be bothered. Happy to say I did find an office who saw me same day and they were wonderful. I will be taking my business and my family to that office from now on.

I had the numbers on the card available, but instead of working the issue and contacting my insurance - she submitted under a random electronic drop down for a different type of Metlife insurance and I was later contacted via text with a message stating Spectrum Vision needed additional insurance information. I called the Spectrum Vision office and was given voicemail. On the voicemail - I left my insurance numbers and the phone number for Metlife. A phone number the office workers could have used to call Metlife and verify this office was covered (as it is listed in the online provider directory). Instead of doing her job, she cancelled my appointment when I was unable to pickup the phone Wednesday. I was working constantly and unable to pick up the phone - so she should have done her job instead of cancelling my appointment. Is it that hard to call a phone number for an insurance provider?
