Specialties
At Bright Eyed Kids, we provide a warm, nurturing, and educational in-home child care experience led by a dedicated, licensed provider with over two decades of experience in Early Childhood Development. Our program is guided by a certified professional who holds a Certificate in Early Childhood Development from Austin Community College, a Director’s Certificate, and is fully certified in First Aid and CPR. We also remain fully up to date with all state licensing requirements and complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education every year to stay current on best practices. At Bright Eyed Kids, education is thoughtfully tailored to each child’s interests and learning style. We develop lesson plans that foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Our curriculum supports not only early academic skills but also self-help routines, emotional self-regulation, and the development of strong social skills. We believe in nurturing the whole child—mind, body, and heart. Every child in our care is seen, heard, and deeply valued. We provide a loving, supportive environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn. It is our mission to help each child become a compassionate, capable, and contributing member of the community. At Bright Eyed Kids, your child will not only receive a top-tier early education—they’ll know what it feels like to be genuinely loved and supported every step of the way.
History
Established in 2024.
Bright Eyed Kids was founded in 2002 out of a lifelong passion for nurturing and educating young children. What began as a small, in-home child care program has grown into a trusted and beloved part of the community. Our founder’s journey started with a deep interest in Early Childhood Development, earning a Certificate in Early Childhood Development from Austin Community College, along with a Director’s Certificate. Over the years, that commitment to professional growth has continued, including annual First Aid, CPR, and continuing education hours to remain current on licensing standards and best practices. At Bright Eyed Kids, we believe in creating a warm, safe, and joyful environment where children feel loved, valued, and inspired to learn. Our program focuses on the whole child — their education, emotional growth, self-help skills, and confidence. We’re proud to have helped countless children begin their academic journey with bright eyes and bright futures ahead.
