My oldest son, Race, first attended Stepping Stone Hyde Park as a baby before transferring to the Wells Branch Parkway campus. Later, my younger son attended both Wells Branch and the Round Rock location. Throughout every transition, we were met with the same thing: caring teachers, strong leadership, consistency, structure, and genuine love for our children. At both Hyde Park and Wells Branch, Ms. Brenda and Ms. Jennifer played a huge role in our boys' lives. They created an environment where our children felt safe, supported, and excited to learn every day. When our family faced difficult seasons, they showed us incredible kindness and flexibility, helping provide stability for our children when we needed it most. At the Round Rock AW Grimes campus, Liz continued that same tradition of excellence. She was always accommodating, compassionate, and deeply invested in the well-being of the children and families she served. Now, years later, I have re-enrolled my daughter Hana at the Hyde Park campus, and I was thrilled to discover that Ms. Brenda is currently serving as interim principal there. When I told my oldest son that Hana would be attending Hyde Park and that Ms. Brenda was her principal, his immediate response was, "Aw, that makes me really happy." That simple comment spoke volumes. Years later, he still remembers the people who cared for him and made him feel loved. The Hyde Park campus has blossomed tremendously since my boys attended. It is clear how much thought, effort, and care have gone into improving the experience for both children and parents. From the moment we enrolled, Ms. Brenda made the process seamless and welcoming. Hana received a personalized Stepping Stone backpack, a teddy bear, and a book as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. That teddy bear quickly became one of her favorite possessions. What continues to impress me most is the quality of the people. Hana's teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children. You can tell they care deeply about their development, happiness, and well-being. That level of commitment is something that cannot be faked, and it's something I've consistently experienced across every Stepping Stone campus we've attended. I also love the daily photo updates and communication, the STEM-focused curriculum, the outdoor play opportunities, and the summer Splash Days that keep the kids active, engaged, and having fun. The teachers and staff work together as a team, and it shows. Special recognition should also go to educators like Ms. Lisa at Wells Branch and Ms. Olga at AW Grimes, who has dedicated decades of her career to caring for children through Stepping Stone. That kind of longevity speaks volumes about the culture and values of the organization. Finding childcare is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. After experiencing Stepping Stone with three children over many years, I can confidently say that they have consistently exceeded our expectations. The level of care, communication, education, and support they provide is exceptional. They don't just care for children; they help shape them, support families through life's challenges, and create memories that last long after graduation. Thank you to Ms. Brenda, Ms. Jennifer, Liz, Ms. Lisa, and all of the incredible teachers who have loved, taught, and supported our children over the years. Our family is deeply grateful.

It was a miserable feeling. I was so relieved when summer arrived and we had camp at Crenshaw. The same resistant 4 year old was suddenly dressing himself and rushing ME out the door to go to Crenshaw. The difference was night and day and that's what made me know we had to give the Palaestra Preschool Program a try. Three kiddos later, I could not be happier or say more about the Palaestra Preschool Program. Not only does it address kindergarten readiness, but the daily movement means that my kids come home tired. In addition, each summer my kiddos are ready to jump right into the pool because they've been swimming all year long. This is ideal because of the Texas heat, but it's also frankly a safety issue. As much as I could go on about the whole child model of the Palaestra Program, the most special thing about it is perhaps less obvious. Crenshaw is a family owned and operated business, and they have built a beautiful community around that. From the swim fitness retirees, to the diverse staff, to the tiny tots barely out of diapers, Crenshaw is truly its own little village and I am so deeply grateful that my boys have gotten to experience what it means to be a part of that.

The staff is so kind and caring and treat each child as their own. We love each teacher and have grown to become great friends with each one of them. The admin staff work extremely hard to provide the best in childcare, Hannah herself is dedicated to fundraising to add staff and amenities so that each child can enjoy their time at daycare even more. Their communication is top notch, especially throughout the coronovirus pandemic, I've always felt informed about what was going on with the school and how they're making changes to keep everyone safe. I could go on and on, but if you're wanting a daycare who will love your children as much as you do then look no further than Hannah's World.

The teachers are wonderful and caring (most are mothers of children attending the program) and the curriculum is fun and engaging. The class size is small so each child gets the attention you would want them to have. Every time I dropped off my kids, they were each lovingly welcomed by their teacher. I always left feeling my kids were going to safe and that they were going to have fun. When I picked them up, this was always the case. The building is old but there are plans for improvements and upgrades. Please don't discount this program because of the site or location. It is a wonderful place for your children. He is absolutely in love with Ms. Bonny and Ms. Suzanne (I'm sure he will miss them next year!) and always comes home with new words, phrases, a joyous smile - and ready for nap time :) The facilities are clean and there are lots of activities to keep him occupied (plus a really great playground out back). There are lots of opportunities to get involved if you want - monthly events for kids/parents, lectures from parenting experts, Mother's Day breakfast, etc. but these are also entirely optional. Like many of the parents, we are not part of the church or any religious community but have never felt that this was an issue in any way (as one other reviewer also noted). At the end of the year, we received a beautiful photo album with photos and artwork from throughout the year; it was so touching to know that they had collected these moments/memories with this final project in mind and I think is symbolic of how children and parents are treated here. I know my son is not only well taken care of but also cherished as a little human being and am so grateful for the wonderful staff who make him feel loved. I found the place thanks to Yelp and noticed there are not a lot of recent reviews so here I am - if you're lucky enough to get a spot here, don't hesitate to enroll!

We've had wonderful experiences with Stepping Stone--the teachers (our favorite it Ms. Teresa) and the director have always been good at communicating and reliable. We feel comfortable that they are taking excellent care of our daughter, and will soon be caring for our little boy who is on the way. I've noticed that there's been very little turn over or change of staff since we've been there (which is not always the case for other child care centers) so I think they're doing something right over there from an employee point of view too. All the teachers are kind and patient and our daughter has always enjoying going to Stepping Stone. I've seen other people mention issues with the waiting list process. I think part of the issue is that this location is so small and in such high demand because if you live in the neighborhood (this location is an old converted house), it's wildly convenient and walkable. As soon as we were added to the waiting list--probably 8/9ish months ahead of our desired start date--we were told that we would eventually get into this location, but because of space and enrollment constraints we might need to spend sometime a another, bigger campus and wait until there was a spot for us to transfer. Not ideal, but it's a small campus and we've had such a good experience here that I wouldn't hesitate to do the same thing again even with the possibility of the minor inconvenience of spending some time at another location. When something is high demand, there's usually a good reason. And we've think Stepping Stone is great!

People think it's easy and intuitive to be a caregiver and it actually takes a lot of thought time and planning just to make sure each parent is happy and so are the kids at drop-off and pickup. Looking back at it only being a year since being here you have made us feel better than ever leaving our kids with you all and your staff.

The teacher in our child's classroom (Alondra) is kind, attentive, and dedicated to the kids' intellectual growth. She makes learning fun with thoughtful, age-appropriate activities that keep them engaged. It's clear she puts a lot of care into her work--not only is she creative but also cleans several times a day. At my child's last daycare, she would come home with stains all over her clothes and the bathwater would be so murky it was appalling. Having a smaller classroom and a dedicated teacher has really helped. A special shoutout to the director, Connie, who is truly the heart of the facility. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and approachable. From the first day, she has made us feel welcome and heard. Connie somehow knows every child by name and always takes the time to check in with both parents and kids. It's clear that she genuinely cares about each family and works hard to make the daycare a safe, nurturing environment. I've even bumped into her at our local HEB while she was buying snacks for the kids and I swear she works over 40 hours a week since she is always there no matter what time I drop off or pick up. We really couldn't ask for a better place for our child to learn and grow. Highly recommend!
