Find it using the tablet (including size and variant), then request it. It will be forwarded to the staff working there, who will retrieve it and bring it over. Pretty efficient. Overall the store seems pretty clean, with shiny floors, as well as a large foot print; it has two entrances. The cashiers were also pretty friendly. We asked for some scissors to remove a tag, and they were able to come up with a solution. Parking is pretty straightforward. There are some trees for shade.

The reason I'm giving Bass Pro shops four stars is because the last time I was here I brought my gun in for service and their method is that the girls in front have to disarm the gun before you can walk into the store. So even though my six shooter was not loaded, they had to look it over and in doing so they took it apart and bent the spring. They had to send my gun into Ruger to get it repaired-- and they did so. They did not try to pass off responsibility. They were very sorry that they broke my beautiful bear cat six shooter. But the fact is they did and it brought me discomfort. I will be back here to shop, but I will never bring my gun here for any reason whatsoever. As for value, some of the products are overpriced and some aren't. Just pay attention. They do have some unique items that you probably won't find anywhere else in this area. I do recommend the store, but I don't recommend getting your gun serviced here.

Solid clothing brands can be found, including Carhart, LL Bean, and Columbia. They also sell guns and carry a solid supply of ammunition. Yeti and Igloo products dominate. My only complaint is the lack of service I received. I was looking for a treadmill. I investigated each one as well as I could from the little information provided, but no one noticed me there. Under their recommendation, I purchased a suppressor, good quality red dot, and red dot mount for a PCC. When I was finally able to get the suppressor attached, the mount that I bought under the recommendation did not co-witness with the iron sites. When I tried to return/exchange for something else, I was told that it was past their 30 day return policy. I asked if they could simply allow me to exchange it for other merchandise, but again stuck to their policy. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I had to wait more than 30 days for the adapters to mount the suppressor on the PCC, but I never went back and told them to cancel that order so I could purchase somewhere else. I was very patient and respectful with them while I waited. While I am not a huge customer, I will no longer be a customer.

My friend purchased approximately $800 worth of hunting gear on November 21st that ended up not being used. The items were completely unworn and still had all tags attached. We attempted to return the items before he had to fly out, but the store is closed on Sundays. Due to the holidays and both of us being from out of town, we were unable to return the items until December 26th. At that point, we were told the return was refused because it was outside of their 30-day return policy. What's frustrating is that the policy does not reasonably account for store closures and holidays. This was not an abused return--everything was new and unused. When I called back to calmly explain the situation and ask if there was any flexibility, I was laughed at and told I was wrong. That response was unprofessional and upsetting. I expected better customer service from a company I've supported for years. Policies are one thing, but how customers are treated matters just as much. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.

California seems to be more of a Yeti state and I didn't once see accessorized tumblers there. Anyway, I'm catching up. I decided to go retro 80s with mine since I'm an 80s baby and I purchased a 40 oz Stanley Hyper Geo Tumbler to get the vibe going...setting my online purchase pickup for this location. It was ready within a matter of minutes. YESSSSS! But when I got to the location, I couldn't tell what was the front of the store, the side of the store, the back of the store. One side even had black plastic tarp of some sort covering all of the window s from floor to ceiling on the inside, confusing me as if it were a closed location under renovation. Once I called, I was prompted to keep driving all the way around the building to the "Macy's side" of the store and voila...found it. Walked up to the cash register for help and he followed me over to pickup, checked my name and I was good to go. I can't speak on what service is like outside of online orders, but the process for the online order was SUPER quick and fairly smooth. REMEMBER: The entrance is on the Macy's side.
