Miss Taylor quickly came to my rescue by providing me with matches. The kindness didn't stop there. I was provided with a care bag that evening AND the next evening as well. The very best thing I received, was a personalized card, hand written and signed by Miss Taylor and several other members of the staff. I came back, the owner had left and new staff collected my payment. This morning they tell me they need me to pay and they don't see my transaction. I show them the transaction on my bank app. $198. They continue to tell me that they charged that for my first stay however, my first stay was $349.59. Again, my bank app is the exact same number as their receipt. So, I show them 2 charges on my card for the exact amounts of their reservations, but I'm wrong.... I have to pay again. The customer may not always be right but in this instance, a real businessman not a scammer and his minion, would see that it's not my problem. They'd have confirmed with the nighttime guy that I did indeed swipe my card. At the very least, being a Diamond member with over 120 mights maybe they'd realize something isn't right on THEIR end and maybe say let us try to figure it out. Don't worry about anything for now.... Nope. Sorry sir, I don't care that you already paid...the exact amounts, so I've got to figure out why I don't see it...Nope.
