Half cheese, half green peppers and garlic

Given that it was Mother's Day and my wife doesn't have much patience, we ordered take out from Fat Sully's. Went with one of their manhole sized pizzas, chicken fingers for the kids, and some appetizers and everything was great. The pizza is the highlight of the Atomic Cowboy and with their roasted green peppers and garlic, the entire pie went down in one sitting. Their house salads are solid and traveled well in our takeout bag. Could have gone without the garlic parm fries as there was not really much to them. They have a large covered outdoor seating area, a bar area, and a couple bags setup outside so a good place to grab a drink.

I personally love the White Pizza. This is as good as Big Bill's. I know that is saying a lot but I think it is!

We have been going since we found this place after it opened. It is a great location and has a menu that suits all tastes and a full bar. They have serve-yourself coffee while you wait if there is a line on the weekends. The beers on tap are great and there is lots of variety and the drinks have never disappointed. We have tasted through the whole menu and not found a single thing that we did not love! Great for kids with TVs on and cartoons as well as sports. Lots of seating and very friendly servers!

NY style bus ass pizza. It's pretty darn good. The original is 26" but they do sell it by the slice.

Atomic Cowboy doesn't serve pizza slices, they serve pizza surfboards. One slice could feed me, my friend, and probably a small village. Absolutely delicious, dangerously cheesy, and the service was so good I almost offered to help wash dishes just to hang out longer. 10/10, would risk carb overload again.

Denver Biscuit Co for breakfast and Fat Sully's for dinner. What a great first impression for Denver eats. Gotta say everything was BIG! The pizza was huge at 26 inches we were surprised. Thin NY style hit the spot

pretty decent Atomic Cowboy location. we went around mid afternoon since we were craving biscuits. we were seated near the window, and since it was a colder day, the air flow was pretty chilly in the area. I got the Cubano, and it was decently sized for the $14. the garlic biscuit could have been better prepared and the mojo/mustard could have been spread more evenly but taste was decent. it was a bit dry and it came assembled that made it had to eat, so I did have to deconstruct it. overall, not bad.

    Lights out burger

Sometime it is a hit or miss but got a burger this time and it was really solid. Seasoned perfect, crunchy and salty pickles, raw onions, melty American cheese, and good smash burger sauce. Service has always been consistent across multiple locations and I like this location because of the patio seating

First time I have ever started a review while at the restaurant. Apparently the computerized order system is down and although the kitchen is fine, they can't seem to write down an order and hand it to the cooks. My guess is they are concerned about being able to run our credit card after the meal and are afraid if the feed us too soon because if the system is still down when we are done we might dine and dash. Our server Jordan (who is great) did keep us updated, but since the stoves, ovens and fryers were still up they should have brought out some sort of appetizer all of us while we waited. Finally we were served. The food was great; love the hash browns! The patio, even though it is in the middle of a parking lot, is very nice. They have lots of greenery around it so it doesn't feel quite so paved. So, great meal as usual, but they could have done a better job with the many customers Who were waiting for food. But that's not on the servers it's on the management. I realize they have no control over the computers/network but maybe they should think about a better plan in case this happens again in the future.

I really enjoyed the thin crust pizza, service was fast and friendly. Music was less loud this time! Yeah!! I can't really recommend the ice cream sandwich. It wasn't my cup of tea.

A decent enough place to hit for brunch with your BoyNextDoor. Biscuits on point, but they could stand to go full master with some more intense flavors...it's a little bit for everybody.

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

Despite the current ratings of less than 4 stars, I somehow was determined that this place would not disappoint. And my hunch was right; it didn't. We did make a reservation ahead of time. Upon arriving, we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside to which we said inside (for a mid-October evening, the temperature outside was decent and yet we weren't sure about sitting outside the whole time. We made the right call. Occasionally the cool breeze came in from the side door at the bar (as it was left open; they said once closed it locks so it would inconvenience the people out in the open deck area to leisurely come in) and it felt a bit cold to our liking.) Inside was lively. The beautiful modern-looking lounge was filled with all kinds of chitchat by other guests. Our conversation was sometimes canceled by it where we had to talk into our ears but we certainly didn't mind it. Yes, the ambiance is what you come here for. He got the Juicy Bits IPA and I got the French red blend (Grenache and Cote du Rhone). We browsed the food section in the menu. Some looked interesting but we ended up not ordering anything as even though we ate lightly at the first restaurant we were still quite full from it. Our waiter (young male, I believe his name was Payton) was busting his bottom. When he was at our table taking our order he said he was pretty much the only one who was assisting with the guests in the main indoor area. He occasionally got help from his colleague. It appeared to be an understaffed night. We completely understood. Payton, you were pleasant to us; thank you. We truly enjoyed our drinks. FYI - Juicy Bits IPA is not on tap so even though they poured it into a glass the server couldn't pour everything into it so he brought the can as well (btw, it's a 16oz can.) As much as I enjoyed my bold red wine his IPA stole the spotlight at our table. He is a beer guy and he couldn't help but taking a photo of the can for future purposes/purchase. Juicy Bits is a local craft beer made in Greeley. Quite refreshing beer indeed. Well, we sat in our comfy couch for an extended period of time from 6:30 to 9pm. We both stepped outside to the open deck area for a quick view earlier in our dining experience. And we must say that this is one of the best rooftop restaurants we've been to in the Denver area. We shall be back.

Wow, I didn't expect to be blown away by a bar! The Lazy Greyhound is not your typical watering hole - the establishment is a chic speakeasy-style cocktail lounge inspired by the classic British gentlemen's clubs of the 18th and 19th centuries. Nestled within downtown Littleton on Main Street, the location is a hidden gem amidst numerous breweries. After easily finding free street parking nearby, we arrived shortly before 8:30 PM. Entry was like stepping into a different world through an unassuming exterior - inside, the dimly lit room's timeless elegance with Chesterfield leather sofas was softly illuminated by the three stained glass pieces above the bar, one of which depicts the venue's namesake. The tasteful décor adds a touch of class and sophistication to the intimate ambiance and handsome atmosphere. After we were granted to enter past the red velvet rope at the front door, we grabbed a seat at one of the Chesterfields. The comfortable lounge seating made for a cozy spot for relaxed socializing and the music volume was perfectly pleasant for personal conversations. The setting was casual, but refined, with vintage touches. My kind of place, for sure. To complement the stylish environment, The Lazy Greyhound offers an extensive menu featuring a unique blend of timeless classic cocktails, "OLD DOGS/TRIED & TRUE CLASSICS," and creatively crafted modern drinks, "NEW TRICKS/SEASONAL CREATIONS," as well as beer, wine and "SMALL BITES/SHAREABLE SNACKS." Remarkable service also adds to the delightful experience. Our server, Zach/Zack/Zac (sp?), was warm, friendly and genuinely engaging - he took the time to guide us through the impressive menu and was eager to offer beverage suggestions based on our preferences. I was looking for something with an egg white foamy topping, so he suggested the AMARETTO SOUR, IMPROVED ($15) which was velvety and the signature almond sweetness was not overpowering. Alyssa went with the ALWAYS ON CALL ($15), a deliciously creamy coffee-forward mixed drink. We also ordered the PINK SQUIRREL which Zach/Zack/Zac comped for us due to the long wait. The retro, indulgent mixed drink tickled us pink with its hue and creamy, sweet and nutty flavour. Serving the PINK SQUIRREL on the house to us reflected The Lazy Greyhound's commitment to customer care and satisfaction. Felixx ordered the yummy MEAT & CHEESE BOARD which was served with thoughtful presentation. True story: I super suck with electronics and am practically blind without my eyeglasses, so I accidentally undertipped Zach/Zack/Zac while using the handheld payment system. When I saw the receipt back at Alyssa's house, I was horrified to see that I hadn't tipped him what he deserved. I returned to The Lazy Greyhound on the 24th just before 11 PM. Even though they were closed and the doors were locked, I knocked until someone answered so I could personally give cash to Zach/Zack/Zac to make up for my mistake. He was very gracious and thankful. The Lazy Greyhound immediately earned its spot as a favourite bar of mine through their intimate, speakeasy-style atmosphere combined with their innovative concoctions and welcoming service. They stand out as a premier destination for a high-quality, relaxing and memorable evening.
