I called to ask them if they were able to do a custom gutter that would be over a leak in a joint in a sunroom I wanted done, NOT to ask for their opinion for what could be done with a gutter for the leak in my sun room... they talked and talked and talked about their license and they are bonded and insured, how long they have been in business, what they knew about sunrooms, what they had done with sunrooms, and then charged me over $500 per foot ($2,590) for a 5 foot standard gutter that was not placed under the leak that I was trying to correct, and then disrespected me by saying 'I' didn't understand the leak even though I had done multiple things to correct it.....he didn't listen, he didn't comprehend, he didn't do what I asked, he was disrespectful to me as a thinking woman, this was a simple task and I paid for it by not watching him do the job I laid out in detail what I wanted... (which he 'said he UNDERSTOOD')..... He talked, and talked, and talked and talked about who he was, what he knew, puffing all the way .....then charged me $500 per foot, for a simple 5 ft gutter of which the materials were not more then $50 to $75 I filed in small claims court he then brought a lawyer when, I only wanted to recoup a fair and partial refund, I wasn't asking for the whole thing back, but at the trial, they (he and the lawyer) had the nerve to be disparaging about my property..... I would never recommend this company and would warn anyone from working with them
