Only go to this office if you're ready to be overcharged. The front desk staff was polite, and I…read morehad no issues with them. However, I was told my co-pay was $10, and I've never paid more than $50 for a contact exam. This time, I was billed $172 for a "level four" contact exam--something my insurance confirmed does not exist. It seems to be a made-up pricing system unique to this office in order to justify inflated charges for their luxury setup. The doctor was pleasant and professional, but even she told me I had to pay $99 for an eye health screening with no option to decline next time , and that I'd need to repeat it yearly. That felt misleading and unnecessary. In total, I walked out having spent over $400 for a 30-minute exam and 3 month supply of contact lenses --completely unreasonable compared to any other vision center I've visited. While the staff was kind, the billing practices here are deceptive and not transparent. I will never return and do not recommend this office. Save your money and choose a vision center that doesn't overcharge patients under the guise of unnecessary "levels" and add-on fees.

No option to complete information ahead of time and the tablet questions we unbelievable. They asked numerous "technical questions" we did not "mostly" understand. They should have told us ahead of time to bring a list of surgeries and prescriptions. 4-Alexis was not good. Jammed stuff down my wife's "throat" with a ridiculous total fee. Quoted me $409 for a pair of single vision glasses and stated the insurance does not cover lenses. INCORRECT which I found out yesterday!!! 5- If you are inclined to respond to this please save your time. We will NOT be back again and may post a similar review online.

Dr. Castleberry is terrific, but this place needs someone to fix the operations and weed out the…read moredoctors. I have been going for years and always used Dr. Castleberry. But as he is now so booked, I tried a different doctor for my severe dry eyes. After checking me she recommended what she called an IPL treatment and I said if she'd look at my records she'd see I'd already tried those and they didn't work, but that I'd tried an RF treatment a long time ago and got some relief. So we booked an RF Treatment. When I went for it, I was told it often takes 3 or 4 treatments and they can be 6 months apart. After 2 months I still had lots of burning and so I went back to the same doctor for a follow up. She looked at me and suggested a couple of products to use (she forgot to give me a printout so I don't know what they were) and said I could try another RF but I'd already had 2. I said no, I'd had 1. She argued with me until I proved to her she hadn't looked closely at my record and she was thinking I'd had one in Jan '26, but it was actually Jan '25. So she booked a second one. Then when I showed up and they had me back in the chair, I realized they were prepping me for an IPL, not an RF. I don't know whether the doctor was simply careless in the booking, or decided to book an IPL not having looked at my records. Either way, the carelessness is very disquieting. And their website will no longer recognize my email or password, and there is no way to correct it without just calling them. For a group with such advanced eye technology, the website is truly pathetic.
