The teachers are all so wonderful (and that's an understatement). I was very hesitant to enroll my babies in any school but I immediately felt at ease upon our tour and meeting the director. The teachers are all former school teachers and truly love their job. The curriculum is great. The community is the sweetest. My daughter was super prepared when she started kinder and I attribute that to Covenant. I just cannot recommend CUMC enough!

The teachers are wonderful and caring (most are mothers of children attending the program) and the curriculum is fun and engaging. I always left feeling my kids were going to safe and that they were going to have fun. When I picked them up, this was always the case. The building is old but there are plans for improvements and upgrades. Please don't discount this program because of the site or location. It is a wonderful place for your children. He is absolutely in love with Ms. Bonny and Ms. Suzanne (I'm sure he will miss them next year!) and always comes home with new words, phrases, a joyous smile - and ready for nap time :) The facilities are clean and there are lots of activities to keep him occupied (plus a really great playground out back). There are lots of opportunities to get involved if you want - monthly events for kids/parents, lectures from parenting experts, Mother's Day breakfast, etc. but these are also entirely optional. Like many of the parents, we are not part of the church or any religious community but have never felt that this was an issue in any way (as one other reviewer also noted). At the end of the year, we received a beautiful photo album with photos and artwork from throughout the year; it was so touching to know that they had collected these moments/memories with this final project in mind and I think is symbolic of how children and parents are treated here. I know my son is not only well taken care of but also cherished as a little human being and am so grateful for the wonderful staff who make him feel loved. I found the place thanks to Yelp and noticed there are not a lot of recent reviews so here I am - if you're lucky enough to get a spot here, don't hesitate to enroll!

All of the staff members have been wonderful and I know she is well loved! There has been little/no turnover that I've seen and all the teachers know her. She's never once cried dropping her off or picking her up and is always all smiles. It's always clean, there's lots of room for the mobile children to run and play, which was a huge difference between CCOA and tons of the other day cares we toured. While some were just these tiny rooms with cribs all smashed together, my daughter has had the chance to stay active with lots of room to play. We look forward to many more years here, I hope they keep up the good work!

All the teachers are extremely caring and absolutely amazing with kids. Quite a few of them have been with CCOA for a long time and are very experienced when it comes to young children. Additionally, the facility is so impressive - we toured plenty of daycares and CCOA was by far the cleanest and brightest facility. The young babies/toddler building feels so cheery and it made us feel so relieved that our son was in such a warm and welcoming place. They also provide food and have a great menu selection, which makes our lives as parents that much easier. Lastly, communication from CCOA Jester is amazing. So many daycares are difficult to get in touch with, but CCOA is not like that at all. They are extremely responsive, and Miss Erica (the school director) is on top of everything. We were honestly blown away by the level of communication at CCOA Jester. Overall, I would highly recommend CCOA Jester to anyone looking for childcare! We have had a great experience here!

The teachers love my son, and WANT to be with him all day, which is the number one thing I care about. Using Reggio-Emilia inspired learning, they have an amazing curriculum, and my son (2.5 yrs) comes home telling me about all the amazing adventures he experienced throughout the day! The Director is constantly iterating on already frat activities, adjustments to their space, and parent-learning opportunities and as first-time parents, we've been able to leverage this little community for support as well. We just had a student-led art show with a family picnic on their beautiful campus - such fun experiences! The few times I've given feedback (I'm pretty particular), the director and teacher were super receptive and made changes immediately! The owner, Terri, is someone I'll be forever indebted to. As a first time mom, I thought it was normal to have a pit in my stomach and tear up daily after dropping my son at his old daycare: the plight of a working mom, amiright?! Terri, who had never even met me in person, counseled me through tears for almost an hour on the phone --- I realized immediately that my current daycare was the pits and I had to get somewhere that was invested in my child. I can't say enough good things about Four Seasons - the staff, the kids, the community, the facilities -- all amazing!

Had to pull out our kiddo after seeing safety issues. Also there is so much turnover with teachers. My kiddo was always telling me of a new person teaching that the admins never told us about. Lack of communication and when I asked the admins questions, they snapped at me and got defensive. Then I looked at the licensing reports after one parent pulled out her infant for big safety concerns (documented in a high violation). Small school and so many teachers have left. In 2024 so far many violations including untrained teachers. We are thriving at our new school and it's cheaper, staff is nicer (communicates at least without snapping) and is a safer place for our little one. Also located right under a 5 G tower (see the other review - it's unsafe for that reason too). Here is the mess I found from licensing. My experience with this daycare was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, concerning. After taking a tour, I followed up with the principal and received no response for nearly two weeks. I had to go out of my way to track down enrollment staff just to get basic questions answered. Even then, communication was disorganized and incomplete. No one followed up with me on pending items. I had to keep reaching out myself just to get updates. What made this experience worse was the final response: I was told the classroom "may not be a good fit," with absolutely no clear or professional explanation as to why. After being ignored, having to chase down information, and then receiving a vague dismissal, the entire situation felt dismissive and questionable. As a single parent and a person of color, this experience did not feel equitable or respectful. At best, this reflects extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism. At worst, it raises concerns about bias in how families are treated.

The infant room, led by Ms. Alisha, Ms. Betty and Ms. Eunice, is the best! They all love and care for the babies as if they were their own. They do SO MANY different activities and even include them during scheduled STEM, Spanish and music time. From the moment we showed up to Child Craft Ms. Rachel and Ms. Joni have welcomed us with open arms. The staff is super attentive to the children and I have never picked up my son without him having the time of his life. Even when we walk out the door to go home for the evening he still wants to hang back in the playground and play just a little longer. In the toddler room you will find Ms. Dione. She greets the kids with a very warm and energetic greeting at 7:30 am. She is happy to see the kids and this lasts every day all day until each one leaves. There is a genuine warmth that she presents and if you choose this school you will feel it too when you drop off your child. The children eat their snacks outside (weather permitting) and play to get some of that morning energy out. They continue on to class where they learn how to improve their motor skills and how to share with the other children in class. They have tons of hands on activities and produce a substantial amount of artwork for you to hang on your fridge at home or give to the grandparents, aunts and uncles. In the next room is another loving teacher in Ms. Brenda. My son has grown a strong connection with Ms. Brenda and I believe its because she reacts to him the way we would react to him. From the playfulness she has with the kids to the calm redirection she issues when needed, Ms. Brenda does things exactly they way we would want them done every time. She provides verbal reports on every student during pick up and always gets hugs from the kids when they leave for the day. Now that my son is using more words he always includes Ms. Brenda and their classroom and playground adventures in his stories. At night during prayers he never wants to forget to pray for Ms. Brenda, Ms. Dione, Ms. Rachel or Ms. Joni. This preschool/ day care is a place that allows your child to be their own person and doesn't try to make them conform to something they are not. So whether your child is a rule follower, free thinker, artsy, or just a child who wants to be a child this school is for them. If you are in the market for a school who is going to love your child and care for them as you would like then I wholeheartedly recommend Child Craft as the day care for you.
