He had it fixed within minutes. We shot it again afterwards and it worked perfectly. He also fixed my Glock 42 that had a trigger reset issue within minutes. His pricing is very reasonable. Especially since he fixed other's mistakes. Based on what I see in their cases, they do very professional gun smith and milling work. Everything was clean and finished well. I was referred to them by several people and I can't agree more. This is the best gun service shop I've used. I'm a professional firearms instructor so I'm not new to shooting. I had to run a gauntlet over the phone of questions only to be told that I wouldn't be allowed to come and test or shoot because I would be alone and had not been in the store over a year in over a year. I made it clear that I was looking to purchase an item but wanted to see if they had it at the rental counter first so that I could try it first in a gentleman. I was speaking to ran a litany of items that I would have to pay before I could even get in there to test it out range fees once a year cleaning fees first time fees rent my gun fee pay for my ammo fee, not use my own ammo, etc.. The last time I was in there I had to run my license to buy shotgun shells. Range USA seems to be coming an extension of the ATF and not a retail firearm store. Sad to say I won't be going back there. There are plenty of places out there that I can do this without their hassle. Maybe I should just wait for another name change of the store and I will have a different management philosophy.

I am currently talking with their support on charges for the top teir membership for months which they never linked to my email/online account. When I logged on, it said I had no membership and there was no way to cancel. So I assumed that there was no membership. Now they are denying a refund for the membership charges for 5 months eventhough it was RangeUSA error. Thankfully I have full screen caps of my portal saying no membership, email strings with their support saying they wont fix the problem and their policy saying that The only way to cancel a membership is online through my account portal.
