Three things stand out to me about this Dick's store location…read more 1. It is busy all the time. Any day of the week. Any time of day. 2. It is very clean and merchandise is always nicely arranged. 3. Online order pickup is great. They always have your order ready on time and you never have to wait long at the pick up desk. Considering how busy they are (see #1), I am always pleasantly surprised by this.

It popped in my head to try Dick's. I thought for sure they'd have one, considering it's an athletic store, and huge at that. I am a 53-yr-old woman with RA and fibro, and I severely strained the thigh, back, pelvis and groin areas. I had to use my cane to enter the store; I grabbed a small cart to lean on, as well. The guy standing near the entrance said hi, but didn't ask if I was looking for something specific. I looked around, lost, so looped back to him and asked where support belts and such would be. He told me they were located upstairs. He then mentioned an elevator, and pointed in the general direction. I knew I couldn't take the escalator, because I needed to lean on the cart at that point. I searched all over for the elevator, and nothing. I finally looped back around to the restroom sign, and eventually realized a small makeshift sign was taped to the wall, noting the elevator was down the corridor. It was very generic and not noticeable from afar. The elevator is way in the back, hidden, old, worn and it reeked inside. The #2 button was taped over, and only #3 or #1 could be pressed. I don't know why there is even a #3, but I chanced it anyway. It took me to level two. lol I finally found the wall where all of the braces were attached to, albeit quite far away from the elevator. The area is quite congested, and not really made for a cart to traverse. I was relieved to find the wall of braces...only to be let down. Out of all the rows and rows of braces, straps, support this and that, not one single item for the pelvis and/or groin. I didn't even see a spot where it's supposed to be, so I suspect they don't even carry them in-store. Additionally, I noticed there were no price labels anywhere, so it was a complete guessing game as to cost. In severe pain, I had to wobble away and get back to the 2nd floor. I took the escalator, and left the cart there. I didn't want to get back into the smelly, clunky, old-sounding elevator again. A young female employee saw me when I got to the bottom, and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I said, "No..." She just chuckled and said, "Oh..." I then replied, "I couldn't find what I was looking for..." She didn't say anything back. No offer to help, find another employee, etc. After going to a 3rd store, I gave up. I just ordered online and I get my brace tomorrow. I was just hoping to have one today, and maybe even try it on, to ensure it fits well, etc. Such a shame that Dick's didn't deliver. A huge store like that should have them as a no-brainer...and on the 2nd floor to boot. You'll have people coming in probably in pain, so why put them on the 2nd floor? lol Makes no sense. The employees need to be more connected and interactive. Lastly, that elevator is horrible. And please make signs which direct you from the point of entry all the way to the elevator! This is basic 101 stuff.

When I finally arrived, they had mostly Medium and Large shirts, that were basic, at best (solid T-shirt with School logo). None of their shirts were Sport Specific. I asked if they have any Sport Specific Shirts in stock (Baseball, Lacrosse, Softball) and she said they only had Sport Specific apparel, per that season. When I informed her that those sports were currently in season, she assured me they weren't. When I asked about the availability in other sizes for what they did have, I was told that she didn't know that, either. After I informed her I was visiting from Florida, and would be leaving in the morning. She then proceeded to offer me an Embroidery Service on any item, then I could come pick up at the store, a few weeks later. Again, I was leaving that following day. Having grown up in Marysville, I always try to support the Local Businesses, especially Monarch Sports/Graphic Stitch. I don't mind paying a little bit extra to support Local Businesses, but it's hard to purchase products when there is such very little in-store availability, or help from it's employees. This was my first time at this new location (previously at N. Main St.), and I'm ashamed of what Ownership has let it become. Going forward, I'll be doing any purchases online, elsewhere.

They said 4 on the phone when I called for prices, then became 4-5 when bought it. I guess I wouldn't care but it came back 5 days after my sons 16th birthday. So that left me with nothing for him that day and due to the cost of the coat there wasn't much in the budget for something else. The coat looks good however I expected the schools name and sport to be sewn not letters sewn on. No way with that type of work should this take 6 weeks. One week tops. Glad this isn't a purchase I have to make more often.

We saw two associates were helping other customers so we waited near the treadmills and computers. After 15 minutes we were starting to wonder how long it would take to get some help. We noticed a few other people in the store were also waiting to be helped. One of the associates came over to help their customer get an analysis of their feet, but never acknowledged us or let us know that they would help us after helping their current customer. After over 30 minutes of standing near the analysis equipment and not getting any recognition or assistance we left. In that entire time they only helped the customers they were with when we first entered the store. We ended up going to Columbus Running Company and had a wonderful experience! So if you need shoes beware of when you come here because you might be waiting a long time before receiving any assistance, or just go somewhere else

Stopped in here with a few friends to search for a lacrosse stick. The place overall was very well…read moremanaged and clean. We easily found what we were looking for, and all the prices were clearly marked. There seemed to only be one employee working when we came, and he happily greeted us when we walked in. After a few minutes, he also asked if he could provide us any assistance. Even though we didn't need it, we all really appreciated his friendliness!

I've only ever bought tennis balls from this location but it's pretty big and they seem to have a…read morelot to offer! Like most Play It Again Sports, they have buckets of tennis balls and most of them are super clean. I buy 20-30 at a time and keep them in my car for my dog when we go to parks (and then we just leave some at the parks for other dogs). This location is always a quick easy in and out, with nice quality tennis balls. Sometimes they have different colors but it's usually just the yellow!
