I hardly ever write reviews but I have to give kuddos to Attic Construction. We had a terrible roof rat problem in our attic. I won't go into dirty details, but we have spent thousands of dollars on several different companies over several years, all who said they "fixed" the issue and sealed up the places where the buggers were getting in. But rats were still making themselves at home in our attic and one eventually one made its way INTO THE HOUSE! We finally called Attic Construction and were informed we needed to have the entire attic cleaned, sanitized, sealed and re-insulated. Apparently cleaning and sanitizing to remove the smell that attracts rats is a critical step in getting rid of them... which no other company ever told us. Our main point of contact was GUY. Yes, we were skeptical that we needed to do all this work but Guy showed us pictures of what was going on up there and explained why. YIKES is all I can say! It was extremely disturbing and the rodent problem was causing the family a great amount of stress to say the least. Guy was friendly, professional, informative, courteous, responsive, reliable, and genuinely concerned about the damage done by the rats, and our physical and mental health. During the wait for our start date, Guy even made a special trip out to set up traps in the laundry room for us where we saw the rat that entered the house. ETHAN TY and MARISSA were the crew that did the work in the attic. They would call and say they were 21 minutes away and they would show up in exactly 21 minutes! They were extremely reliable, professional, respectful, friendly, clean, and they worked their tails off! That is no easy job! They always cleaned up after the job to make sure no mess was left. The team takes progress photos throughout the clean up and I really liked that pictures were taken before, during and after and they put those in a client portal that we could view. What a difference! The attic was sparkling clean when they were done and they had sealed up several places the rats were still getting in. The clean up only took 3 days. Then they trap the attic again and wait a few weeks to make sure there is no more evidence of rodents before putting in the new insulation. Everything is done now and so far so good. We feel confident that our rodent problem is FINALLY solved. If you have a roof rat problem, or need any work done in your attic, DO NOT call anyone else. I have never been so impressed with a company. Especially now a days when people don't even bother to show up on time for a job and when they do, they do half ass work.......Attic Construction was a breath of fresh air. My experience was amazing and I will be referring them to my friends and clients. In a time when contractors are taking advantage of homeowners, this company shines through. I had called to have my attic insulation inspected thinking I needed to add more before it got hot outside. I called two companies and one wanted to charge me $179 to inspect through SRP. The second was Attic Construction. They booked right away, did so at no cost to me, and were available almost a week before the other company. Their communication throughout the process was amazing. They even called to verify the appointment a day in advance. The tech named Israel had shown up, calling me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived in a clean company-sponsored vehicle. he was clean-cut and presented very well. He walked the property to gain my insight on what I wanted him to look at and any symptoms I had regarding the insulation. He then suited up and went into the attic. After 20-30 minutes. He came down and got cleaned up. We sat at my table where we viewed photos he had taken of the attic. Much to my surprise, he had recommended that the insulation the builder had put in was top of the line 40 years ago and was still doing its job, it only needed to be redistributed where can lights were installed or ceiling repairs were done to create that blanket. It was nice to know that construction companies were upfront and honest. He spent about 20 minutes reviewing photos and educating me on the insulation I have and what the new stuff offered- which was very little and not worth the added investment. I was so pleased I can shift that money to other projects but will keep Attic Construction in mind for my future projects as they come up. Highly recommend you call Attic Construction AZ!!! We had an additional 10 in. of installation blown in on top of our current 10 in of pink loose fill fiberglass that was already in great condition but bare minimum. The team showed up at the time stated and went right to work. Our access to the attic was in our laundry room off the garage. They put a padding cover over our washer and dryer and along the door frame coming in from the garage and then hung plastic sheets to create a tunnel. our home is around 3700 sq feet and it took them around 4 1/2-5 hours. Once they were done, they did a full clean up and asked for our 'approval' of said clean up before they fully put away their shop vac. From starting with the quote visit from Jason Harper to the team that came to do the project (Jacob, Ethan and Rudy) they were all VERY informative and professional! Never felt pressured with anything to get done. While we were told of other things, we 'could' do, we were also told what was not necessary. Basically they treated us how they would want to be treated if roles were reversed! There are not many companies out there that are like this anymore, just the bottom line, so it is VERY refreshing when you get that service! read more

Attic Construction did an excellent job replacing the insulation in our attic after we discovered contamination from rat droppings. From the very first phone call, I was impressed by how responsive and professional the company was. They quickly scheduled an estimator/project manager visit, clearly explained the process, and got the work started promptly. The entire crew was hardworking, respectful, and professional throughout the project. Kyler, the foreman, was especially outstanding. He served as the daily on-site liaison, kept us informed of progress, answered questions, and made sure everything stayed on track. His communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence in the work being performed. The crew also did a great job keeping the 2nd floor attic access area and path down to the front door clean and organized with plastic covering, which we really appreciated given the nature of the project. They were even able to locate the rat, which was already caught in a trap. Overall, the experience was smooth from start to finish, and the quality of the work met our expectations. Great job and customer service......would highly recommend using this company if you need blow-in insulation. Jorgan came to do the initial estimate and he was very thorough going over everything we needed to do in order to do the job right. We had some dry wall that needed to be repaired before we could blow in the insulation and they were able to provide us with a referral for a dry wall contractor and even helped coordinated the job so that everything was done very efficiently. All the staff was very friendly. Marissa, the lead and Kyler worked hard to make sure the work was done correctly and as we expected. I want to say thank you to Guy, who did a wonderful job of explaining what was to be done besides simply blowing in new insulation. Our attic had old cellulose insulation that was deteriorated. They removed it, sanitized the attic and sealed openings around lights, vents, fans, etc. making sure we did not get insulation falling into the house. That was day one, on day two they installed measuring sticks throughout the attic to show how deep the insulation was in each area. The insulation was blown in and through each step they showed us videos and photos of the progress they were making which was very reassuring. The crew of young men were very polite, courteous and professional. That was so appreciated. After an evening without insulation during cold temperatures we could tell the difference the next day and evening how much more comfortable it was and how the heat pump didn't run as often. Guy Geva came to the house and after inspecting the attic and taking photos he sat down with us and reviewed what he had seen. He told us our insulation was still fine but that we were right. There were areas lacking coverage and some that needed to be reattached. Also he noted a rafter that needed some attention. After discussing the project and agreeing to having the work done he checked to see about scheduling us. The work was completed quickly, actually the next day. The crew were professional and took photos of what they had done. My husband climbed up and notice one place that needed a little attention and they quickly took care of it. They swept the garage and left things cleaner than they found it. We are already noticing that the house is staying more comfortable and the air is not running as long. After our long time AC maintenance service suggested we consider enhancing or replacing our 26 yr. old attic insulation we contracted with Attic Construction to inspect and offer an estimate. We were impressed with their BBB A+ rating and no complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Their reputation is well deserved. The project was completed on time and at the estimate. Crew members, working in harsh conditions kept at the task, always respectful of us and our property. We were kept updated on all phases of the project complete with time-date stamped photos. No pressure throughout and the request for a 10% deposit was way below what I have become accustomed to being asked for by contractors recently. Nice! Jacob and his crew will deliver as promised. My experience with Attic Construction was top notch. I had the insulation and debris removed from the attic of my 70-year-old house and then replaced. I felt like Guy, my point of contact, was being honest with me when he gave me my quote, and appreciated that he stayed in touch throughout the project, patiently answering my questions and checking in. The crew was equally great. Every single person who entered my home was personable and professional. I discovered a rat problem in the attic and called a few "pest" companies. I got serious and gave Attic Construction a call. Israel came out and did a thorough inspection and found the problem right away. Had my insulation removed and they sanitized the entire attic as well as rodent proofed everything. Got new insulation blown in today. Entire staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable using this company to get the job done correctly at a fair price. reached out to them after doing some homework on companies , garret was our foreman and went thru the process of the job with my wife and I on vacuuming out the old insulation and installing the radiant barrier along with new insulation . when the crew arrived on Monday they went right to work putting up the plastic leading from the loft window to the attic door in the second bathroom , they were their all day vacuuming and starting the barrier , came back Tuesday am and finished the job by early afternoon , can't say enough about the guys. and girl who were their and. afterwords cleaned up the entire second floor , they did forget a staple gun and I will contact garret to pick it up . read more

Attic Construction just finished a 3 part service for us. Removal of our attic insulation-1, rodent proofing-2 and finally #3 reinsulating the attic with pretty pink insulation. Fantastic company, Highly Recommend!!! We recently purchased a home from someone that smoked in it. We replaced the floors, cabinets, window treatments and painted. The smell was still there. We were told that replacing the insulation would help. Attic Construction took out all of the old attic insulation , then replaced it with all new insulation. The results were immediate! Not only does it not smell like smoke, the house smells fresh and new, plus they put up a shield so rodents would not be able to enter. Attic Construction was extremely professional, and on time.
